1.Family Influence on Children's Development of Attachment Style

Parents and family background cast important influence on children's attachment style. Studies have consistently showed positive relations between maternal sensitivity and infant attachment security. Warm and harmonious family was also found to be an important factor. On the contrary, parents' poor marital status and high level of stress in family would result in insecure attachment style in children.
2.MRI in the diagnosis and staging of lung cancer

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI),a commonly used imaging technique,has been extensively investigated in lung cancer diagnosis and staging.Many studies have demonstrated that MRI can be used for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules and for the screening of lung cancer; it also has important value in TNM staging of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC),with equivalent sensitivity and specificity to 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (18F-FDG) PET-CT,which suggests that MRI can be used as an alternative imaging modality in noninvasive diagnosis and staging of NSCLC.
3.Topics in researches of domestic invisible knowledge management in the past 5 years

The knowledge atlas for researches of invisible knowledge management was plotted after the key words and their relationship in papers on invisible knowledge published in the past 5 years were quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed by social network analysis, co-words cluster analysis, and impact factor analysis with the journal articles covered in CNKI, Wanfang, VIP Chinese Scientific and Technological Journals Databases as the data source.The hotspots and structure in researches of invisible knowledge management were then studied in order to provide reference for the innovative development and future research of invisible knowledge management.
4.Monitoring and analysis of use of non-national immunization program vaccines in Fujian Province from 2014 to 2020

Objective To monitor and analyze the use of non-national immunization program(nNIP) vaccines in Fujian Province from 2014 to 2020,and provide a reference for improving the management of nNIP vaccination service.Methods The nNIP vaccination data from 2014 to 2020 were extracted from the National Immunization Program Information System(NIPIS),and analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method.Results From 2014 to 2020,a total of 28 835 834 doses of nNIP vaccines were administered in Fujian Province,with an average of 1 015 doses per 10 000 population,and the varieties used increased from 22 to 28.The annual administered doses of nNIP vaccine,the proportion in total doses of all vaccines and the number of vaccinations per capita basically increased year by year.The most widely used varieties mainly include varicella attenuated live vaccine(VarV),hepatitis B(HepB) vaccine,rabies vaccine(RabV) for human use,haemophilus influenza type b(Hib) polysaccharide conjugate vaccine,influenza vaccine(InfV) and enterovirus 71(EV71)inactivated vaccine.The three vaccines with the highest replacement rates were hepatitis A vaccine,group A meningococcal vaccine and group A and C meningococcal vaccine,with the replacement rates of 22.42%,10.32% and 9.89%respectively.Conclusion There are more and more types and doses of nNIP vaccines used in Fujian Province,so it is necessary to further strengthen monitoring and management and improve vaccination service.

Plastic bronchitis has various clinical manifestations and the severity of the disease varies greatly among patients.Extensive lesions tend to threaten the life the patients.The long-term complications and sequelae of plastic bronchitis are related to the severity of the primary disease, treatment methods, treatment time and other factors.Early detection and treatment is one of the important factors to improve the prognosis.
6.Establishment and verification of an imaged capillary isoelectric focusing method for detection of charge heterogeneity of recombinant adeno-associated virus capsid proteins

Objective To establish and verify an imaged capillary isoelectric focusing(iCIEF)method for analyzing the charge heterogeneity of recombinant adeno-associated virus(rAAV)capsid proteins,in order to provide a reliable detection method for characterization research,quality control and process stability monitoring of rAAV products. Methods After denaturation,the sample was analyzed by iCIEF using UV fluorescence detection imaging mode,with injection time of 55 s,voltage of 1 500 V,focusing for 1 min,and then voltage adjusted to 3 000 V for another 10 min. The excitation wavelength was set at 280 nm,and the exposure time of emission fluorescence detection was 80 s. Taking rAAV 5 empty particles(rAAV-E)as the research object,the specificity,precision,linear range,accuracy and limit of quantitation(LOQ)of the method were verified. The established method was used to detect the charge heterogeneity of rAAV 5 full particles(rAAV-F).Results The rAAV-E sample showed two main peaks(Peak1 and Peak2)between pH 6. 9 and pH 7. 1,and no virus capsid protein peak was detected in the blank control. In the six repeated detections,the average pI values of the two main peaks Peak1 and Peak2 of rAAV-E sample were 6. 91 and 7. 04 respectively with both RSDs of 0. 14%,and the average proportions of peak area were 35. 6% and 55. 8%,with RSDs of 1. 1% and 0. 4%,respectively. The RSDs of peak area proportions of peak 1 and peak 2 of rAAV-E sample at three time points was 3. 45% and 3. 38%,and the RSDs of pI were 0. 10%and 0. 11%,respectively. In the range of(4. 08-6. 12)× 1012vp/mL,the rAAV-E concentration showed a good linear relationship with the average peak area of the main peaks,and the linear regression equation was y = 54 888 x-76 556,R~2 = 0. 977. The recovery rates of the the main peak content in rAAV-E samples at 80%,100% and 120% expected concentrations were all in the range of 80%-120%. The LOQ was 1. 02 × 10~(12)vp/mL for Peak 1,and 0. 76 × 10~(12)vp/mL for Peak 2. In addition to Peak 1 and Peak 2,obvious extra peaks were observed in the acidic region(pI < 5. 85)of rAAV-F sample,which was the main characteristic of rAAV-F compared with rAAV-E,and also indicated that rAAV-F had complex charge heterogeneity distribution. Conclusion The established iCIEF method has good specificity,precision and accuracy,and can be used to analyze the charge heterogeneity of rAAV capsid proteins.
7.Development and verification of a reporter gene determination assay for ADCP potency of IgG2 anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody based on DOE

Objective To develop and verify a reporter gene assay for the determination of antibody dependent cellular phagocytosis(ADCP)potency of Ig G2 monoclonal antibody(m Ab)against epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)by combining Design of Experiment(DOE)and one factor at a time(OFAT).Methods The Jurkat/NFAT-Re/FcγRⅡa stably transformed cell line was used as effector cells,while the A431 cell line as the target cells.The JMP software was used to optimize the seven key factors in the experiment by combining DOE and OFAT analysis,while the ratio of upper and lower asymptotes(D/A)was used as the statistic,and the reporter gene method was developed to evaluate the ADCP potency of Ig G2 anti-EGFR m Ab.The method was verified according to the general chapter<9401>of Chinese Pharmaco-poeia(Ⅲ/Ⅳvolume,2020 edition)and used to determine the biological potency of Ig G2 anti-EGFR m Ab injection.Results After three rounds of experiments,the reporter gene method to evaluate the ADCP potency of Ig G2 anti-EGFR m Ab was developed.The method showed a dose-response relationship and was consistent with the four-parameter regression equa-tion y=(A-D)/[1+(x/C)~B]+D.The range of seven key conditions was determined:the density of effector cells was(1.25-3.75)×10~4 cells/well,the density ratio of effector cells to target cells was 1.0-2.0,the incubation time of target cells was 20-40 min,the incubation time of administration was 15-30 min,the total time was 5.5-6.5 h,and the color time was 5-30 min with luciferase detection system(Bright-Glo)as the color agent.The method had good specificity.Six independent tests were run for the five potency levels,with the correlation coefficient r of 0.994 5 and the linear regression equation slope of 1.02.The relative potency of five potency levels respectively was(62.15±1.38)%,(78.53±2.82)%,(99.12±3.95)%,(123.27±4.59)%and(155.22±7.04)%,the range of relative biases was-2.9%-0.2%,and the range of generalized cross-validation(GCV)was 2.2%-4.6%.The method had good linearity,relative accuracy and precision in the range of 64%-156%.The mean value of the potency of IgG2 anti-EGFR m Ab in three tests was(101.5±2.8)%.Conclusion The reporter gene assay developed in this study can be used to evaluate the ADCP potency of IgG2 anti-EGFR mAb

Autoimmune encephalitis is a recently defined heterogeneous group of disorders probably resulting from an immune reaction against neuronal antigens.The characteristic clinical features include cognitive decline,seizures and behavioral disturbances.Autoimmune encephalitis,often improved with immune-modulatory therapies,is an important cause of rapidly progressive cognitive decline and behavioral problems.The recent knowledge about the syndromes was reviewed,and the clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment strategy were focused.
10.Papers covered in Medical F1000:A bibliometric analysis

Objective To identify the value of medical journals by analyzing the papers covered in Medical F1000. Methods The papers published before November 2012 recommended by Medical F1000 were retrieved,the recommended ratios of the total number of papers published in journals each year were calculated and ranked.Results A total of 27960 papers were recommended by Medical F1000.Of these papers,801 were published in New England Journal of Medicine and ranked first.A great difference was found in the number of papers ranked according to their recommended ratios and the recommended number of papers.Conclusion Only a small number of papers are recommended by Medical F1000.However,they can help readers access to the valued medical information in the shortest time.The recommended ratio and the recommended number of papers are the important evidence for the assessment of journals.
