1.Family Influence on Children's Development of Attachment Style
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2000;0(04):-
Parents and family background cast important influence on children's attachment style. Studies have consistently showed positive relations between maternal sensitivity and infant attachment security. Warm and harmonious family was also found to be an important factor. On the contrary, parents' poor marital status and high level of stress in family would result in insecure attachment style in children.
2.MRI in the diagnosis and staging of lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2013;40(10):762-765
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI),a commonly used imaging technique, has been extensively investigated in lung cancer diagnosis and staging. Many studies have demonstrated that MRI can be used for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules and for the screening of lung cancer; it also has important value in TNM staging of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC),with equivalent sensitivity and specificity to 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (18F-FDG) PET-CT,which suggests that MRI can be used as an alternative imaging modality in noninvasive diagnosis and staging of NSCLC.

5.Relation between B7-1 and pathogenesis of proteinuria
International Journal of Pediatrics 2015;42(6):629-631
For children suffering from primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS), podocyte is a crucial part of glomerular filtration barrier, whose injury usually causes proteinuria. The structural and functional integrity of podocyte cytoskeleton is the prerequisite of its normal physiological function.Recent studies demonstrated that under a certain pathological condition, B7-1, expressed in podocyte, can inhibit the activation of β1 integrin by competitively binding to the target site on the β1 integration, which may change the morphology and function of podocyte, consequently induced proteinuria.Other studies also have showed that abatacept, which selectively inhibit the cross-talk between B7-1 and β1-integrin,can reduce proteinuria in patients with B7-1-positive glomerular disease. These studies suggested that B7-1 may be a potential diagnostic biomarker and therapeutic target in proteinuria in PNS.This review summarizes the role of B7-1 expressed in podocyte in the pathogenesis of proteinuria and the possibility of clinical application in the future.
6.Elderly patients with bronchiectasis distribution and drug resistance of pathogens
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(11):1673-1675
Objective To investigate the distribution of pathogens in elderly patients with bronchiectasis and drug resistance. Methods Elderly hospital patients with bronchiectasis were selected, pathogens isolated from sputum specimens and analysis of bacterial resistance. Results 221 strain of pathogen were isolated,of gram -positive bacte-ria 57 strain(25.79%),gram -negative bacteria 151 strain(68.32%);gram -negative bacteria Pseudomonas aerug-inosa pneumonia Klebsiella,Acinetobacter baumannii and Escherichia coli -based was 20.36%,14.02%,15.84%and 9.05% respectively;gram -negative bacteria Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus epidermidis and Streptococ-cus pneumoniae based was 9.50%,8.60% and 7.69% respectively;other fungi, the proportion was 5.88%. Conclusion Elderly patients with bronchiectasis distribution of pathogens to the highest proportion of gram -negative bacteria, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the first row,tip rational use of antimicrobial drugs in reducing the rate of drug resistance plays an important role.

9.Construction of rat models of recurrent aphthous ulcer and the intervention of baicalin
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(40):6504-6508
BACKGROUND:Extracelular matrix degradation and remodeling is the common pathway of a variety of pathological and physiological processes, and is invovled in the pathogenesis of a variety of oral diseases. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the role of extracelular matrix remodeling folowing celular apoptosis in recurrent aphthous ulcer and the therapeutic effect of baicalin, so as to provide references for new drug development and clinical treatment. METHODS: Forty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups: control, recurrent aphthous ulcer model, low-dose baicalin and high-dose baicalin groups. Rat models were established using oral mucosal homogenate plus Freund’s immunoadjuvants in the recurrent aphthous ulcer model, low-dose baicalin, and high-dose baicalin groups. Rats in low-dose baicalin and high-dose baicalin groups were intragastricaly administered 10 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg of baicalin respectively for 14 days, once per day. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Compared with the control group, serum superoxide dismutase level was distinctly decreased, however, malondialdehyde level distinctly increased; the expression levels of Bax, Caspase3 and matrix metaloproteinase 2/9 were increased, but the expression of Bcl2 was decreased in the recurrent aphthous ulcer model group. The abovementioned indicators of rats returned greatly towards normal levels in the low dose baicalin and high dose baicalin groups, and there was significant difference in the effects of different doses of baicalin on these indicators. These results suggest that baicalin treats recurrent aphthous ulcer mainly through inhibiting extracelular matrix degradation and remodeling.
