Objective To probe into the present deployment of human resources at TCM hospitals,for the purpose of enabling the TCM hospital administrators in their policy making and nmagement of human resources.Methods 39 hospitals in the province were subject to a descriptive stndy. Results Nursing human resources in TCM hospitals in the province were found to be in shortage in general;other characteristics include irrational structure of their academic titles,insufficient nurses with senior academic titles,yet an improving proportion of competent nurses;lack of a unified model for TCM nursing in-service education confines the growth of TCM nursing personnel and TCM nursing academic development.Cbnclusion Health authorities and hospitals should deploy nurses per nursing workload,scientifically manage the contractual nurses,optimize the makeup of nursing personnel,launch fundamental training in TCM nursing,for the purposes of higher HR efficiency and better inheritance and development of TCM nursing studies.

Objective To perform the sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) in the patients with early breast cancer by the strict screening conditions and to analyze the accuracy of the sentinel lymph node for predicting the axillary lymph node status .Methods SLNB combined with methylene blue dye and isotope was performed in 266 cases of early breast cancer treated in this department with full treatment courses .Then the axillary lymph node dissection(ALND) was routinely conducted .With the pathological ex-amination as the standard ,the related factors affecting SLNB were analyzed .Results The detection rate of SLN ,accuracy rate ,sen-sitivity and the false negative rate were 100% ,98 .5% ,95 .56% and 4 .44% respectively ;the accuracy of SLN was significantly cor-related with the tumor size ,pathological type and axillary lymph node status(P<0 .01);the false negative rate of SLN was related with the tumor location(P<0 .05) .Conclusion The combination of methylene blue dye and isotope used in SLNB is feasible in the patients with early breast cancer ,SLN could accurately predict the axillary lymph node metastasis status .

Objective To study the active components in Isatidis Radix with agglutination effect on red blood cells. Methods The different extracts from Isatidis Radix were obtained by the means of systematic solvent extraction and their antivirus activity was studied by hemagglutination test. The HPLC fingerprints of the most active extracts from Isatidis Radix were established and also the extracts were bioassayed. The spectrum-activity relationship of the extracts was studied by mathematical statistics method. Results The n-butanol extracts had the best agglutination effect on red blood cells of the rabbit. The study on the spectrum-activity relationship of the extracts found that the greater the proportional area of common peaks 2 and 11 (retention time were 7.23 and 43.00 min) of the extracts had, the stronger the agglutination effect of the extracts had. Conclusion Common peaks 2 and 11 could be characteristic peak for anti-virus activity of Isatidis Radix. The spectrum-activity relationship of Isatidis Radix established could provide the theoretical basis and the data support for the pattern of quality control of Chinese materia medica.

Recent reports have indicated that Statins could remarkably improve the prognosis of patients suffered from coronary artery disease.And this effect is not only due to Statin's lipid-regulating function,but also correlated to its non-lipid-regulating action.Atorvastatin is the latest kind of statins.In this article,we specified the non-lipid-regulating effect of Atorvastatin in the prevention and therapy to coronary artery disease.Furthermore,we summarized its corresponding clinical evaluation or security.

To investigate the effect of losartan on the axis of prolylcarboxypeptidase (PRCP)--kallikrein of the two-kidney, one-clipped (2K1C) hypertensives rats, and explore the novel protection mechanism of losartan on the kidney. Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were used to develop the 2K1C hypertensive rats. Then, the rats were treated with prazosin (5 mg x kg(-1) x d(-1)) or losartan (5, 15 and 45 mg x kg(-1) x d(-1)) or vehicle, separately. At the same time, the blood pressures were observed. After treated for four weeks, the ratio of right kidney weight and body weight, the change of glomerular morphology, and K+, Na+, creatinine and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) of the serum were used for evaluation of kidney. The expressions of PRCP mRNA in the kidneys were determined by RT-PCR. The protein levels of PRCP, tissue kallikrein, plasma kallikrein, TGF-beta1 in kidney or plasma were measured by Western blotting. Results showed that the changes of body weight and kidney weight ratio, glomerular fibrosis degree and the biochemistrical index of serum induced by hypertension were relieved when the hypertensive rats treated with losartan for four weeks. Meanwhile, treatment of losartan also significantly decreased expression of TGF-beta1 and increased expressions of PRCP, plasma kallikrein and tissue kallikrein. The protective effects of losartan on the kidney of 2K1C hypertensive rats are activation of the axis of PRCP-kallikrein and reducing the expression of TGF-beta1.

Objective To analyze the effect of Chinese medicine differentiation syndrome combined with hormone in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome.Methods 84 children with nephrotic syndrome from May 2005 to May 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,42 cases in each group.The control group was given hormone,while the observation group was given Chinese medicine on the basis of hormone treatment.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the laboratory indicators of the observation group were better than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the laboratory parameters of the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 83.33％,which was significantly higher than 52.38％ of the control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine differentiation syndrome with hormone in treatment of children with nephrotic syndrome is clear,and it is safe and reliable,which is worth to be applied in clinical.

The distribution of journals, cooperated papers, authors and their affiliated institutions, fund-supported papers, and subjects in 305 papers published in 17 core journals of stomatology since their establishment with their citation frequencies ≤40 were analyzed in an attempt to provide reference for the editorial departments of journals in their topic selection , manuscripts review and solicitation .

[Objective] To discuss the cure effect of acupoints application combined with TCM decoctions and auricular point buried-bean on pernicious vomiting. [Method] Choose 65 such cases from April 2011 to March 2012 as control group and another 65 from Nov. 2011 to Sep. 2013 as treatment group. The control one take oral y TCM decoction combined with auricular point buried-bean, the treatment one added with TCM acupoints applica-tion;observe the result after 1 course. [Result] In treatment group, 46 cases were cured, 18 better, 1 was not cured, the total effective rate 98.5%;in con-trol one, they were respectively 40,11,14 and 78.4%; the comparison of them had difference of statistical meaning.[Conclusion] The acupoint application combined with TCM decoction and auricular point buried-bean has obvious cure effect on pernicious vomiting.
