Journal of Kunming Medical University 2013;(12):30-32,36
Objectives To study the suicide attempts and suicide attitude status and the characteristics of Medical University undergraduates, provide specific recommendations for mental health education and counseling. Methods The investigation was conducted among 567 undergraduates and 130 graduate students in Kunming Medical University with Self-designed Suicide Attempts Investigation and Suicide Attitude Questionnaire (QSA), and the results of different groups were compared. Results 14.46%undergraduates had suicidal ideation, 4.23%undergraduates had suicide attempts, but there were no significant different between female and male. The suicide attitude in general was contradictory and neutral. Sex,academic qualification, grade, family location and economic status variables had influence on suicide attitude. Conclusions Although the medical university undergraduates disapproved of the suicidal behavior, but it still reflected the pursuit and respect for the humanistic concern and value of life to a certain extent.Suicidal attitude had significant different in demographic variables.
2.Overview on EB virus associated lymphomas in 2008 WHO classification of tumours of haematopoietic and lymphoma tissues
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2013;22(11):692-694
EB virus (EBV) is a ubiquitous y-herpes virus, which asymptomatically infects greater than 90 % of the world's population.EBV is closely related to development of several kinds of lymphomas that include B-,T-and NK-cell derived.Subsequent studies have proven that EBV gene expression product plays an activating and/or promoting role on lymphomagenesis, and paves the way for EBV associated lymphomas immunotherapy. This review focuses on the EBV associated lymphomas in 2008 WHO classification of tumours of haematopoietic and lymphoma tissues.
3.Progress in relationship between Stat3 and invasion and metastasis in cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2009;36(7):486-488
Signal transdcuers and activators of transcription3 (Stat3) is activated by a wide range of cytokines and growth factors following binding to special DNA domain and affects the expression of a variety of genes in modulating the process of cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. As a point of convergence for many oncogenic tyrosine kinase signaling pathways,it can be activited by sevral accesses. Stat3 is not only in-volved in the function of both apoptosis suppression, proliferation promotion, but also participates the process of angiogenesis, invasion and immune evasion. For repression of this way maybe a new target for break of cancer in-vasion and metastasis, blockers of Stat3 has become the focus of many researches.
4.The polarization of adipose tissue macrophages and its regulatory factors
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2014;(6):643-647
Macrophages are important immunocytes in human body , playing an important role in antigen and inflammation process. In recent years , it has shown that macrophage is a kind of cell mass with high plasticity , heterogeneity , diverse and variable immune functions .They can be polarized into different phenotypes in different microenvironments or stimulations , playing different roles in the process of inflammation .There are a variety of factors which can modulate macrophage polarization process , such as the de-velopment and progression of metabolic diseases .The polarization of adipose tissue macrophages and the factors in the regulation of macrophage polarization are summarized in this paper .

The molecular mechanism of autophagy is complicated and it always affects the occurrence and development of tumor in many different degrees,so it is the new hot spot in pathological study area. The angiogenesis includes physiological vascularization and pathological vascularization, and the pathological new vessels which provide nutrition for the continuous growth of tumors have a close relationship to the development and metastasis of tumor. The process of angiogenesis can be affected by regulating the autophagy of vascular endothelial cells, which provides a new method for tumor therapy.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2000;0(12):-
Objective To evaluate the MRI features of osteosarcoma. Methods 38 cases of osteosarcoma proved pathologically were retrospectively analyzed. All of them were examined by plain MRI scan,25 cases were examined by enhanced scan. Results The diagnostic accuracy of osteosarcoma of MRI was 93.9%.There were 30 cases of the extension into the medullary cavity,18 cases of soft tissue mass,10 cases of the destruction in epiphysis and 4 cases of the invasion in articular cartilage, especially T2 weighted STIR image and enhanced MRI scans were advantageous in showing the images mentioned above and in judging of the change after treated. Conclusion MRI is very important in diagnosis and clinical therapy of osteosarcoma.

Repeat prescription is adopted in Singapore as a convenient measure for patients with chronic diseases. On the one hand, it can avoid patients''inconvenience caused by frequent visits to hospitals. On the other hand, it reduces the waste of medical resources. In recent years, Singapore has also been using modern technology and measures to expand the medication refill service actively in order to enhance work efficiency, reduce waiting time and promote drug safety, thus to improve patients'' satisfaction. With the increasing medical pressure and the deepening of medical reform, the repeat prescription model in Singapore shows positive enlightenment to China.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2016;30(1):74-75
A 59-year-old man was admitted to the Department of Ear, Nose and Throat with a complaint of six-month history of left facial numbness and toothache. There was no special previous medical history in addition to smoking. No obvious abnormality in routine electrocardiogram, chest X-ray, abdominal B ultrasound were found. (1) CT scans showed heterogeneous shadows in maxillary sinus with the lesions on the left max- illary bone and evidently destruction of alveolar bone. The histopathological examination revealed bone tissue which was partly covered by an intact adenocarcinoma cell. (2) Immunohistochemical staining foe CK7, CD117, thyroid transcription factor-1, and novel aspartic proteinase A were positive and thus compatible with metastatic lung adenocarcinoma. (3) Chest CT scans showed a 1 cm x 2 cm mass on the superior lobe of the left lung, with destruction of sternum and rib, confirming that the lesions in the paranasal sinuses were lung cancer metastases. Therefore, this patient conclusively diagnosed as lung adenocarcinoma with multiple bone metastases.

Objective To design the disease transfer table of standardized communication between the maternity ward and the operating room, and explore the application effect of disease transfer table based on situation (S)-background (B)-assessment (A)-recommendation (R) communication in cesarean delivery of maternal. Methods 570 pregnant women and 30 medical staff from two wards of maternity ward were selected as research object, the first ward was the control group, the second ward was observation group. The control group used traditional way of disease transfer, and the observation group used SBAR transition table for disease transfer, compared the incidence of adverse events after caesarean section of puerperal and the satisfaction of disease transfer of medical staff from two groups. Results The incidence of wound bleeding, postpartum hemorrage caused by uterine inertia, wound infection of observation group was 2.06%(6/291), 1.71%(3/291), 1.37%(4/291), which was lower than 3.94%(15/279), 3.58%(10/279), 4.66%(13/279) of control group (χ2=4.41, 4.17, 5.31,P < 0.05). The satisfaction of comprehensive, state of the iuness, work acceptance, transfer efficiency of medical staff was (4.75 ± 0.12), (4.82 ± 0.55), (4.86 ± 0.67), (4.76 ± 0.22) points, which were higher than (3.04 ± 0.29), (3.11 ± 0.35), (3.09 ± 0.32), (3.01 ± 0.42) points of control group (t=2.72-3.12,P < 0.05). Conclusions The SBAR condition transition table can improve the efficiency and quality of disease transfer between maternity ward and operating room, ensure the care safety of cesarean section maternal.
