Objective To study the absorption and distribution of low molecular N-trimethyl chitosan chloride in mice. Methods Using tritium marking method to determine the concentrations of low molecular N-trimethyl chitosan chloride in serum after oral administration. Its pharmacokinetics were analysed by DAS ver1.0 program and the distributions in tissues were examined. Results The pharmacokinetics of low molecular N-trimethyl chitosan chloride were consistent with two-compartment model. The radioactive concentrations in liver, kidney, lung and spleen were higher than those in other tissues. And the radioactive concentration in cancer was higher. Conclusion Low molecular N-trimethyl chitosan chloride could be absorbed after oral administration. It was easily conjugate with cancer surface and could be developed as an anticancer drug for oral use in the future.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution and bacterial resistance of nosocomial infection.METHODS The data of 45 hospitals from Shandong Provincial Nosocomial Surveillance System from Jan 2003 to Dec 2005 were analyzed.RESULTS Of total 5 626 isolates strains from the nosocomial infection cases,G-bacilli,G+ cocci and fungi accounted for 58.27%,25.84% and 15.89%,respectively.The ampicillin-resistant rate of commonly encountered G-bacilli was above 89%.There were 72.98% of E.coli resistant to ciprofloxacin. The rates of resistance of S.aureus and coagulase negative Staphylococcus to penicillin, ampicillin and erythromycin were all above 80%;the lincomycin-resistant rate of S.aureus increased gradually to 86.64%.CONCLUSIONS Drug resistance of the nosocomial infective bacteria is a serous problem.Surveillance of bacterial resistance should be strengthened.

This study was aimed to construct Sirt1 shRNA interfering vector and to analyze the effects of Sirtl on cell proliferation and apoptosis in HepG2, A549 and 293T cell lines. To design and synthisize Sirtl shRNA sequence then recombinate it to pGenesil-1.0 plasmid, the positive pGenesil-1.0-Sirtl vector clone was screened by effective detections and sequencing. The vectors were transfected into HepG2, A549, 293T cell lines, and Sirtl expression levels in these clones were detected by RT-PCR and Western-blot. These clone cell proliferation activities were detected by MTT, and these cells apoptosis incidences were detected by MTT experiment after treated with DOX. The results showed that Sirt1 shRNA interfering vectors were successfully screened. The levels of Sirtl expression in HepG2-sh, A549-sh and 293T-sh cells were significantly reduced compared with their control cells. It was indicated that the proliferation activities of these cells were impaired and anti-apoptosis capabilities of HepG2-sh, A549-sh and 293T-sh were also impaired notably. Sirt1 took an important role in maintaining cell proliferation and resisting cell apoptosis caused by DNA damage, and this result also provided theoretical information for the further research.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2022;43(3):437-441
Objective:
To explore the effect of proprioception combined with core stability training on the static balance ability and dynamic balance ability of college students, and to provide an experimental basis for studying body balance ability and preventing sports injuries.
Methods:
In August 2019, 112 non sports students from Shandong Institute of Physical Education were recruited, and 52 subjects were selected as the intervention group and 60 as the control group by random number table method. The intervention group was given proprioceptive training combined with core stability training, while the control group was given core stability training. The static and dynamic balance abilities of the two groups of subjects before and after training were compared.
Results:
The static balance ability of the intervention group was higher than that before the intervention ( F =2.17, P <0.05) at the 5th and 11th weeks, which were 18.31% and 47.37% higher, respectively. The ability to stand on one foot with eyes closed at the 11th week in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group at the 11th week( t =2.25, P <0.05). After training, the equilibrioception of the intervention group was improved, increasingly improved in the 11th week. And compared with that in intervention group in the 5th and 11th week, the ability was also higher than the balance ability of the intervention group before the intervention( F =2.37, P <0.01), 12.01% and 12.99% higher, respectively.
Conclusion
Proprioception and core stability training can effectively improve the static and dynamic balance ability of college students, and the training effect of proprioceptive training combined with core stability training is better than that of core stability training.

BACKGROUND:Autologous tissue-engineered bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s (BMSCs) transplantation is one of the most common methods of treating early osteonecrosis of femoral head, but now there is stil no any special-purpose grafter available in the market. Such surgical transplantation is a laborious, time-consuming and tedious process, which goes against its clinical promotion. OBJECTIVE:To develop a supporting, efficient, special-purpose grafter, to solve the difficulty in stem cel s transplantation during core decompression of femoral head. METHODS:CAD software was used to perform solid modeling for this special-purpose grafter and print them by three-dimensional (3D) fast printing technology. The performance of this special-purpose grafter was tested by femoral head core decompression combined with BMSCs transplantation. It was compared with traditional surgical instrument in terms of duration of operation, intraoperative blood loss, visual analogue scale (VAS) of stem cel/biological fiber col agen complex omission amount and doctor’s satisfaction score. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1) A kind of special-purpose grafter was developed by 3D printing technology rapidly. (2) Compared with the control group, duration of operation, intraoperative blood loss, VAS scores and doctor’s satisfaction scores were significantly improved in the trial group (P<0.05). (3) CAD software combined with 3D printing technology is a highly efficient means for front-line clinicians to perform independent development. The research and development of this special-purpose grafter provides a perfect solution to the laborious, time-consuming and tedious process of cel/biological col agen fiber transplantation.

Objective To explore the correlation between the methylation level of 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 1A(HTR1A) gene promoter region and severity of symptom in the manic epi-sode patients with bipolar disorder type Ⅰ(BD-Ⅰ). Methods Fifty six manic episode patients with BD-Ⅰand fifty nine healthy controls were randomly included in the study. The level of HTR1A gene promoter meth-ylation was measured with pyrosequencing technique in both manic episode patients with BD-Ⅰ and the healthy controls. The severity of symptoms was assessed with score of Bech-Rafaelsen Mania Rating Scale (BRMS) in patients with BD-Ⅰ. Pearson correlation analysis was employed to explore the correlation be-tween the serum level of HTR1A promoter methylation and score of BRMS in BD-Ⅰgroup. Results In-creased serum level of HTR1A gene promoter methylation was found in manic episode patients with BD-Ⅰ((66. 55±10. 55)%) compared with that in healthy controls((54. 03±8. 85)%)(P<0. 01). Positive corre-lation was found between the serum level of HTR1A gene promoter methylation and total score of BRMS in manic patient with BD-Ⅰ(r=0. 534,P<0. 01). Conclusion The current findings suggest that the serum level of HTR1A gene promoter methylation can be an epigenetic indicator for severity of manic symptom in BD-Ⅰ.
