Objective To compare the clinical effects and influence on CA125,endometrial antibody of trip-torelin the treatment of endometriosis surgery endometriosis surgery,to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods 60 patients with endometriosis surgery were randomly divided into 30 cases of I group and 30 cases of II group,I group was treated with mifepristone on the first days after menstruation 12.5mg/d,qd,II group was given triptorelin 3.75mg,every 28 days for 1 times,treated for 3 months,the symptoms and signs before and after treatment were observed,then menstruation and dysmenorrhea score were evaluated,Elbow vein blood was taken out for calculat-ing CA125 and serum antiendometrial antibody,the clinical efficacy were evaluated and the adverse reactions were observed,all patients were followed up for 1 years,then 1 years cumulative pregnancy rate were recorded.Results The CA125,EMab,menstrual score,dysmenorrhea score of I group and II group after the treatment were (18.2 ±2.8)U /mL and (8.8 ±3.2)U /mL,(405.2 ±141.1)pg/mL and (202.1 ±79.8)pg/mL,(18.85 ±6.32)score and (7.68 ± 4.19)score,(1.91 ±0.35)score and (0.95 ±0.63)score,all index of both group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(t =8.433 and 14.824,7.659 and 14.578,20.772 and 26.286,15.853 and 19.513,P <0.01),all index of II group after treatment were significantly lower than those of I group(t =5.711, 6.632,6.675,5.624,all P <0.01).The total effective rate,pregnancy rate,recurrence rate of I group and II group were 96.67% and 93.33%,53.33% and 50%,3.33% and 6.67%,the difference were not statistically significant (P >0.05);the irregular vaginal bleeding rate of I group was 23.33%,the II group were 3.33%,χ2 =5.192,P <0.05.Conclusion Triptorelin and mifepristone has same clinical effect in endometriosis postoperative,but triptorelin can reduce more effectively the CA125 and anti endometrium antibody,abnormal vaginal bleeding and reduce dysmen-orrhea postoperative,postoperative recurrence rate and pregnancy rate is good,can be used as a recommended drugs in the treatment patients with endometriosis surgery.

Objective To observation the effect of treating wind-cold type periarthritis of shoulder with acupuncture with warmed needle. Methods Study the influence of acupuncture with warmed needle on clinical indexes as total therapeutic effect, pain, and range of activity of 60 patients with wind-cold type periarthritis of shoulder. Result The total effective rate was over 80%. Conclusion acupuncture with wanned needle is a good method in treating wind-cold type periarthritis of shoulder clinically.

Calcium-activated chloride channels(CaCCs) play an important role in cardiovascular system,including participating in a variety of physiological functions and being associated with the pathology progress of many cardiovascular diseases.With the development of research,transmembrane protein 16a (TMEM16A) has recently been identified as the molecular basis of CaCCs.Since the study of TMEM16A has got some achievement,especially in the section of cardiovascular system,its main research progress and key points from previous researches are summarized,in which the expression and physiological function of TMEM16A,as well as its clinical pathological correlations with some cardiovascular diseases are told about.Besides,the research prospect of TMEM16A in targeting therapy of cardiovascular disease is also discussed.

Objective To investigate ultrasound diagnosis different types of placenta previa (PP)during the late pregnancy and its relationship with the perinatal outcome.Methods The clinical data of 170 pregnant women with PP and 170 healthy pregnant women who underwent ultrasound were retrospectively analyzed.PP-related risk factors were analyzed,the perinatal outcome of different types of PP were compared.Results Among PP pregnant women,complete PP was in 82 cases,partial PP was in 36 cases,marginal PP was in 32 cases,low-lying placenta was in 20 cases.The rate of age ＞ 30 years old,parity,gravidity,the number of abortion and the number of cesarean section in PP pregnant women were significantly higher than those in healthy pregnant women [59.4％(101/170) vs.40.0％(68/170),(1.5 ± 0.6) times vs.(1.3 ± 0.4) times,(2.4 ± 0.5) times vs.(1.7 ± 0.1) times,(1.7 ± 0.1) times vs.(1.1 ± 0.3) times,(1.3 ±0.3) times vs.(1.0 ± 0.1) times,P ＜ 0.01].Parity,gravidity,the number of abortion,the number of cesarean section,age,and the incidence rate of cesarean section,postpartum hemorrhage,placental adherence,premature delivery,neonatal weight ＜ 2.5 kg,5 min Apgar score ＜ 7 scores in complete PP pregnant women were significantly higher than those in partial PP,marginal PP and low-lying placenta pregnant women (P＜0.01).Conclusions Ultrasound can dynamically observe the development process of the PP.There is a certain correlation with the severity of risk factors of PP,early intervention can improve the prognosis.

Objective:To evaluate the effect and adverse reaction of thymosin ?1(T?1) in the treatment of malignant tumor.Methods:MEDLINE,Chinese hospital knowledge database(CHKD),Chinese Biomedical Database(CBM) were searched by key word ,and the obtained references were screened for clinical controlled trials(CCT) on the introduction of T?1 in therapy of malignant tumor.The CCT results of efficacy and safety were pooled and analyzed with a fixed or random effects model after Chi-Square testing for heterogeneity.Results:Six CCTs were included for efficacy analysis.It was found that the efficacy rate in T?1 group(70.63%) was significantly higher than that in control group(52.99%),and the value of odds ratio was 1.28 with the 95% confidence interval from 1.06 to 1.55(P

In medical colleges, it is difficult to effectively carry out design experiment teach-ing in functional experiment because of the limitation of many factors such as the large number of stu-dents and the shortage of teachers and teaching resources. This study explored the multi-level teaching of designing experiment. Through gradually increasing the difficulty of the teaching content, the center position of the students was improved. Besides, the students' knowledge expanded from books to the subject research frontiers and their awareness of innovation was gradually enhanced. The survey showed that students' satisfaction with the teaching was up to 90% and their self-learning ability was en-hanced. However, it should be noticed that teaching time should be arranged reasonably and the teach-ing process should be supervised in design experiment to ensure the effective experiment teaching.

Objective To examine the teaching effects of case-based learning in the class of functional experiment. Methods Students (n=139) of five-year clinical medicine specialty were ran-domly divided into control group (n=70) and case group (n=69). The students of control group were taught with traditional teaching method and the case-based learning was adapted in the case group. Namely the clinical cases were led into teaching and the teaching process was completed through case import, problem sets, and the literature review and discussion. The teaching effects were evaluated through questionnaire survey (Analysis by the χ2-test, the test level is 0.05) and the analysis of test scores (Analysis by the t-test, the test level is 0.05). Results The score of the case group was better than the control group in the operation test (P=0.042 0). The total evaluating score and test score were also better in the case group in comparing to the control group (P=0.007 8 or P=0.008 2). As indicated by the questionnaire survey, more than 80%students thought the case teaching method could improve their learning interests and the independent learning abilities. Moreover, the skills of problem analysis and knowledge application were increased through case teaching. Conclusion The teaching effects of case-based learning were superior to the traditional teaching.
