Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(7):533-537
The expression of genes have an important effect to gastric cancer chemotherapy. Some genes are related the therapeutic efficacy of drugs, some genes are related the untoward effects of drug, and some genes are related the sensitivity of the tumor to drug.Chemotherapy related genes may play an important guiding role to improve the curative effect of chemotherapy patients. In recent years, the gastric cancer chemotherapy related genes have made great progress, especially in platinum, fluorouracil, paclitaxel and targeted medicine related genes.
2.Progress in the gene-related study on autosomal retinitis pigmentosa
Chinese Ophthalmic Research 2009;27(12):1159-1163
Retinitis pigmentosa (RP) is a common sight-threatening eye disease.RP is characterized by highly genetical and phenotypical heterogeneity.Identification of the causative genes of RP is the first step toward the understand of the molecular basis of RP and, subsequently, toward the prevention and treatment of RP.In recent years, there have been new progress in the study on RP.This review mainly focuses on recent advances in the gene-related studies of autosomal dominant RP (adRP) and autosomal recessive RP (arRP) with emphasis on the roles of common genes,as well as their possible mechanisms in RP in order to provide the essential reference for the genetics research of RP.

4.Inpatients with congenital heart disease complicated with pulmonary arterial hypertension:an analysis of patient composition and clinical features
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(03):-
Objective:To investigate the composition and clinical features of inpatients with congenital heart disease (CHD) complicated with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) from a cardiovascular department. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 238 PAH patients who were identified from 3 674 CHD inpatients in Changhai Hospital during Jan, 2001 to Jul, 2007.Results: Among the 3 674 CHD inpatients who were treated in our hospital in recent 6 years, 238 (6.48%) had PAH.PAH was found in 10.8% of patients with atrial septal defect (ASD), 2.81% of patients with ventricular septal defects (VSD), 5.57% of patients with patent ductus arteriosus (PDA), and 19.6% of patients with complex types. The mean age of patients was (45.6?17.7) years, with 49.6% of them being 40-60 years.Female patients accounted for 69.3% of the total. The composition of PAH patients was: ASD (62.6%), VSD(19.7%), and PDA(13.4%).The patients with VSD,PDA or other complex types were younger than those with ASD(P
5.Clinical study on the treatment of functional dyspepsia with acupuncture and Dalitong granule
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2010;32(4):321-322,329
Objective To explore clinical efficacy and safety of combining acupuncture and Dalitong granule in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods A total of 240 patients with confirmed functional dyspepsia were randomly recruited into four groups: a combination group, a acupuncture group, a Dalitong granule group and a control group. Symptom score, plasma motilin, gastric emptying, total effective rate and adverse reaction were observed before and after the reatment in four groups. Results The symptom score, plasma motilin, and gastric emptying were improved in every group after the treatment (P<0.01 ). Above-mentioned detecting indexes were better in the combination group than other groups (P< 0.05).The total effective rate was 96.67% in the combination group, showing significant difference comparing with other groups (P <0.05 ) . No serious adverse reaction occurred in each group. Conclusion Combined treatment of acupuncture and Dalitong granule can increase plasma motilin, promote gastric emptying, alleviate the symptom of functional dyspepsia, and increase total effective rate, with better security and tolerance.
7.Application of rescue video logical slices and interactive analysis in the continuous improvement of nursing quality of multiple injury emergency
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2017;33(11):831-834
Objective To explore the role of rescue video logical slice and interactive analysis in the continuous improvement of quality of emergency care of multiple injury. Methods To establish a management team for the rescue video interactive analysis. From May, 2015 to April, 2016, every Wednesday from 8:00-11:00 am, the data of multi-injury patients registered in our management software of critical emergency cases were selected. A typical case study of the rescue video logical slices were processed through sorting the video cases in the video surveillance system installed in the emergency room. According to the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of multiple injury, the evaluation indexes of nursing quality in emergency treatment of multiple injury were formulated and video data was analyzed interactively by using the failure mode analysis and root cause analysis. Based on the above analyzed results, the quality of emergency care of Multiple Injury was controlled and improved. Before and after performing the rescue video logic slices and interactive analysis management, the examined results of multiple injury first-aid nursing quality index, as well as the rate of patients satisfaction and nursing defects were compared. Results Before the implementation of the above method, the time of emergency treatment for multiple injury, the rate of patients with successful rescue, the rate of patient transport defect and the rate of missing items in the rescue unit were respectively as follows:(87.1±7.4)min, 90.77%(59/65), 30.77%(20/65), 12.31%(8/65),whereas after the implementation, the relevant data were (57.5 ± 5.2) min, 100.00%(68/68), 10.29%(7/68), 2.94%(2/68). The comparative difference before and after the implementation was statistically significant (t=26.84, χ2=2.15, 2.72, 1.72, all P < 0.05). Besides, the satisfaction with the various evaluations of patients′ family members was increased and the differences were statistically significant (χ2=15.45-23.21, P<0.05). Conclusions The introduction of rescue video slices and interactive analysis can effectively reduce the patient′s rescue time, improve the success rate of patients rescues, decrease the rate of patient transport defect and missing items in the rescue unit, effectively control the quality of links, improve the management efficiency, and thus realize the standardized management under normal working condition.
8.Effect of Constraint-induced Movement Therapy for Motor Function of Upper Extremity after Stroke
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2010;16(4):370-371
ObjectiveTo explore the effect of constraint-induced movement therapy (CIMT) for motor function of upper extremity after stroke.Methods28 stroke patients with upper-limb hemiparesis were divided into two groups, 14 cases in each group. The observation group received constraint-induced movement therapy, treated with intensive shaping training with constraint of the unaffected arms. While the control group received routine rehabilitation with no constraint of the unaffected arms. The effect was evaluated by The Fugl-Meyer Asseseement(FMA).ResultsThe scores of FMA is higher after than before treatment in the observation group, (P<0-05). The flexibility of upper extremity of the observation group improved more significantly than that of the control group after treatment (P<0-05).ConclusionCIMT can enhance the effect of rehabilitation in the function of upper extremity and the activities of daily living of hemiplegia patients.
9.Effect of Motor Relearning Programme on Lower Limbs Function of Stroke Patients
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2010;16(4):372-373
ObjectiveTo observe the effect of motor relearning programme(MRP) training on lower Limbs function of stroke patients.MethodsSixty patients were randomly and equally allocated to training group (30 patients) and control group (30 patients). The control group was prescribed Bobath therapy while the training group received the MRP training. The lower limbs function was then assessed by the Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale.ResultsLower limbs function improved significantly in both groups while the training group was better than the control group after three months(P<0-05). ConclusionMRP training can promote the recovery of lower limbs function of patients with stroke.
