6 cases of lingually inclined mandibular second molar were treated by ring uprightor,the malposition was corrected in all the ca-ses in 3 months on average.

Objective:To study the biological characteristics of condylar chondrocytes isolated from mechanical stress stimulated TMJ condylar cartilage of rats.Methods:The rat models of mechanical stress stimulated condylar cartilage were made by class III orthope-dic force for 14 days.The cartilage from control and experimental rats were observed in gross view.The cell harvest rate and viability were examined,proteomic analysis was performed.Results:After stress stimulation the thickness,the elasticity of condylar cartilage and number of chondrocytes were significantly reduced.The weight of mandibular cartilage was decreased(P<0.01).The harvest rate and the viability rate of the cells were decreased(P<0.01).The chondrocytes in the experimental group appeared to be elongated. Proteomic analysis showed that stress-related proteins,signal transduction proteins were up-regulated;cytoskeleton proteins,cell prolif-erative proteins were down-regulated.Conclusion:Mechanical stress stimulation of condylar cartilage may result in biological activity and protein changes of the condylar cartilage chondrocytes.

Objective To investigate the effect of sufentanil postconditioning on cardiomyocyte apoptosis during myocardial ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) in rats.Methods Thirty-six male Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 250-280 g were randomly divided into 3 groups ( n =12 each):sham operation group (group S),I/R group and sufentanil postconditioning group (group SP).Myocardial I/R was induced by occlusion of the left coronary artery for 30 min followed by 120 min reperfusion.Sufentanil 3.0μg/kg was injected iv at the beginning of reperfusion in group SP.HR and MAP were recorded during I/R.The rats were sacrificed at 120 min of reperfusion and their hearts were removed for determination of infarct size,number of apoptotic cardiomyocytes,and the expression of Bax mRNA and Bcl-2 mRNA,and apoptotic index was caculated.Results There was no significant difference in HR among the 3 groups ( P ＞ 0.05 ).Compared with group S,MAP and Bcl-2 mRNA expression were significantly decreased,apoptotic index and Bax mRNA expression increased in group I/R,and apoptotic index,and the expression of Bax mRNA and Bcl-2 mRNA were increased in group SP (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with group I/R,the infarct size,apoptotic index and Bax mRNA expression were decreased,and Bcl-2 mRNA expression was increased in group SP (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil postconditioning can attenuate myocardial I/R injury in rats by up-regulating Bcl-2 expression,down-regulating Bax expression and inhibitting cardiomyocyte apoptosis.

A valve-free continuous flow method and instrument were established,with only a multi-channel pump for delivering the sample and reagent,and without any injection or solenoid valves and sample loop for selecting and adding the sample or reagent.Nitrate was reduced to nitrite with Cu-Cd reductant column,and then detected with spectrophotometric detector.The proposed method was suitable for determination of nitrate at normal level in most of estuary and coastal seawaters.With the optimum parameters,the linear range and detection limit were 5-180 μmol/L and 0.27 μmol/L,respectively.The samples of 10 and 80 μmol/L nitrate were continually measured for 11 times,and the relative standard deviations were 1.4％ and 1.3％,respectively.The recovery of real samples at different salinity ranged between 99.4％ and 106.1％.There was no significant difference in the analytical results between the proposed method and the flow injection analysis (FIA).In comparison with FIA,the method and instrument were less cost and easy to operate,and was suitable to be applied in general laboratories and field for continuous monitoring.The method was successfully used to measure the nitrate in seawater samples in Xiamen's Western Harbor and monitor nitrate in Jiulongjiang estuary.

Objective To investigate the nursing points of pancreatic leakage after upper abdominal multiple organ transplantation. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the nursing experience of two patients with end-stage liver disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus who were complicated with pancreatic leakage after upper abdominal multiple organ transplantation from March 2009 to July 2015. Results The blood glucose of these patients returned to normal level within 1 week after operation and insulin was discontinued. Pancreatic leakage was occurred in the two patients at 14 and 21 days after operation, respectively. They were both successfully discharged after active treatments and nursing cares including completely drainage, the application of drugs that inhibited the secretion of pancreatic enzymes and digestive tract glands, strengthening infection control, nutritional support and other conservative treatments. Conclusions It is the key to improve the recovery of pancreatic leakage after upper abdominal multiple organ transplantation with careful observation of abdominal signs and abdominal drainage tube, accurate use of somatostatin, nutritional support, maintenance of water and electrolyte balance, and psychological intervention.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the root length of posterior teeth after palatal expansion by magnetic expansion appliance.

METHODSA total of 32 patients who accepted palatal expansion with magnetic expansion appliance were enrolled in the study. Pretreatment and post-treatment cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) images were obtained. A paired t test was used to evaluate the length change, and a group t test was used to compare the tooth lengths of developing and developed teeth.

RESULTSAnchorage teeth showed greater root resorption than non-anchorage teeth, whereas the developed posterior teeth showed reduced resorption. Moreover, the mesial buccal roots of the first molar and first premolar were reduced. No resorption was found in the developing teeth group.

CONCLUSIONThe magnetic palatal expansion can reduce the root length, particularly of developed root. The developing root of anchorage teeth show greater tolerance to resorption than the developed root. Early palatal expansion treatment with magnetic expansion appliance can reduce the risk of root resorption.

To study the effect of Banxiaxiexin Tang and different conbinations on CYP450 in rat liver microsomes, from the point of liver metabolism, evaluate significance of Banxiaxiexin Tang compatibility. The rats were randomly divided into five groups: Banxiaxiexin Tang group, pungent-swelling group, bitter-descending group, sweet-invigorating group and control group, which were all given decoction by gavage. Using liver microsomes in vitro incubation method, probe substrate were incubated and their metabolites was detected by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography, then was calculated metabolic rate to reflect the drug-treated liver microsomes CYP2C6, CYP2E1, CYP3A1/2 activity. The results showed that comparing with the control group, both Banxiaxiexin Tang group and bitter-descending group showed inhibition on all enzyme subtype (P < 0.01), pungent-swelling group showed significant inhibition on CYP2C6, but no inhibition on CYP2E1 and CYP3A1/2; sweet-invigorating group showed inhibition on CYP2C6 and CYP2E1, but no inhibition on CYP3A1/2. Compared the inhibition on CYP with the three conbinations, bitter-descending group was significant higher than other groups. Banxiaxiexin Tang group showed inhibition on rat liver microsomes CYP450, and the activity maybe come from bitter-descending group.

Objective To analyze the outcomes and the prognostic factors of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) in combination with imatinib for Philadelphia chromosome positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL). Methods All 32 patients with Ph+ ALL achieved hematologic complete remission (CR) at time of transplantation, including 27 cases in the first CR (CR1) and 5 in CR2. Nineteen patients achieved molecular remission (MR). Among 32 patients, 4 received autologous HSCT (AHSCT), and 28 allogeneic HSCT (allo-HSCT). The conditioning regimens comprised of total body irradiation (TBI), cyclophosphamide, fludarabine and cytarabine. The median number of transfused mononuclear cells was 5. 6 × 108/kg, and that of CD34+ cells was 2. 94 × 106 /kg. Thirty-one patients were administrated imatinib orally before transplantion, at a dose of 400～600 mg/day, and 16 patients after transplantation, including 7 for prevention at a dose of 300～400 mg/day and 9 for salvage treatment at a dose of 400 ～ 600 mg/day. Results Hematopoietic reconstitution was achieved in all 32 patients. Three-year estimate of overall survival (OS) was (62. 1±8. 6)%, leukemia-free survival (LFS) (59. 2 ± 8. 7)%, relapse rate (RR) (17. 7 ± 7. 2)% and transplant-related mortality (26. 2 ± 8. 0) %. All 4 undergoing AHSCT were alive, and 3 out of them were in continuous CR with durations of 14, 18 and 67 months respectively. The univariate analysis for prognosis in allo-HSCT showed that the OS of HLA-matched sibling donors group was 76. 5 %,higher than that of unrelated or haploidentical donors group (27. 3 %, P＜0. 05), and so was LFS (70. 6 % vs 27. 3 %, P＜0. 05). RR in patients achieving MR at time of transplantation was 5. 6 %,lower than that in those not achieving MR (40. 0 %, P＜0. 05). RR in patients in CR1 at time of transplantation was 12. 5 %, lower than that in those in CR2 (50 %, P ＜0. 05). Conclusion Imatinib improved the outcomes of HSCT for Ph+ ALL, especially to patients achieving MR at time of transplantation and transplantation in early stage (CR1).

Objective:To explore the role of WeChat platform combined with flipped classroom in improving the working ability of resident doctors in the fever clinic.Methods:A total of 118 resident doctors who rotated in the fever clinic of department of emergency medicine were selected as the study subjects, and they were randomized into experimental group and control group, with 59 people in each group. The experimental group used WeChat platform and flipped classroom teaching, and the control group used traditional teaching. The results of theory assessment, operation performance and questionnaire survey were compared between the two groups. SPSS 26.0 statistical software was used for t test and chi-square test. Results:There was no significant difference in theoretical test scores between the experimental group and the control group ( P>0.05). The experimental group scored (91.61±3.01) points and the control group scored (84.52±4.02) points in operational assessment, with significant differences ( t=-10.85, P<0.05). The results of the satisfaction survey showed that there was no significant difference in teaching time distribution between the two groups, and the experimental group was better than the control group in any other aspects. Conclusion:The use of WeChat platform combined with flipped classroom during the COVID-19 epidemic can improve the level of operational skills of the resident doctors to wear or take off the protective clothing and collect nasopharyngeal swabs, help residents to avoid the infections, and improve the level of daily diagnosis and treatment of fever clinic.
