1.Positron emission tomography and microvascular research
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2006;0(02):-
Positron emission tomography(PET) plays an important role in the research of substance distribution in Human body. The distribution of substance in whole body is carried out by the transport via circulation system and exchange between blood and tissue which occurs in microvascular. Both the research of PET and of microvascular are focused on the transport and exchange of substance in human body. So it should be meaningful to apply PET image to the research of microvascular, and to use the microvascular theory to improve on the analysis of PET image. In this article, some research in this domain are introduced, and foreground is reviewed.

China Pharmacist 2017;20(3):520-521
Objective:To investigate the role of clinical pharmacists in the therapy for a patient with acute promyelocytic leukemi-a. Methods:Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment process of a patient with acute promyelocytic leukemia complicated with retinoic acid syndrome after tretinoin therapy. The rational treatment plan was put forward according to the literatures, the characteristics of drugs and the general situation of the patient. Results: Promising therapeutic effect was obtained, and the patient was discharged from the hospital. Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists play an active role in improving rational drug use and providing better individual-ized treatment for patients.

International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(2):161-164
Objective The method of data mining and sorting analysis was used to analyze and summarize the drug experience of Professor Li Zhenhua in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG). Methods Professor Li’s medical records of effective diagnosis and treatment of 139 CAG patients were collected. Find-Replace method of Microsoft office word 2007 was used to count the major syndromes and main prescription of CAG. SPSS statistical software was adopted to perform entry-analysis-descriptive statistics and data analysis of and main syndrome, main formula and frequency of administration so as to obtain the commonly used drugs, commonly used prescription and drug laws of CAG. Results Professor Li Zhenhua believed that the clinical syndromes of CAG included the disharmony of liver-stomach-spleen syndrome, the damp heat of spleen-stomach syndrome, the deficiency and damp heat of spleen syndrome, the liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome, the deficiency of spleen-stomach syndrome, the liver and stomach yin deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome, the stagnant heat of liver-stomach syndrome and the blood stasis of stomach meridian syndrome;the commonly used drugs were:bupleurum, white peony root, orange peel, licorice, poria, skullcap, ginger, fried atractylodes, golden thread, prepared pinellia, licorice, lily, stir-baking Sanxian, nutgrass galingale rhizome, heterophylly falsesatarwort root, combined spicebush root, Chinese date, tangshen, immature orange fruit, prepared rhizome pinellize without adjuvant, and oyster shell..The commonly used prescriptions were: Xiaochaihu decoction, Sini powder, Chaihu-Guizhi-Longgu-Muli decoction, Chaihu-Shugan powder, Huanglian-Wendan decoction, Banxia-Xiexin decoction, Xiaoyao powder, Xiangsha-Liujunzi decoction. Conclusion Professor Li pay attention to treat spleen and stomach disease from liver by clearing heat and removing dampness from spleen and stomach. He used the dialectical methods like invigorating qi and strengthening the spleen, regulating qi digestion, activating blood flow to eliminating blood stasis.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2008;31(32):22-24
Objective To evaluate endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) in preoperative staging of gastric carcinoma, and to study the molecular biologic basis of its ultrasonic manifestation. Methods Sev-enty-four patients with gastric carcinoma were referred to EUS and staged preoperatively. The staging esults of EUS were compared with the histopathological staging and the expression of PTEN.Results The verall accuracy rate of EUS for determination of T staging was 82.4%(61/74),for T1,T2,T3 and T4 were 100.0%,72.7%,85.O% and 78.9%,respectively.For N staging,EUS had the overall accuracy rate of 74.3%(55/74),with sensitivity and specificity of 80.8% and 59.1%,respectively.The preoperative EUS for T and N staging of gastric carcinoma was of inverse correlation with the expression of PTEN.Conclusions EUS is an accurate staging modality in determining carcinoma invasive depth and lymph node involved, with a few exceptions of overstaging and understaging. However,EUS criteria to differentiate benign from malignant nodes still need to be further defined by future studies. The preoperative EUS for T and N staging could well display the molecular pathologic basis of gastric carcinoma.

Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(11):-
Objective To study the toxicity and mechanism of fullerene(C_(60))on human embryo liver L-02 cells. Methods L-02 cells were exposed to C_(60)suspension of different concentrations(0.00,1.25,2.50,5.00,10.00,20.00 and 40.00?g/ml)for 24 h,then the content of GSH and the activity of LDH,SOD were determined, the viability of cells with/without NAC was also compared. Results Compared to the control group, the viability of cells exposed to 1.25,2.50,5.00,10.00,20.00 and 40.00?g/ml C_(60)suspension decreased in a dose-dependent manner, and the differences were significant(P

Objective To explore the effect of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) on the learning and memory of gestational and lactational exposure to polychlorinated biphenyls in rats offspring. Methods The PCB mixture (A1254,0,5,10,20 mg/kg body weight) was administered to pregnant wistar rats every 3 days by gavage from gestational day (GD) 5 to postnatal day (PND) 20.To assess the effects on offspring following such exposure,Morris water maze test was performed to assess the learning and memory ability.Calcium concentration was assayed in hippocampus and the ultramicro structure was observed. Results After training for four days, the escaping latency in every group decreased significantly compared with the first day, especially the control group, the results in the fourth day decreased significantly with the early three days(P<0.05).The offsprings of the 10 and 20 mg/kg had prolonged time of passing the aim target ((5.23± 1.16) s,(7.90±3.21) s,(11.74±6.56) s and (20.83± 8.38) s ; P<0.05),decreased number of crossing platform ((4.14± 1.21),(3.00± 1.32),(2.65± 1.13),(2.42± 1.31) ; P<0.05) and swimming time in the target area ((40.14±7.14)s,(33.76±5.58)s,(32.45±6.00)s and (30.63±5.10) s; P<0.05)compared with those of the rats of control and 5 mg/kg groups. The calcium concentration increased ((121.16± 12.23) nM,(141.27±24.66) nM,(163.32±29.75) nM,(261.46±27.79) nM) and the ultramicro structure in hippocampus changed obviously in the high exposure group. Conclusion Gestational and lactational exposure to aroclor 1254 in rats could affect the leaming and memory ability of offsprings.
