1.Family Influence on Children's Development of Attachment Style
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2000;0(04):-
Parents and family background cast important influence on children's attachment style. Studies have consistently showed positive relations between maternal sensitivity and infant attachment security. Warm and harmonious family was also found to be an important factor. On the contrary, parents' poor marital status and high level of stress in family would result in insecure attachment style in children.
2.Topics in researches of domestic invisible knowledge management in the past 5 years
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2017;26(7):40-46
The knowledge atlas for researches of invisible knowledge management was plotted after the key words and their relationship in papers on invisible knowledge published in the past 5 years were quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed by social network analysis, co-words cluster analysis, and impact factor analysis with the journal articles covered in CNKI, Wanfang, VIP Chinese Scientific and Technological Journals Databases as the data source. The hotspots and structure in researches of invisible knowledge management were then studied in order to provide reference for the innovative development and future research of invisible knowledge management.
3.MRI in the diagnosis and staging of lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2013;40(10):762-765
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI),a commonly used imaging technique, has been extensively investigated in lung cancer diagnosis and staging. Many studies have demonstrated that MRI can be used for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules and for the screening of lung cancer; it also has important value in TNM staging of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC),with equivalent sensitivity and specificity to 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (18F-FDG) PET-CT,which suggests that MRI can be used as an alternative imaging modality in noninvasive diagnosis and staging of NSCLC.

7.Developmental history of extremity injury and construction as viewed from origin and evolution of biological skeleton
Orthopedic Journal of China 2009;17(24):1910-1914
[Objective]To explore developmental history of extremity in jury and reconstruction, and to reflect the relationship of modern orthopaedic medical treatment modes to the lire nature and natural law.[Method] The author reviewed the history of organic evolution and 'human evolution, and rank the historical era of life origin, birth of cell and bone architecture, formation and development of bone and joint in living nature and final shape construction of vertebrate and human, and summarized the development of extremity injury and reconstruction after foundation of society via evolutive law.[Result]A scientific and order evolutived series that was not created at natureg please can be seen from origin of life, generation of bone and joint, evolution from high-mammal to human boing. The reason of extremity injury, idea and methods of medical treatment are correlated with the development of seciety civilization, the progress of scientific technique, and change of life style. With the great change of science and technique, life style and idea of human, reasons of extremity injury and orthopaedic diseases have also changed, but the life nature of human being is not changed with them.[Conclusion]Various kinds of techniques and methods that are used to treat trauma and bone disease only accustomize the natural process, rather than excessive intervention. The culture idea of human being, requirement of material and spirit should be developed, and the scientific research of non-protoplasm may break some rules, but the study of life science and medical idea should not disobey natural law and human nature.Suitable techniqus of integrated observation, consolation, nursing and modern techniques are still basic principles of orthopaedic treatment.Nature is forever teacher and origin of medical science.
8.Effect of extracellular signal-regulated protein on hepatic fibrosis autoreversibility and its mechanism
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2001;0(09):-
Objective:To investigate the effect of extracellular signal-regulated protein kinase (ERK) on hepatic fibrosis autoreversibility and its mechanism. Methods: Animal model of hepatic fibrosis autoreversibility was established 6 weeks after 8-week CCl_(4 ) exposure. Then the activation, expression and distribution of ERK in the liver were investigated by Northern blot and immunohistochemistry during fibrosis reverse. RT-PCR and cDNA hybridization were used to detect the RNA and protein expression of ERK substrates. Results: The transcription of ERK was highly activated throughout the hepatic fibrosis (recovery.) ERK was located in the nucleus of hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) in fibrotic liver while it was mainly expressed in the hepatocyte cytoplasm of the lobule, sinusoid space, and perifibrous tissue as hepatic fibrosis resolved. Downstream molecules of ERK like S6 protein kinase (RSK1), c-fos, phospholipase A2, ion channels, and gastrointestinal hormone receptors were also found up-regulated during the whole course. Conclusion: ERK may be closely related to hepatic fibrosis reversibility and it may protect and promote proliferation of hepatocyte and induce apoptosis of HSC.
9.Mechanism of in Situ Intestinal Absorption of Mangiferin in Rats
China Pharmacy 2005;0(21):-
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the mechanism of in situ intestinal absorption of mangiferin in rats.METHODS: The in situ intestinal perfusion model was employed.HPLC/UV was developed to determine the concentration of mangiferin in intestinal circulated fluid. The effects of mangiferin concentration, bile and absorption site on the absorption parameters were studied.RESULTS:The mangiferin at a concentration from 5.0 to 25.0 ?g?mL-1 had no influence on the intestinal absorption kinetics(Ka) but it did at a concentration below 12.5 ?g?mL-1 in biliary duct-ligated rats. The absorption rate constants(Ka) in descending order were 0.164 h-1(ileum),0.132 h-1(jejunum),0.125 h-1(colon) and 0.107 h-1(duodenum),respectively.CONCLUSION: The absorption of mangiferin is in line with first-order kinetics with passive diffusion absorption mechanism.Mangiferin is well absorbed at all segments of intestine in rats, and bile is conducive to the increase of the permeability coefficient of Mangiferin in intestine.
10.Determination of Main Component in Flopropione Tablets by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry
China Pharmacy 2005;0(22):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the determination of main component content in flopropione tablets.METHODS:The content of flopropione was determined by UV spectrophotometry with alcohol as solvent under a detective wavelength of 286 nm.RESULTS:The method showed a good linear relationship in the range of 10~60 ?g?mL-1 (r=0.999 9) and the average recovery rate was 99.96% (RSD=0.62%).CONCLUSION:The method is simple, accurate and applicable for the quality control of flopropione tablets.
