Kunming mice were infected by feeding 150?5 larvae of Trichinella spiralis,established was also a normal control group.Blood was collected from the ophthalmic venous plexus respectively on 7 d,21 d,35 d and 49 d after infection and IL-12 in the serum was detected by ELISA.The level of IL-12 in serum decreased in groups of 7 d,21 d,and 35 d,with a significant difference to the control(P0.05),suggesting that the serum IL-12 of the Trichinella spiralis-infected mice significantly decreased at the earlier stage but approached to normal at a later stage.

Objective To study the influence of progesterone on the cell proliferation of hormone?dependent breast cancer and observe the co?effect of vitamin D and progesterone of different levels on the proliferation of the cell line T?47D in hormone?dependent breast cancer and the interaction be?tween vitamin D and progesterone. Methods The cultured T?47D cells were divided into the high and the low progesterone mono?treated groups to observe the effects of different levels of progesterone on the cell proliferation of hormone?dependent breast cancer cell line(T?47D). The high and the low vitamin D mono?treated groups were set to observe the effects of different levels of vitamin D on the cell proliferation. Groups treated by differ?ent levels of progesterone combined with vitamin D were set to observe the interaction between them. Normal breast cancer cells were set as the con?trol group. The two?factor two?level parallel factorial experiment was conducted to observe the co?effect of different levels of progesterone and vitamin D on the proliferation of T?47D. The growth and apoptosis of cells was observed through detection of absorbance in each group by MTT. Results The cell concentration in high and low progesterone treated groups was increased than that in the control group,and was increased in the low proges?terone treated group compared with the high progesterone treated group(P<0.05). The cell concentration in dual?low level treated group was de?creased than that in the other three groups which were two?factor treated and the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Progesterone stimulates the cell proliferation of hormone?dependent breast cancer. The concentration?based interaction between vitamin D and progesterone indicates that the bi?directional effect of progesterone on breast cancer cells may be related to the concentration of progesterone and other factors,but the specific interac?tion and the mechanism is unclear.

Objective To study the correlations among lumbosacral anatomical structure variations and herniation of intervertebral disc.Methods Through analyzing lumbar CT images of 684 patients with lumbocrural pain between 15 to 24 years old, the anatomical variations of spondylolysis, scoliosis deformity, lumbosacral transitional vertebra, subfissure, lumbosacral angle and others (including vertebral muscles beside, spines, transverse process on both sides) were observed, and the correlations among these anatomical variations and herniation of intervertebral disc were analyzed.Results The correlations among these above mentioned anatomical variations and herniation of intervertebral disc were 93.6%,92.3%,87.5%,81.3%,72.1%,53.3% respectively.In 91.4% of patients, the lumbosacral anatomical structure variations suffered herniation of intervertebral disc at the same time.But only 36.2% of patients suffered herniation of intervertebral disc without lumbosacral anatomical structure variations.Conclusion Lumbosacral anatomical structure variation is the main reason of herniation of intervertebral disc on teenagers.CT examination,which can reflect the correlation between them.

Objective To investigate the effect of embryotrophic factors(ETF)from human oviductal cells on gene expression of mouse early developmental embryos and discuss the role of fallopian tube in early development of embryos.Methods ETF was isolated from conditioned medium of human oviductal cell line by sequential liquid chromatographic systems.Mouse embryos were treated by ETF in vitro.Using differential display RT-PCR,the gene expression of embryos treated by ETF was compared with embryos without ETF treatment.The differentially expressed genes were separated,re-amplified,cloned and sequenced.Results Gene expression profiles of embryos with ETF treatment was different from embryos without this treatment.Eight differentially expressed genes were cloned and sequenced.These genes functioned in RNA degradation,synthesis,splicing,protein trafficking,cellular differentiation and embryo development.Conclusion Embryotrophic factors from human oviductal cells affect gene expression of early developmental embryos.The human oviductal cells play wide roles in early developmental stages of embryos.

Objective To investigate the epidemiology of viral infection in elderly patients to contract acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD)in Minhang district of Shanghai from 2010 to 2012,and to study the relationships between viral infection and clinical features.Methods The elderly patients (age >70 year old)with AECOPD admitted from September 2010 to November 2012 were enrolled for study.The patients who couldn't complete lung function test were excluded.The pharyngeal swabs (PS)were taken from each patient within the first 24 h after admission.Nine respiratory viruses and their subtypes from pharyngeal swabs were detected by the nested multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR)method,including influenza virus A (FluA),2009 influenza A (H1N1 )virus (09FluH1 ), influenza virus B (FluB),respiratory syncytial virus A (RSVA)and B (RSVB),human coronavirus-229E (hCOV-229E),human coronavirus-NL63 (hCOV-NL63 ),human coronavirus-OC43 (hCOV-OC43 ), human coronavirus-HKU1 (hCOV-HKU1),human parainfluenza virus 1-4 (hPIV1-4),human adenovirus (hAdV),human boca virus (hBoV),human metapneumo-virus (hMPV)and human rhinovirus (hRV). According to the PCR results,all patients were divided into positive viral infection group and negative viral infection group.The relationships between viral infection and clinical features were analyzed.Results Sixty patients were eligible for study.Of them,14 patients were found to be positive for virus infection including a triple infected patient (FluB,hRV and hROV)and 46 patients were negative for virus infection.The viral pathogens detected in the positive viral group were:9 cases of hRV (15.00%),2 cases of hPIV (3.33%),2 cases of hCOV (3.33%),2 cases of FluB (3.33%)and 1 cases of RSV (1.67%).The mortality in the positive viral group was higher than that in the negative viral group.However,the other clinical characteristics between the two groups had no significant differences. Conclusions Human rhinovirus was the most common viral pathogen in elderly patients with AECOPD.Viral infection might be associated with the prognosis.However,the patients with viral infection are lack of specific clinical characteristics,therefore,the prompt diagnosis before careful study would be difficult.

Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical distribution and changes in antimicrobial resistance profiles of Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus). Methods We collected clinical specimens of S. aureus from The First Hospital of China Medical University. The Vitek-2 and BD Phoenix 100 were performed for bacterial identification and drug sensitivity tests,and WHONET 5.6 was used to analyze the data. Results From 2007 to 2016,there were 3 377 unrepeatable strains of S. aureus,including 1 705 that were methicillin resistant S. aureus (MRSA). The isolation rate of S. aureus was 9.4 ％ and of these,50.5 ％ were MRSA. There were 776 S. aureus specimens from outpatients or the emergency department,including 16.8 ％ MRSA,and 2 011 S. aureus from inpatient departments,including 60.2 ％ MRSA. The main sources of specimens were sputum (41.8 ％),pus (17.9 ％),and body secretions (17.5 ％). The average resistance rates of MRSA for erythromycin,ofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,gentamycin,and tetracycline were higher than 75.0 ％. The average resistance rate of methicillin sensitive S. aureus (MSSA) for erythromycin was up to 76.8 ％,and for tetracycline,gentamycin,ciprofloxacin,and ofloxacin,were less than 25.0 ％. In 10 years,the average resistance rates of MRSA and MSSA for 11 kinds of common antibiotics had no obvious change. Conclusion The constituent rate of MRSA was high in The First Hospital of China Medical University,especially from the areas that were not sterile,suggesting that clinicians should pay attention to the identification of infection and sources for MRSA,which were from such areas. Hospital infection control should be focused on at the same time,in order to reduce the incidence of MRSA.

Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of biliary stent combined with intra-biliary radiofrequency ablation and stent alone in the treatment of malignant obstructive jaundice.Methods:The PubMed, Cochrane library, Embase, HowNet, Wanfang, Weipu were systematically searched, the search time was up to February 2021. To collect and compare the clinical efficacy studies of combined intra-biliary radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of patients with malignant obstructive jaundice before biliary stent placement. After literature screening, data extraction and quality assessment conducted by two independent reviewers. Meta-analysis was performed with the patients' 1-year survival rate, 6-month patency rate after biliary stent operation, and comparative changes in postoperative complications as the main outcome indicators.Results:Finally, 9 studies were included, comprising 2 randomized controlled studies (RCT) and 7 retrospective studies, involving a total of 443 patients, with 211 cases in the biliary stent combined with intra-biliary radiofrequency ablation group and 232 cases in the stent alone group. The results of meta-analysis showed that in two joint groups compared with the stent alone group, in overall analysis, the rate of re-obstruction of the biliary tract decreased 6 months after stenting ( OR=0.24, 95% CI: 0.13-0.42) and 1-year survival rate increased ( OR=3.79, 95% CI: 2.08-6.90), the differences are statistically significant ( P<0.001), there was no statistical difference in the complications ( P=0.13). In ERCP group, the rate of re-obstruction of the biliary tract decreased 6 months after stenting ( OR=0.21, 95% CI: 0.08-0.55), and the 1-year survival rate significant increase ( OR=3.63, 95% CI: 1.76-7.48), the differences are statistically significant ( P<0.01). In PTCD group, the rate of re-obstruction of the biliary tract decreased 6 months after stenting ( OR=0.25, 95% CI: 0.12-0.51), and the 1-year survival rate significant increase ( OR=4.13, 95% CI: 1.42-12.03), the differences are statistically significant ( P<0.01). Conclusion:Compared with the stent-only group, the combined group is safe and effective in treating malignant obstructive jaundice.

The Choledochal cyst is an extremely rare congenital anomaly of the bile duct. Early cyst resection and Roux-en-Y hepatojejunostomy are the primary surgical methods for treating choledochal cyst. With the emergence of enhanced recovery after surgery, laparoscopic surgery has effectively reduced the incidence of biliary complications and wound infections, but it still does not meet people's requirements for minimally invasive surgery. Robotic surgery system has the potential to enhance surgical precision and the maneuverability of surgeons due to clear surgical visualization and flexible mechanical arms. The authors review the relevant literatures and conduct a Meta-analysis to evaluate the efficacy of robot-assisted surgery and laparoscopic surgery for choledochal cyst.
