Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2012;28(29):75-78
ObjectiveTo understand the status of knowledge, attitude, behaviors about stroke prevention among the high risk population,so as to provide scientific basis for health education. MethodsA selfdesigned questionnaire about knowledge, attitude, behaviors of stroke prevention was used to investigate 106 cases from clinics and communities. The contents included general data, risk of cerebral stroke, score of related knowledge, attitude, behaviors about stroke prevention. ResultsThe mean scores of knowledge, attitude, and behaviors about stroke prevention were(46.96±10.07),(70.71±12.37) and (64.29±16.23),individually.Correlation analysis showed there was significant positive correlation among the scores of knowledge, attitude, and behaviors and their age, educational levels and residence, but was not significantly correlated with sex and risk score of cerebral stroke. ConclusionsPrimary prevention about stroke should focus on the high risk population with lower educational levels, ages under 60 years old, living in suburbs, lack of stroke prevention knowledge.

Through forty years' sustained efforts in the prevention and treatment of malaria in Zhejiang Province, the malaria incidence dropped from 76. 65k in the Fifties to 0. 91 in the Eighties. Three malaria epidemics emerged in 1954 ,1962 and 1973, respectively, among them the epidemic in 1962 was the most serious one with 0. 88 million cases reported and an incidence of 330. The annual incidence of the overall counties/cities was below 1 after 1988. Only 172 malaria cases were found in 1992, the incidence being 0. 04. No indigenous malaria case was found in 38 counties in 1992, accounting to 43. 7% of the total malaria endemic counties. The number of imported malara cases was 3 829, amounting to 89. 2 % of the total number of cases. Through the spot-check of the Ministry of Public Health in 1993, it was confirmed that the criteria of basic elimination of malaria in the province was attained.

Objective To organize the relevant literature of foreign nursing leadership research, objectively and comprehensively understand the research path and progress of nursing leadership, and provide reference for better building and studying the leadership capacity of nursing staff in China. Methods Taking the core journal of Web of Science as the data source and incorporating the literature related to nursing leadership research published in 1953-2018, we used Excel and CiteSpace version 5.3.R4 software to conduct quantitative analysis on the year, country, author, key words, cited articles, etc. Results The analysis of visual knowledge map showed that: (1) the research of nursing leadership is booming; (2) the United States is in the leading position in the field of nursing leadership research; (3)a cooperative group with laschinger H.K.s, Cummings GG and Wong CA as the core has been formed; (4)the research focus is changed from focusing on nursing leadership style and physical and mental health of nurses to focusing on transformational leadership, and to nursing leaders' roles; (5)research in the future will focus on nursing leadership education and healthcare cooperation;(6)the knowledge base in this field mainly focused on the training and clinical practice of nursing leadership. Conclusions The research of nursing leadership in foreign countries has gradually matured from centralized development to diversified development, providing a reliable path for the development of leadership in China. In the future, we should strengthen the education and training of nursing leadership, attach importance to clinical practice, explore the leadership style with Chinese nursing characteristics, and establish a more perfect leadership model.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2020;26(1):70-75
Objective:To explore the status quo of postoperative rehabilitation compliance in patients with rotator cuff injury and analyze its influencing factors. Methods:Totally 102 patients with rotator cuff injury who met the inclusion criteria were selected from 2 Class Ⅲ Grade A hospitals in Beijing by convenient sampling. They were investigated with questionnaires, which included general information, disease-related information, rehabilitation exercise compliance scale and influencing factors. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of rehabilitation exercise compliance in these patients. Results:The total score of the rehabilitation exercise compliance scale in the patients with rotator cuff injury was (2.28±0.37) , and the scores in the dimensions of physical exercise, postoperative precautions, ask for advice were (2.25±0.44) , (2.36±0.43) and (2.23±0.61) . Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that age, history of chronic disease, difficulty of rehabilitation exercise and rehabilitation specialists' help were the influencing factors to the patients' rehabilitation exercise compliance (the standardized regression coefficients were 0.238, 0.266, 0.239, 0.444; P<0.01) , which accounted for 40.9% of the variation. Conclusions:The overall postoperative rehabilitation exercise compliance stands at a medium level in the patients with rotator cuff injury. It is recommended that the difficulty of rehabilitation exercise be gradually raised, rehabilitation specialists' help enhanced and health education materials completed in clinical work to improve the patients' rehabilitation exercise compliance.
8.Research progress of perioperative frailty on aged surgical patients
Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2021;27(5):571-576
Aged surgical patients are often associated with frailty, and frailty is closely related to a series of adverse outcomes of aged patients (postoperative delirium, prolonged hospital stay, increased rehospitalization rate and mortality rate, etc.) . This article reviewed the influencing factors, assessment tools and intervention methods of frailty in aged surgical patients, aiming to provide a reference for early identification of frailty in aged surgical patients and effective intervention measures, thereby improving the quality of life in aged surgical patients and promoting early recovery.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2019;25(35):4545-4551
Objective? To investigate the physical activity in the aged with dementia and explore its influencing factors to provide a basis for promoting those populations to participate in physical activity, protecting their cognitive function and improving their quality of life. Methods? From November 2018 to March 2019, this study selected the aged with dementia and their caregivers in Neurology Department, Cognition Outpatient and patient club of classⅢ grade A hospitals in Beijing and Zhejiang as subjects by purposive sampling. This study investigated patients' general information, disease condition, activity of daily life (ADL), physical activity, and caregivers' cognition as well as attitudes on patients' exercise, and concerns about fall of patients. Hierarchical regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of physical activity in the aged with dementia. A total of 232 questionnaires were sent out and 216 valid questionnaires were collected with 93.10% for the valid recovery rate. Results? The score of physical activity of the aged with dementia was [42.50 (11.43, 81.43)]mainly in walking outside the home and light household activities. The influencing factors of physical activity included education levels, ADL and caregivers' concerns about fall of patients with statistical differences (P< 0.01). Conclusions? Physical activity of the aged with dementia is lower than that of the healthy aged in community. On the one hand, the scientific, safe and suitable exercise plan should be formulated and implemented based on professional evaluation. On the other hand, health education on disease knowledge, symptom care and exercise guide for caregivers should be strengthened to rid off the worries of caregivers about fall of patients in exercises and improve physical activity of the aged with dementia.
