Objective:To find a feasible method to stimulate tumor-draining lymph node(TDLN) cells in clinic. Methods:CTL activity of TDLN cells induced by different stimulus (IL-2 group, IL-2+autologous tumor antigen group, IL-2+GM-CSF+IL-4+autologous tumor antigen group) was measured by the method of maximal LDH enzyme release. The mechanisms were explored by observation in morphology and detection of the CD83 positive rate of TDLN cells. Results:The level of growth of TDLN cells induced by (IL-2+GM-CSF+IL-4+autologous tumor antigen) was significantly higher than TDLN cells induced by IL-2 and (IL-2+autologous tumor antigen)(P

OBJECTIVE To study the distributive characteristics of the pathogens of the bacterial infectious diseases in Wuzhou, and to provide the basis for prevention and therapy of the infectious diseases.METHODS The VITEK-ATB system,BDPhoenix100 system,API system and CHROMagar were used to appraise the pathogens, which were from the bring up of doubtful infectious disease specimens.RESULTS The positive rate of 4 878 pathogenic test was 32.10%.The Gram-negative bacilli were the major(63.96%) from the 1 623 strains of pathogens isolated. The main composition of pathogen spectrum was Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Acinetobacter baumannii,Candida albicans,Enterococcus faecalis,Staphylococcus haemolyticus,Enterobacter cloacae, and Staphylococcus epidermidis. The distribution of main pathogens had different characteristics in different season and different infectious diseases.CONCLUSIONS Strengthening the test of pathogens in the doubtful infectious diseases and understanding the characteristics of local pathogen spectrum and the transitional current of infections in time, significantly influence on prevention and therapy of the infectious diseases.

BACKGROUND:The currently published literatures about Tuina manipulation for lumbar disc herniation include clinical observations, retrospective study and summary of clinical experience, which have shortcomings in the study design, choice of cases and outcome measures. Reviews may enrol randomized and intended references, and has no analysis or evaluation on the quality of involved literatures, leading to the bias and subjective views.
OBJECTIVE:To research the application laws of Tuina manipulation for treating lumbar disc herniation through literature analysis within 10 years.
METHODS:The key words of“lumbar disc herniation, traditional Chinese medicine, Tuina, manipulation, massage, rehabilitation, poking channels, point pressing, palpating pressing, and finger pressing”in Chinese were used to search the literature about Tuina manipulation in treatment of lumbar disc herniation within recent 10 years published in the Wanfang database, Vip database and CNKI database. The top 20 manipulations of Tuina for lumbar disc herniation were and statistical analyzed with hierarchical clustering statistical method.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The hierarchical clustering analysis results showed that, Tuina manipulations for lumbar disc herniation are as fol ows:(1) manipulations acted on soft tissue, including rol ing, holding, pushing and pressing;(2) manipulations acted on acupuncture point, including Urinary Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang acupuncture points (Shengshu, Dachangshu, Guanyuanshu, Zhibian, Chengfu, Weizhong, Chengshan and Kunlun), Gal Bladder Meridian of Foot-Shaoyang acupuncture points (Huantiao and Yanglingquan), Yaoyangguan point in Du Meridian, Zusanli point in Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming, and tender points;(3) manipulations acted on human bones and joints, including waist inclined pul method, waist back-stretching method, pelvic traction method and straight-leg raising method. The findings indicate that the potential application laws of Tuina manipulation for treating lumbar disc herniation are given priority to pressing acupuncture points (Urinary Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang acupuncture point, Gal Bladder Meridian of Foot-Shaoyang acupuncture point, Du Meridian, Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming acupuncture point and tender points), at the same time companied with manipulations acted on soft tissue (rol ing, holding, pushing spinal method), and bones and joints (waist inclined pul method, waist back-stretching method, pelvic traction method and straight-leg raising method).

Objective To master the distribution and drug resistance of gram positive bacteria in hospital infection of elderly cancer patients in Wuzhou area. Methods The clinical data of 136 cases of nosocomial infection with gram positive bacteria were summarized from May 2015 to April 2010 in Wuzhou area, and the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria were summarized. Results Gram positive cocci Staphylococcus accounted for 64 strains(47.06%),45 strains of Streptococcus(33.09%),Enterococcus accounted for 27 (19.85 %) strains of bacteria were gram positive cocci;pathogen mainly from throat swabs, sputum, drainage and blood,83.83% of the total,Department sources to ICU,Radiology,Medical Oncology, the most common, accounting for 71.32 % of all,and the same group of other items had significant difference(P<0.05);drug resistance,Staphylococcus to nitrofurantoin, tigecycline and vancomycin sensitivity was 100.00 %,the other resistance was more than 55.00 %;chain coccus of teicoplanin and vancomycin susceptibility 100.00 %,more than 57.89 % other isolates were resistant to linezolid;Enterococcus faecalis sensitivity was 100.00%,which occurred in 1 cases (7.69%) resistant to vancomycin, other antimicrobial drug resistance was 54.55% Above. Conclusion Elderly patients with tumors of gram positive cocci mainly come from respiratory tract infection ICU,interventional radiology is the hardest hit, there are serious drug resistance, vancomycin resistant Enterococcus faecalis in clinical,to strengthen the management of antimicrobial agents.
