Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2017;23(2):226-231
Objective To analyze the trend of transitional care in recent ten years and to find the advantages and shortages in this field between home and abroad, so as to provide reference for nursing researchers in China. Methods The literatures about transitional care pub-lished from January, 2005 to August, 2016 from Web of Science and CNKI were retrieved, and the visualizing map was drawn by operating CiteSpaceⅡ. Results The annual number publication of transitional care steadily increased in the world in recent ten years. China issued a small amount of documents before 2012, and then the research of transitional care obviously increased, while the number was comparable to the international in 2015. USA played a leading role in the field;China issued only 2%of the total, ranking the 9th. By comparing domestic and foreign research hot topics, international transitional care studies paid more attention to nursing program and the effect, while China fo-cused on the research of the disease. Research frontier showed that international transitional care service expanded to more and more sub-jects gradually, and inclined to the continuation of management, community and family support nursing research, which was relatively lack in China. Conclusion In recent years, the research of transitional care received increasing attention in China, while the depth and breadth of study was still lacking. China should learn from foreign research hot topics and frontiers to explore transitional care system, and provied pa-tients discharged nursing support and self care knowledge, to enrich high quality nursing connotation.

Objective To explore the effect of unsupported arm exercise (UAE) on dyspnea, exercise endurance of upper limbs and qual-ity of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods From May to October, 2014, totally 70 patients with COPD were recruited and were randomly assigned to control group and intervention group. Both groups received routine care, and the inter-vention group performed UAE for six weeks additionally. The COPD Assessment Test (CAT), baseline dyspnoea index (BDI) and six-min-ute Pegbord and Ring Test (6PBRT) were recorded. Results The scores of CAT and BDI, and the number of turns in six minutes were better in the intervention group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion UAE can increase the exercise endurance of upper limbs, relieve the dyspnea, and improve the quality of life in patients with COPD.

Objective To evaluate the role and surgical curative effect of the holmium laser under minor-caliber ureteroscope (F4.5) for the treatment of incarcerated ureteral calculus. Methods The holmium laser under minor-caliber ureteroscope (F4.5) was used to treat the incarcerated ureteral calculus with the course more than 2 months in 286 cases (334 sides) . Results 262 patients (304 sides) were successful in operation of single cavity treatment, with success rate of 91.6%. Conclusion Long course incarcerated ureteral calculus often associated with ureteral obstruction lesions (narrow, polyp, granulation hyperplasia, ureter cyst,etc.). Compared with thick ureteroscopy, minor-caliber ureteroscope has high single success rate for the treatment of incarcerated ureteral calculus with high safety, less complications, high gravel and platoon stone rates, and simultaneous treatment of the ureteral obstruction lesions.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 1991;0(02):-
Objective: To discuss the risk factors of suicide with psychological autopsy method. Methods: 66 complete suicides from Jinzhou and Zhuanghe of Dalian , LiaoNing province, which were individually matched with control population. Results: Three main risk factors of suicide remained in the final conditional logistic regression model. They were social support (OR = 0.66, 95%CI = 0.48 - 0.91 ), depression (OR=1.18, 95%CI=1.03-1.35) and neurosis (OR=2594.59,95%CI=6.29-1069550) . Conclusion: The combined effect of multiple factors increases the risk of suicide but not the unique effect of single factor. The suicide preventive efforts should focus on individuals exposed to multiple risk factors.
