Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects of sinomenine on T-helper cell type 1-mediated experimental colitis in-duced by 2,4,6-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid (TNBS) in mice. Methods:Balb/c mice were divided into five groups:ethanol control group, TNBS model group, and sinomenine treatment groups (50, 100 and 200 mg·kg-1 ) with 10 ones in each. Colitis was induced by colonic instillation of TNBS dissolved in 0. 1 ml of 50% ethanol. Seven days after the colonic instillation of TNBS, sinomenine was given by gastric gavage once daily for 21 days. The mice were sacrificed on the 28th day, the injury degree of colonic mucosa was ob-served, the colon myeloperoxidase ( MPO) activity was determined, and the levels of inflammatory cytokines ( TNF-α, IL-17 and IL-23) were determined by ELISA. Results:Compared with those in TNBS model group, the body mass, gross injury score and histologi-cal findings in sinomenine groups at medium dose and high dose were significantly improved (P<0. 05), the activity of MPO signifi-cantly decreased (P<0. 05), and the protein levels of TNF-α, IL-17 and IL-23 in colonic mucosa were lower than those in TNBS group (P<0. 05). Conclusion:Sinomenine has notable therapeutic effect on TNBS-induced chronic colitis in mice, and the mecha-nism is related to the inhibition of Th1 cytokines by sinomenine.

OBJECTIVETo explore the effect of the expanded capsule on biomechanics of the transplanted autologous costal cartilage.
METHODSTen New Zealand white rabbits aged 3 months were involved and four 15 ml tissue expanders were implanted symmetrically on the back of each rabbit. After 1 month, expanded capsules were removed (experimental group) on the left side and were reserved (control group) on the right side. Meanwhile, the 6th and 7th costal cartilage without the perichondrium were taken out and each cartilage was divided into two pieces and put under the expanded capsule symmetrically. The cartilage at the upper sides and lower sides were taken out at 4 weeks and 8 weeks later, respectively. All the cartilages were sculptured for the demand of the machine text. The tension and compression property of the cartilages were assessed by the material testing machine (Instron 5967) and the results were analyzed statistically.
RESULTS8 weeks lateral, the average ultimate tension strength was (4. 954 + 2. 8) MPa in experimental group and (2.939 + 0.842) MPa in control group. The average compressive strength was (58.74 ± 13.77) MPa in experimental group, and (47.61 ± 11.41) MPa in control group. The biomechanics property of the cartilages in the experimental group is better than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant.
CONCLUSIONSRemoving the expanded capsule is benefical to maintain the biomechanics of autologous costal cartilage.

Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of treatment combining Jiaweichaiqinchengqi decoction and acupoint application in patients with acute pancreatitis(AP). Methods 40 patients with AP received and cured in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to different treatments. Observation group consisted of patients with basic treatment of western medicine plus coming Jiaweichaiqinchengqi decoction and acupoint application (n=20). Control group consisted of patients with only basic treatment of western medicine (n=20). Patients in both of two groups received the basic treatment of western medicine of AP. Patients in observation group received the additional treatment combining Jiaweichaiqinchengqi decoction and acupoint application. The clinical effects in two groups were compared. Results The times of blood amylase recovery, gastrointestinal decompression and hospitalization in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group (P<0. 05). The total rate of treatment effectiveness in observation group 95. 0% (19/20) was significantly higher than that in control group 85. 0% (17/20) (P<0. 05). The differences of incidence of complications and transferring to ICU in observation and control group were not significant(P>0. 05). Conclusion Combining Jiaweichaiqinchengqi decoction and acupoint application could reduce the times of blood amylase recovery, gastrointestinal decompression and hospitalization in patients with AP so as to improve the clinical effectiveness. It was worth promotion.

Thyroid cancer is a common head and neck malignant tumor,it has become a malignant tumor of the highest incidence in young women in China. The treatment of thyroid cancer is a surgery-based comprehensive therapy, and the protection of the parathyroid gland during surgery has always been a major problem for clinicians. The methods for protection of parathyroid glands are in situ preservation or immediate parathyroid autotransplantation according to whether or not the blood supply can be maintained. To identify the parathyroid gland is the key issue of the protection during thryoidectomy. This article reviews the recent progress of the identification and protection of parathyroid glands at home and abroad.

Department of General practice of West China Hospital of Sichuan University has been commissioned to train general practitioner for Tibet Autonomous Region since 2015. Based on the "demand-oriented and clinical ability training", the established training framework includes four aspects: a rotation plan of general practice theory-clinical practice-community application, the closed-loop mechanism of teaching management system improvement, innovation of training assessment and teaching activities. This article summarizes the practical experience of the commissioned general practice residency training for Tibet to provide reference for the program design.

Objective:To construct a system HE-01 for the treatment of microtia based on HoloLens and verify the feasibility the application of HE-01 in ear reconstruction. Methods:Six volunteers and six patients with microtia were recruited from Plastic Surgery Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences from August to September 2021. Mimics Research and 3-matic research software were used to construct a virtual three-dimensional auricle model. Based on HoloLens and occlusal splint navigation marker device, the virtual-real interactive system HE-01 for the treatment of microtia was constructed. The registration accuracy, tracking delay and display effect of HE-01 were evaluated through repeated experiments of volunteers. The operation process was defined through repeated experiments of patients and the feasibility of applying HE-01 in auricular reconstruction was verified.Results:HE-01 was built successfully and the operation flow was clear. The experiment of volunteers showed that under different angles, the registration accuracy was high (less than 2.7% of the bilateral auricle size difference of normal people), the tracking delay was low (less than 0.1s), and the green and red display effect of virtual auricle guide was the best. Experiments of patients with microtia showed that HE-01 could be applied to auricular reconstruction, and there were no obvious complications in wearing the navigation marker device, which had repeatability and stability. Conclusion:This study has completed the conceptual design of augmented-reality assisted auricular reconstruction based on navigation device, CT data and HoloLens. HE-01 has good registration accuracy, tracking speed and display effect, laying a good foundation for further software development and clinical transformation.
