Object To select quality species of Erigeron breviscapus (Vant.) Hand.-Mazz. and study its growing practice and cultural habit. Methods The yield and content of breviscapinun of six species of E. breviscapus, the process of germinating and sprouding of its seeds, growing in the field, and content of breviscapinun of dry E. breviscapus in different growth duration were observed. Results The yield and content of breviscapiniun of QS-3, QS-6, and QS-1 of E. breviscapus species were higher than thatin others, and their yield in plastic green house is higher than that on open plots; with other crop, the percent of germinating and sprouding were lower, this process needs longer time; biomass of E. breviscapus under culturing is larger than that under wild; the content of breviscapinun of its dry grass in different growth duration is different, it is the highest of all flowering time. At last, methods of culture technology are put forward with above characteristics. Conclusion It will be optimistic to plant E. breviscapus artificilly.

China Pharmacy 2017;28(9):1193-1196
OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for promoting clinical rational application of Xueshuantong for injection(lyophi-lized). METHODS:By hospital centralized monitoring method, all medical records were retrieved from Hospital Information Sys-tem of our hospital, who received Xushuantong for injection(lyophilized)from Aug. 7 to Oct. 6 in 2015;general information of patients'drug information, drug utilization and the occurrence of ADR were traced and recorded by clinical pharmacists to evaluate the rationality of clinical utilization of Xushuantong for injection(lyophilized). RESULTS:Totally of 1014 medical records were included in the study. Xueshuantong for injection(lyophilized)was mainly used for fracture, cerebral infarction, coronary disease, cataract and other disease. 22 clinical departments as orthopedics department, neurology department, cardiology department and ophthalmology department were involved, accounting for 56.41% of total. For the patients receiving Xushuantong for injection(ly-ophilized),the average age was 63.12 years, the average course was 11 days and dose was 100-500 mg/time. They were given medicine intravenously once a day,and 0.9% Sodium chloride injection was used as solvent (93.29%). There were 10 kinds of drugs for drug combination averagely. The incidence of ADR was 5.92‰,and all ADR resulted from same batch of drugs (No. 15040211);ADR mainly manifested as erythra, erythema, pruritus, chills, etc. In terms of irrational drug use,the incidence of overlong treatment course was 17.85%;that of inadequate solvent dose was 13.71%;that of fast dripping rate was 7.59%;that of unsuitable solvent selection was 0.69%;that of drug use with no indication was 0.39%. CONCLUSIONS:Xueshuantong for injec-tion(lyophilized)is widely used in middle-aged and elderly in the clinic. There are many varieties and irrational drug use. The oc-currence of ADR is properly related to age, treatment course, solvent, dripping speed, product quality and other factors. Clinical pharmacists are required to monitor drug use, promote the rationality of drug use and reduce the occurrence of ADR.

Objective:To explore the status quo of postoperative rehabilitation compliance in patients with rotator cuff injury and analyze its influencing factors. Methods:Totally 102 patients with rotator cuff injury who met the inclusion criteria were selected from 2 Class Ⅲ Grade A hospitals in Beijing by convenient sampling. They were investigated with questionnaires, which included general information, disease-related information, rehabilitation exercise compliance scale and influencing factors. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of rehabilitation exercise compliance in these patients. Results:The total score of the rehabilitation exercise compliance scale in the patients with rotator cuff injury was (2.28±0.37) , and the scores in the dimensions of physical exercise, postoperative precautions, ask for advice were (2.25±0.44) , (2.36±0.43) and (2.23±0.61) . Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that age, history of chronic disease, difficulty of rehabilitation exercise and rehabilitation specialists' help were the influencing factors to the patients' rehabilitation exercise compliance (the standardized regression coefficients were 0.238, 0.266, 0.239, 0.444; P<0.01) , which accounted for 40.9% of the variation. Conclusions:The overall postoperative rehabilitation exercise compliance stands at a medium level in the patients with rotator cuff injury. It is recommended that the difficulty of rehabilitation exercise be gradually raised, rehabilitation specialists' help enhanced and health education materials completed in clinical work to improve the patients' rehabilitation exercise compliance.
4.Investigation on psychological reaction and needs of family members of hospitalized children with pneumonia
Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2018;24(14):1711-1714
Objective To investigate the psychological response and demands of family of hospitalized children with pneumonia, in order to take specific nursing intervention measures. Methods From May 2015 to April 2016, a total of 200 cases of pneumonia children and their family members in Lishui People's Hospital were selected. Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90) and Chinese version of Family Members Demands Scale in Critically Ill Patients were used to investigate the psychological status and needs of the families of children. Results Family members of hospitalized children were all in anxiety, depression, nervousness, interpersonal sensitivity, hostility and other adverse psychological disorders, among which anxiety accounted for 85.5%. In the Demand Scale, the fields with scores from high to low were disease assurance (3.67±0.31), access to children (3.25±0.28), access to information (3.12±0.25), access to support (2.97±0.27), and their own comfort (2.83±0.26). 100% of children's families considered that "children can get the best treatment" and "to be able to understand the health conditions of children in a timely manner" were 2 important or very important items. Conclusions Medical staff should pay attention to the psychological status and needs of family members of hospitalized children and should strengthen communication with the families of children, which is conducive to the establishment of a good relationship between doctors and patients, so as to improve the satisfaction of nursing.
