Bacillus subtilis is a good producer of mannanase.This is the first study to investigate mannanase production under solid state fermentation(SSF) by Bacillus subtilis.Bacillus subtilis WY34 was used for the production of extracellular mannanase in the SSF of wheat bran.The highest mannanase activity was 7,650 U/g dry matter when the following conditions were used: wheat bran 5g,initial moisture content 71%,Tween-80 1%,konjac powder 0.4 g,initial pH 7.0,incubation temperature 50 ℃.Enzyme production was increased 178% after optimization.

Objective:To study the relevance of Mina rs4857304 (G/T) gene locus, IL-4 gene locus rs2243248 (T/G), rs2070874 ( T/C ) single nucleotide polymorphism and allergic asthma pathogenesis of Chinese children , and further analysis of the in-teraction among three loci.Methods:Based on the case-control study, we have analyzed the different distributions , frequencies, inter-action of alleles and genotypes between asthma patients and patients in control group .Results: The Mina rs4857304 sites of patients were compared, and there was statistically significant difference between two groups ( P=0.001, OR =1.773,95%CI =1.256 -2.503);the rs4857304T allelic frequency of patients with asthma was higher than that of the patients in control group , but there was no statistically significant difference about the distribution of different locus genotypes of patients between two groups (P>0.05);MDR interaction analysis have showed that Mina gene loci , rs4857304 and IL-4loci rs2243248, consisting of 2 sites optimal model;Mina loci rs4857304, IL-4loci rs2070874 and rs2243248 that consisting of 3 sites optimal model.There was statistically significant difference be-tween two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Allergic asthma would be associated with Mina loci rs4857304, while there might be sig-nificant interactive effects among Mina rs4857304, IL-4loci rs2243248 and rs2070804.

Objective The questionaires of the ONFH aegers who were hospitalized in Kanggu hospital,during 2005-2008 ,were collect-ed to evaluate the therapeutic effects of acupotomy by proper statistical methods. Methods Four indexes according to the criteria of Therapeutic effect of adult ONFH recovery and reconstruction (ZHAO Dewei, 1996) were measured to evaluate the effect of the treatment. Results Monofac-torial analysis showed that the treatrnent was effective,but some phenomena could not be correctly explined in specialized field. This problem was re-solved appropriately by structural equation model(SEM). Conclusion By the method of SEM, the confounding factors could be better controlled and the evaluation was more reliable.

Objective To investigate the correlation of killer immunoglobulin-like receptors(KIR)gene polymorphism with bone marrow failure syndromes(BMFS). Methods SSP-PCR was used to examine the genotypic makeup of KIR in patients with aplastic anemia( AA), myelodysplatic syndrome (MDS) and healthy controls in our department. Results All the 16 KIR genes which had been prescribed were identified. The frequencies of KIR-2DS1, 2DS2, 2DS3, 2DS5 and 3DS1 genes were showed increased in patients with AA, MDS than in healthy controls. The patients with AA had lower frequency of KIR-2DS5 than the patients with MDS. Conclusion The increased frequencies of these activated KiRs in patients with MDS and AA suggest that the abnormal immunogenetic might be related to the pathogenesis of BMFS.

Objective: To review the problems existing in the development and application of current electroacupuncture (EA) apparatuses, and provide reference for the development of EA apparatuses. Methods: Related literatures about EA apparatus were derived from China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang Academic Journal Full-text Database (Wanfang) and Chongqing VIP Database (CQVIP) between 2013 and 2017. Literatures about the development of EA apparatuses and the application for experimental research and clinical treatment published in Chinese journals were retrieved, and the development and application of EA apparatuses were summarized. Results: Among the 107 selected literatures, 48 types of EA apparatuses were used, of which only 11 models could be found in the registration list and within the validity period. There was no registration information for the EA apparatus newly developed in the past 5 years. The EA parameters used in experimental research and clinical treatment in Chinese medicine were different, and the combination of stimulation parameters was diverse. Conclusion: At present, most of the new EA products are still in the experimental or research stage, and the transformation of results has not yet been achieved. Moreover, there is no unified standard for the use of EA apparatus and its stimulation parameters in experimental research and clinical treatment, which is not conducive to the standardization process of EA stimulation.

[Summary] In the treatment of very-early stage hepatocellular carcinoma ( HCC) , several therapies have their own strengths . Liver transplantation, surgical resection, and percutaneous ablation are the most effective procedures for very-early stage HCC.Liver transplantation is difficult to carry out due to lack of donors .Surgical resection and percutaneous ablation are the most commonly used methods with ideal effects .Compared with surgical resection , percutaneous ablation has its obvious advantages in patients with small HCC and senile patients , but the recurrence rate is relatively high .When the above mentioned three methods are not feasible , transarterial chemoembolization is a remedial treatment .Combined use of local therapy is superior to topical therapy alone and suitable for patients with unresectable lesions .Theobserving therapystill needs more clinical studies to confirm its safety and effectiveness .

Objective To explore the correlation between obstructive sleep apnea hypoventilation syndrome (OSAHS)and glucose metabolism disorders in patients without diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 88 patients with OSAHS but without diabetes mellitus from 2009 to 2011 in our hospital were selected and the pulse oximeter were used to measure the oxygen saturation.Patients were divided into 2 groups:the mild OSAHS group (n=46) and the severe OSAHS group (n=42).The age-and body mass index (BMI) matched control patients without OSAHS (control group,n =48) were randomly selected.The medical history,age,body height and BMI were recorded.The levels of fasting blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c),cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol were determined.Results There were significant differences in the numbers of respiratory disorders,respiratory disturbance index,average length of apnea,the longest apnea time,low-oxygen frequency,oxygen index,the time of oxygen saturation (SaO2) below 90％,minimum SaO2 and mean SaO2 between the OSAHS group and the control group (F=2.71,2.89,1.94,2.30,2.93,2.27,3.66,3.06,1.82,respectively,all P＜0.05).There were differences in the levels of fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,HbA1c,cholesterol,triglycerideand low density lipoprotein cholesterol between the three groups(F=1.81,1.85,2.16,1.77,2.24,2.19,respectively,all P＜0.05).Conclusions The severe degree of OSAHS has the correlation with the levels of glycated hemoglobin and blood glucose,which can provide a basis to observe the duration of diabetes mellitus and to predict the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
