Aim To explore the effect of high density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein A-I mimetic peptide on the secretion and the expression of adiponectin in fully differentiated 3T3-L1 adipocytes in inflammatory status and the possible mechanism. Methods Fully differentiated 3T3-L1 adipocytes were incubated in the medium containing various concentrations of high density lipoprotein(10~100 mg?L-1) and apolipoprotein A-I mimetic peptide(1~50 mg?L-1)with 100 ?g?L-1 lipopolysaccharide(n=3).Evaluate the levels of adiponectin in supernatant, the mRNA expression of adiponectin and PPAR?,and the activity of NF-?B.Results During LPS stimulation adiponectin concentrations in supernatant decreased from 0.25?0.03 ?g?L-1 to 0.14?0.02 ?g?L-1(P

3T3-L1 adipocytes were cultured with various concentrations of high-density lipoprotein ( HDL, 0, 10, 50, and 100 μg/ml ) for 16 h and with lipopolysaccharide ( LPS, 100 ng/ml ) for another 6 h. Interleukin-8 in the medium was determined by ELISA, and PPAR-γ mRNA expression by reverse transacription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Interleukin-8 levels were increased in LPS-treated cells ( P<0.05 ), but decreased in HDL-treated cells in the dose-dependent manner. PPARγ mRNA expressions were increased in HDL-treated groups than those treated only with LPS. These results suggested HDL may decrease interleukin-8 secretion via up-regulating PPARγ expression in adipocytes.

Objective To evaluate the effects of oral motor interventions on feeding performance of preterm infants with feeding and swallowing disorders. Methods According to the bed number, the premature infants were divided into two groups in equal number: the control group received non-nutritive sucking for 30 minutes before feeding , while the experiment group infants received oral motor interventions. The proficiency and volume transfer were observed and recorded. Result The proficiency and volume transfered in the experiment group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The oral motor interventions can effectively improve the feeding performance in preterm infants with feeding and swallowing disorders.

Objective To investigate the early prediction and monitoring value of real time fluorescence quantitative PCR(qPCR) detection of BCR-ABL mRNA on chronic myelogenous leukemia(CML)patients with minimal residual disease(MRD)after alloge-neic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT).Methods From January 2013 to January 2016 in People's Hospital of Yantian District,School of Medicine in Shenzhen University and Shenzhen Hospital of Peking University,67 cases of outpatient and hospitalized patients with chronic myelogenous leukemia in the Department of Hematology were selected as the observation group, and 50 healthy people who took physical examination in the People's Hospital of Yantian District at the same period of time were se-lected as the control group.BCR-ABL mRNA levels before and after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in patients with chronic myelocytic leukemia were detected by qPCR.Results The BCR-ABL mRNA results in the control group were nega-tive.Before transplantationin the levels of BCR-ABL mRNA in patients with CML in accelerated and blastic phase were higher than that in patients in chronic phase(P<0.05);After transplantation the BCR-ABL/ABL ratio of qPCR detected at all time points in the first 36 months was significantly lower than that before the transplantation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);qPCR can still detect the level of BCR-ABL/ABL expression after 36 months of transplantation. Conclusion qPCR is accu-rate and reliable, and has important clinical application value for the clinical diagnosis of chronic myeloid leukemia and minimal re-sidual disease detection.
