Objective To explore the methodology for correction of nasal and ocular fracture syndrome to decrease surgical incisions and times as much as possible. Methods Depending upon the characteristics of neighbour anatomy of nose and orbit, a series of nasal and ocular interrelated deformities caused by late naso-orbital fractures were corrected simultaneously through the same surgical incision, in 18 patients with interruption of medial canthal ligament, dislocation and deformity of medial canthal angle, obstruction of nasal-lacrimal duct, epiphora, depression of nasal bridge and deviation of nose. A total of 18 cases with late naso-orbital fracture syndrome were treated since 1997, including 11 male and 7 female cases from 5 to 38 years old. Results After 6 months to 4 years follow-up, 2 child patients were still with epiphora and another one with medial canthal angle was reposited, the rest were achieved satisfactory effects. Conclusion Surgeons, cooperated with other specialists, are able to correct the disease simultaneously. It is worth to be recommended to other hospitals.

Objective To investigate the suicide related psychological status of cancer patients in hospital. Methods 508 cancer patients in the Affiliated- Tumor- Hospital- of- Guangxi- Medical- University were recruited and using the hospital anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) and Beck Hopelessness Scale (BHS) for evaluating cancer patients′anxiety, depression, hopelessness. According to age, the patients were divided into three groups, comparing the differences in three groups′scores of anxiety, depression, hopelessness. Results Of all the respondents, there were 38.7% (172/445) patients with anxiety, and 26.3% (117/445) patients with depression, and 59.1% (263/445) patients with different degrees of hopelessness. In the comparison of three groups of patients, anxiety scores existed differences (U=7.083,P < 0.05), the average score of anxiety in patients below 40 years was 6.84±3.73, 40-49 years old patients with anxiety average score was 7.17±3.75, 50-60 years old patients with anxiety average score was 6.14±3.79. But depression scores and despair scores had no statistic difference among the three groups(U=2.417 and 0.166, P > 0.05). Conclusions Many people have anxiety / depression in cancer patients, most cancer patients have varying degrees of hopelessness. The health care workers should get attention to these suicide related psychology, take appropriate intervention, in order to avoid the occurrence of hospitalized cancer patients committing suicide.

The aim of the study was to prepare enrofloxacin nanosuspension injection and evaluate its pharmacokinetics after giving a single intramuscular injection. The high pressure homogeneous technique was used to prepare enrofloxacin nanosuspension injection and preliminary evaluation of the quality was done. The high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was used to determinate content of enrofloxacin in pig plasma. And the pharmacokinetic characteristics of enrofloxacin nanosuspension injection were compared with Baytril injection. The content of enrofloxacin in this preparation is 97.9%.The average particle size of enrofloxacin nanosuspension injection was (613.21±5.78) nm,PDI was (0.22±0.02) and the potential was-2.02 mV.Maximal plasma concentrations were (0.32±0.12) and (0.67 ± 0.09) mg/L after i.m administration with enrofloxacin nanosuspension injection and Baytril injection. The peak times were (2.88 ±0.96) and (0.79±0.26) hours, respectively.Mean elimination half-lifes were (5.99± 1.37) and (4.49 ± 1.25) hours, respectively.Areas under concentration-time curve were (4.63±1.30) and (4.40±0.45) mg/L · h,respectively.Mean residence times were (9.59±2.34) and (5.41±1.10) hours, respectively. The relative bioavailability of enrofloxacin nanosuspension injection was 105.2%.The preparation method of high pressure homogeneous was simple and good reproducibility.Enrofloxacin nanosuspension injection was characterized by non-sedimentation,easy-redispersion,relatively stable.Comparing with Baytril injection, enrofloxacin nanosuspension injection had a certain slowrelease effect, showing slower elimination than enrofloxacin injeetion.

Objective To study a new clinicopathological subtype of primary cutaneous T-cell lym phoma (PCTCL). Methods A case of T-cell lymphoma was systematically evaluated clinically and by using H-E staining, special staining, immunohistochemical staining, gene rearrangement and PCR.Results The skin lesion presented as tender nodules with mucocele. Skin biopsies showed that in the dermis and subcutaneous tissue, most of the angiotropic tumor cells were small T cells; no obvious epidermotropic phenomenon was detected.A few vessels were observed with obvious fibromucinous matrix formation. Immunohislochemical studies showed the following:CD3(+),CD43(+),CD45RO(+),CD56(a few),CD68(-), CD79?(-),CD20 (-), CD30(-), CD117(-), ALK(-), S-100(-),CD45R(-),EMA(-),SMA(-).The mucoid matrix was positive for Alcian blue staining. The rearrangement of T-cell ? receptor gene was detected.EBV was not detected with PCR.Conclusion Fibromucinous T-cell lymphoma rich in blood vessels is a new and distinct variant of PCTCL; it is not a subtype of mycosis fungoides.

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of hand controlled rhythm music therapy on unilateral spatial neglect for stroke patients. MethodsFrom September, 2020 to September, 2022, 52 patients with unilateral spatial neglect after stroke in Wuxi Central Rehabilitation Hospital were randomly divided into control group (n = 26) and observation group (n = 26). Both groups accepted routine rehabilitation, and the observation group accepted hand controlled rhythm music therapy in addition, for eight weeks. Before and after treatment, the patients were assessed with Chinese Behavioral Inattention Test-Hong Kong version (CBIT-HK) routine tests (line crossing, letter cancellation, star cancellation, line bisection, figure and shape copying, and representational drawing) and modified Barthel Index (MBI). ResultsAfter treatment, six scores of CBIT-HK routine tests and the scores of MBI increased in both groups (|t| > 3.077, P < 0.05), and they were higher in the observation group than in the control group (|t| > 2.639, P < 0.05). ConclusionHand controlled rhythm music therapy could effectively alleviate the symptoms of unilateral spatial neglect after stroke, and improve the activities of daily living.
