A kinetic method for the detemination of trace rhodium based on the catalytic effect of Rh on the oxidative color reaction of diantipyry1-(p-dimethylamino)-phenylmethane (DAMAM) with potassium periodate in the H3PO4 medium and ot wateer bath was estabished. The optimum condition and kinetic parameters of this reaction were studied in detail. The linear range of the determination was 0~80μg/L, and the detection limit was 6.20×10-7g/L. The apparent activation energy og catalytic reaction was found to be 89.03kJ/mol, rate constant was 2.51×10-4/s. The system wasstable at least 6h. The method has been applid to determine trace rhodium in some catalyst samples with the relative standard deviation of 2.7%~3.2%(n=6) and recovery of 98.2%~103.2% (n=5).

The catalytic effect of ruthenium on the oxidation reacti on of methylene blue (MB) was investigated and applied for the determination of ruthenium(Ⅲ) by the kinetic spectrophotometry in the sulfuric acid medium at 90±0.5℃. The optimum reaction conditions, kinetic parameters and r eaction mechan ism were studied. The linear ranges for the determination of ruthenium (Ⅲ) were 0.0~1.2 and 1.2~5.6 μg/L with a detection limit of 0.05 μg/L . Almost no foreign ions more than 50-fold concentration of Ru(Ⅲ) I nterfered with the determination. The method, which was of high sensitivity, good selectivity and stability, was s uccessfully applied for the determination of trace ruthenium in some ores and m e tallurgical products, the RSD (n=8) was 1.3%~2.2% and the recovery was between 99% and 105%.

Objective To explore the status of cognition on hospice care of community health care providers in Changchun City so as to provide an effective reference for developing hospice care in community and relevant departments. Methods From January to March 2017,we extracted three districts(Chaoyang District,Luyuan District,Nanguan District of Changchun City)by convenience sampling and selected 260 eligible community health care providers from 10 community health service centers by chester sampling as respondents. The status of cognition on hospice care of community health care providers was investigated with the self-designed questionnaire. The SPSS 19.0 was used to data analysis. Results The score of knowledge, attitude and behavior on hospice care of community health care providers was(13.26±2.94),(138.29±13.16)and(20.89±3.42)respectively.Conclusions Community health care providers of Changchun City are with a positive attitude toward hospice care.At the same time, they do well in hospice care provided for the dying patients and their family members. However, their grasping state on knowledge of hospice care is weak due to lack systematic professional knowledge training in hospice care.We should strengthen knowledge education as well as training in hospice care for community health care providers and improve the whole cognition on hospice care of community health care providers.

Objective:To explore the status quo of self-management ability in young and middle-aged patients with gout and analyze its influencing factors. Methods:Totally 225 patients with gout admitted in the Department of Rheumatology and the Department of Endocrinology at a ClassⅢ Grade A hospital in Jilin Province from September 2020 to March 2021 were selected by convenient sampling and investigated with the general information questionnaire, Gout Patient Self-Management Assessment Scale, and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire. Results:The total score of self-management ability in young and middle-aged patients with gout was (127.29±22.42) , including (41.15±7.38) in disease treatment management, (37.41±7.20) in diet management, (27.42±5.62) in lifestyle management, and (21.31±5.06) in psychosocial management. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the education level, course of illness, smoking, facing and avoiding coping styles were the influencing factors of the self-management ability of gout patients ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The self-management ability of young and middle-aged gout patients is the best in disease treatment management and the worst in psychosocial management in all dimensions, but the overall level is at a medium level and needs to be improved. Clinical medical staff should take targeted health education strategies based on its influencing factors to improve the self-management level of disease in young and middle-aged gout patients.
