Objective To explore the predicting role of organism weak magnetic field analytic technology on heart functions in individuals with normal electrocardiogram(ECG).MethodsA total of 1534 subjects who receired health examinations and organism weak magnetic field tests in Health Science Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital from May to June 2009 were enrolled.Positive rates of organism weak magnetic field analytic technology, echocardiography, and myocardium enzyme test for heart dysfunction among populations with hypertension, hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia were compared.Statistical analysis was carried out to detect if there was close correlation between different heart risk and the weak magnetic field index.Results(1)The positive rate of the organism weak magnetic field analytic technology for heart dysfunction among subjects with normal ECG was 96.0%(1472/1534),which was significantly higher than echocardiography(27.5%,200/726)and myocardium enzyme testing(6.9%,106/1532).The positive rate of organism weak magnetic field analytic technology was increased with the seriousness of hypertension ,hypergjycemia and hyperlipidemia(P<0.05=.(2)Different heart risks showed close correlation with heart meridian and potassium(P<0.05=.Conclusion The prediction of organism weak magnetic field analytic technology on potential heart dysfunction(as a result fromhypertension, hylperglycemia and hyporlipidemia)in individuals with normal ECG is highly sensitive andrelatively objective.
3. Expression of bone morphogenetic protein-2 during midfacial sutural distraction osteogenesis in dogs
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;28(12):1356-1360
Objective: To study the expression of bone morphogenetic protein (BMP)-2 during midfacial sutural distraction osteogenesis in dogs and to probe the mechanism of sutural distraction osteogenesis. Methods: Eighteen mongrel dogs (12-week old) were randomly divided into distraction osteogenesis group(n = 12) and the control group(n = 6). Rigid external distractor was used for sutural distraction of the midfacial skeleton in the experimental animals. Two experimental and one control dogs were sacrificed at defined time points (on the 5th,10th and 15th day of distraction, the 10th and 20th day of fixation, and 30th day after completion of fixation). The expression of BMP-2 was observed by means of immunohistochemistry. Results: During the period of distraction and fixation, positive staining of BMP-2 was found in the proliferated preosteoblasts, the mesenchymal cells and the newly formed bone matrix at the sutural margin of the experimental dogs; weak expression was also noticed in the control dogs. Compared with that in the control group, the expression of BMP-2 in the experimental group increased and reached the peak on the 15th of distraction, then gradually decreased, the expression of BMP-2 nearly restored to the normal level 1 month after the removal of the distractor. Conclusion: The mechanical strain can lead to the generation of endogenous BMP-2, which may play an important role in the new bone formation.
4.Application of Low-dose Ketamine in Postoperative Analgesia for Patients after Cervical Spinal Cord Injury(review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(7):563-564
Ketamine is mighty and short effective antalgic, advantaged in shock, asthma, etc. but it is restricted clinically because of serious side-effect. Today, low-dose ketamine(≤1 mg/kg) combined with opiates can enhance the efficacy of the opiates so that the dose of the opiates decrease relatively. The ketamine-opiates solution has enough stability and respiratory problems don't appear. So it is feasible that the combination of the two medicines can be used for patients with cervical spinal cord injury, who are susceptive to the respiratory distress and especially for the patients with depression.

This paper reports the study and design of a visualization system of the ultrasonic rhinitis therapeutic apparatus with the function of endoscopic sinus. On Linux operating platform, we captured the video data of a video capture card that connected the endoscopic sinus using Video4Linux (V4L2) that was provided by the operating system. The video images were displayed by Qt. The visualization system solved the problem that the current ultrasonic rhinitis therapeutic apparatus had to rely on the large and expensive endoscopy equipment. And this simplified the doctors' operation, met the need of monitoring nasal cavity in the process of operating, greatly reduced the costs of treatment and would contribute to the promotion of the instrument. As a result, it has been tested that the nasal endoscopic image achieved by the system is clear and smooth, and fully meet the clinical needs of ultrasonic treatment of rhinitis.

National Journal of Andrology 2015;21(6):483-488
The incidence rate of erectile dysfunction (ED) is reportedly as high as 30-90% after radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer, which seriously affects the patients' quality of life. Penile rehabilitation is defined as the use of any drug or device at or after radical prostatectomy to maximize erectile function recovery. A variety of treatment options are available for post-prostatectomy ED patients, including oral phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitors (PDE5I) , intracorporal injections, vacuum erection device, and penile prosthesis. This article presents an overview of the currently used methods for the drug treatment and penile rehabilitation of the ED patients after radical prostatectomy. It seems proper to recommend daily use of a vacuum erection device plus oral PDE5I in the early postoperative period. For those who fail to respond to this therapy, intraurethral alprostadil, intracorporal injections, or a penile prosthesis could be considered.

Chinese Journal of Health Management 2015;(2):118-123
Objective Serum glycated albumin (GA) is associated with the levels of blood glucose and short term glycemic fluctuation. The aim of this study was to investigate the associations between GA and arterial stiffness in a health screening population. Method A total of 11 014 participants (men, 56.2%;mean age, 46.8±7.8 years) who attended physical examination were invited and had completed standardized questionnaires. Serum GA and homocysteine (HCY), brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV), and central systolic blood pressure (cSBP) were measured. A series of single and multiple factor analyses and stratified analysis were performed. Result The mean level of serum GA was lower in men (13.69 ± 2.69) than in women (13.82 ± 1.92) (t=2.78, P=0.005). The values of baPWV (men: F=53.9, P for trend<0.001;women:F=37.7, P for trend<0.001) and cSBP (men:F=10.3, P for trend<0.001;women:F=13.5, P for trend<0.001) increased with quartiles of GA levels in both men and women. After adjustment for age, history of hypertension, diabetes, family history of diabetes, smoking status, body mass index, waist circumference, blood pressure, blood lipids, kidney function, fasting glucose, postprandial glucose, and hemoglobin A1c, GA was positively associated with baPWV (βestimate, 0.019;95%CI:0.002-0.036;P=0.032) and cSBP (βestimate, 0.251; 95% CI: 0.107-0.394; P=0.001) in men. Stratified analysis also showed that the positive associations of GA with baPWV and cSBP remained significant in men both with and without diabetes or hypertension (P<0.05). However, the association between GA and HCY was not significant in multifactor analysis and stratified analysis. The above results were similar in women. Conclusion Serum GA levels were positively associated with baPWV and cSBP not only in patients with diabetes or hypertension but also in participants without diabetes or hypertension after adjusting for conventional factors and glucose markers. The findings suggest that GA may help detect the development of arterial stiffness in the health screening population.

Objective To evaluate the interventional chemoembolization combined with proton radiotherapy in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) accompanied with cancerous thrombus in the main portal vein. Methods Interventional chemoembolization combined with proton radiotherapy was performed in 46 patients of HCC accompanied with cancerous thrombus in the main portal vein. The proton radiotherapy was broke up into several fractions. The patients were treated with interventional chemoembolization and, alternatively, with proton radiotherapy. The short-term effectiveness and radiation reaction were evaluated. The survival rate was followed up. Results The effective rate was 91.3% . Disappearance of cancerous thrombus in the main portal vein was seen in 45.6% of patients. The liver functions were well restored, with a remarkable reduction in AFP. No acute or delayed radiation-induced hepatic damage or radiation hepatopathy occurred during the course of and after radiotherapy. The survival rate at 1, 6, 12 and 24 months was 100%, 89.1%, 52.2% and 21.4% respectively, with a median survival period of 17.6 months. Conclusion For the patients of HCC accompanied with cancerous thrombus in the main portal vein, interventional chemoembolization combined with proton radiotherapy is an effective, safe and newly-developed therapy.
