OBJECTIVETo observe the clinical efficacy differences between regular acupuncture combined with acupuncture at trigone of urinary bladder and simple regular acupuncture for treatment of urination dysfunction induced by spinal cord injury.

METHODSSixty patients were randomized into an observation group and a control group, 30 cases in each one. The control group was treated with regular acupuncture at Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Zusanli (ST 36), Zhongwan (CV 12) and Tianshu (ST 25), etc. Based on the treatment of control group, the observation group was additionally treated with intensive needling at trigone of urinary bladder, once a day, 30 min per treatment. Ten treatments were considered as one course, and there was an interval of two days between courses, 4 courses of treatment were given in two groups. The improvement of urination function in two groups was evaluated, and the efficacy of urination function in two groups was compared.

RESULTSAfter treatment, the times of urine leakage, maximum urine output, bladder capacity and residual urine were all improved in two groups (all P<0.05). The improvement of times of urine leakage, bladder capacity and residual urine in the observation group was superior to that in the control group (all P<0.05). The total effective rate was 96.7% (29/30) in the observation group, which was superior to 83.3% (25/30) in the control group (P<0.05).

CONCLUSIONThe efficacy of regular acupuncture combined with intensive needling at trigone of urinary bladder on urination dysfunction induced by spinal cord injury is significantly superior to that of simple regular acupuncture.

Objective To investigate the ground glass appearance of solitary nodules of bronchioloalveolar carcinoma of the CT imaging features.Methods A retrospective analysis of 20 cases with pathologically proved with a ground glass appearance of solitary nodules of bronchioloalveolar carcinoma of the clinical and imaging data of CT.Results 20 cases of solitary nodules of bronchioloalveolar carcinoma without obvious clinical symptoms ;location:the upper lobe of the left lung in 10 cases,right upper lobectomy in 5 cases,3 cases of the right middle lobe,lower lobe of the left lung in 2 cases; all lesions were located at the lung periphery,both ground glass opacity nodules,14 of them patients with lesions of the peripheral see spiculation in 5 cases,vacuole sign,8 cases with air bronchogram,16 cases with pleural indentation,10 cases of vascular convergence sign etc..In 20 cases the lesion enhancement scan after the lesion showed no enhancement.In all cases,through the CT dynamic observation,no obvious change in lesion size,lesion slightly higher density,finally performed lobectomy pathologically diagnosed non mucoid alveolar cell carcinoma.Conclusion the ground glass appearance of solitary nodules of bronchioloalveolar carcinoma progress is slow,dynamic imaging observation helps to confirm the diagnosis.

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint injection at Neiguan (PC 6) plus acupuncture in treating insomnia due to heart-kidney disharmony.
Methods: A hundred patients with insomnia due to heart-kidney disharmony were randomized into an observation group and a control group. Fifty-three cases in the observation group were intervened by acupoint injection at Neiguan (PC 6) plus acupuncture; while 54 cases in the control group were intervened by acupuncture alone. The Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) was evaluated before and after intervention, and the therapeutic efficacies of the two groups were compared.
Results: Acupoint injection at Neiguan (PC 6) plus acupuncture produced significantly higher efficacies in improving sleep quality, shortening sleep latency, and enhancing sleep efficiency than acupuncture alone (P<0.05).
Conclusion: The two groups both can improve the condition of insomnia; acupoint injection at Neiguan (PC 6) has significant advantages, manifested by a higher therapeutic efficacy for insomnia due to heart-kidney disharmony, higher safety evaluation, efficiency, and less adverse events, thus proper for clinical application.

AIM　To study the electrochemical behavior of ofloxacin at Pt/GC ion implantation modified electrode. METHODS　With Pt/GC ion implantation modified electrode as working electrode, the behavior of ofloxacin was studied by voltammetry in 0.40 mol*L-1 KCl solution. RESULTS　A sensitive reductive peak of ofloxacin was obtained by linear sweep voltammetry. The peak potential was -1.35 V (vs SCE). The peak current was proportional to the concentration of ofloxacin over the range of 1.0×10-6-3.0×10-5 mol*L-1 with the detection limit of 5.0×10-7 mol*L-1. The behavior of reduction wave was studied and applied to determination of ofloxacin in tablets. CONCLUSION　The reduction process was irreversible. The element composition, atomicity form and depth of distribution at the surface of Pt/GC electrode were determined by Auger electron spectroscopy (AES), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and scannig electron microscope (SEM). The catalysis behavior and reaction mechanism at Pt/GC modified electrode was also studied.

County -level public hospitals reform is an important measure of deepening reform of the medical and health system.Medicare payments system reform is therefore an important part of public hospitals reform.By abolishing drugs addition,registration fee,treating fee and setting up medical service fee instead,our hospital carried on a diversified management style in the aspect of medical insurance total prepaid system.The implementation of the reform measures turns out a good result:reasonably keeping a control on the medicare spending and really embodying the transformed of interests patterns.On the premise of ensuring patients interests,medical personnel′s interests are improved to a new level and medical insurance fund are also brought under a reasonable control.The medicare payments system reform puts equity in access and people benefit as the starting point and footing of county -level public hospitals reform,thus lays a foundation of further development of public hospitals reform.

Objective To examine supine fulcrum pressurized radiograph to predict spinal flexibility in adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS). Methods 1. Empirical study: put two points (A and B) on one side of the plastic stick and one point on the other side ( C), pressurize on the plastic stick when point C is in the middle of A and B, and then measure the projection shifting of point A. Repeat the pressure test when the distance between A and C doubled. Analyze the effect of increasing distance on diminishing pressure. 2.Clinical study :45 patients ( 16 males and 29 females) underwent standing anteroposterior radiograph ,fulcrum lateral flexion radiograph, supine lateral flexion radiograph. The Cobb's angles were measured and the flexibility ratio was determined on preoperative fulcrum radiograph. Results (1) If the length of A and C was 25 cm, pressurize on point C, when pressure quantitative scale number located 1 scale and 2 scale of the rule, projection shifting of point A were 5 cm and 10 cm. If the length of A and C was 50 cm, pressurize on point C, when pressure quantitative scale number located 1 scale and 2 scale of the rule, projection shifting of point A were 8 cm and 15 cm. The longer the distance, the lesser the pressure force of plastics stick. (2)The Cobb angles and curve flexibility provided by fulcrum lateral flexion radiograph had significant difference from that provided by supine lateral flexion radiograph in male group and female group. Cobb angles of male group was 28. 6°± 4. 1 °, 16. 7°± 4. 6° respectively (t= 7. 438, P ＜ 0. 01 )and curve flexibility was 47. 6% ±8. 1% ,69. 4% ± 8. 5% respectively( t = 7. 438, P ＜ 0. 01 ). Cobb angles of female group was 24.5°± 2. 7°,12. 6°±2. 4° respectively(t = 17. 540,P ＜0. 01 )and curve flexibility was 53.4% ±5.2% ,76. 0% ±4. 7% respectively(t = 17. 54, P ＜ 0. 01 ). The flexibility of spinal main curve of female patients was obviously higher than male patients. Conclusions Supine fulcrum pressurized technique can make up for the insufficiency of supine lateral flexion technique, and provide a convenient, safe, precise and useful method for evaluation of spinal flexibility in AIS.

Objective To analyze the anticoagulation in patients with atrial fibrillation.Methods A retrospective analysis of anticoagulant therapy situation in 926 patients with atrial fibrillation was conducted,in order to sum up experience and improve the understanding of atrial fibrillation.Results In 926 patients with atrial fibrillation,there were no anticoagulant therapy in 675 patients,accounting for 72.89%,while only 251 cases received the treatment of anticoagulation,accounting for 27.11%.Only 66 patients aged>75 years were treated with anticoagulant therapy,accounting for 33.17%.The patients with coronary heart disease,in 17.60% and with anticoagulation treatment,the patients with diabetes in 28.37% and received anticoagulation therapy,28.32% patients with anticoagulation therapy in patients with hypertension,30.77% patients with cardiac insufficiency with anticoagulant therapy.Choice of treatment of aged>75,hypertension,coronary heart disease,clinical treatment strategies and patients were the main factors that affected the use of warfarin,but only>75 years of age,coronary heart disease,choice of treatment factors with statistical significance of three factors(OR=7.02,12.73,4.79,all P<0.05).675 cases without anticoagulant therapy in 101 patients with non warfarin treatment indications without the use of warfarin anticoagulation treatment,accounted for 14.96%.In addition,there were 574 AF patients with warfarin treatment indications and treatment with warfarin,analysis of its causes:63 cases had anticoagulant contraindications,172 cases for the doctor too much about bleeding complications,440 patients were not in accordance with the requirements of the detection of INR.Conclusion The positive effect of warfarin in prevention of ischemic stroke,but in basic hospital application of warfarin anticoagulation in patients with severe AF deficiency,should raise the awareness of risk of grassroots medical staff and patients of atrial fibrillation complicating embolism,do a good job of educating patients,to reduce the incidence of embolic events in patients with atrial fibrillation.

Objective This study aimed to describe the sex disparities on cancer incidence and mortality in Jiashan population.Methods All data concerning incident and death cases of cancers were gathered from the database of Cancer Registry in Jiashan county.Data from the 2010 China census was used as the standard population.Sex-specific age-standardized incidence rates (ASIRs),mortality rates (ASMRs) per 100 000 persons for all cancers and types of each cancer were calculated for the years of 1990 to 1999,2000 to 2009,2010 to 2014,and 1990 to 2014.In addition,the corresponding male-to-female incidence rate ratios (IRRs) and mortality rate ratios (MRRs) were also calculated.Results The ASIR of all cancers was 226.13/105 for the whole period of 1990 to 2014,with 266.04/105 for males and 187.22/105 for females,respectivcly.The corresponding IRR was 1.42 (95％CI:1.39-1.46),with significant difference noticed in the incidence rates between males and females (P＜0.05).The ASMR of all cancers was 155.39/105,with 206.55/105 for males and 104.98/105 for females,respectively.The corresponding MRR was 1.97 (95％ CI:1.91-2.03),with significant difference between males and females (P＜0.05).Among all the cancer types,only gallbladder cancer and thyroid cancer showed female predominance in both incidence and mortality,with male predominance in all the remaining cancers.Conclusion Finding from our study suggested that a male predominance in both incidence and mortality for a majority of cancers in Jiashan population.
