1.The effects of substance K and substance P on lymphocytes of spleen and thymus in mice
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(05):-
effects of tachykinin SK, SP on mouse splenocyte and thymocyte have been studied. It was found that SK and SP can stimulate ConA or LPS-induced splenocyte prolifertion and antibody production (in cluding IgG, IgM, IgA).5 ?10~(-7)M/L SK can stimulate ConA-induced thymocyte proliferation but SP can't. The subsets of T lymphocytes in spleen and thymus have been changed after SK treatment by FACS analysis. These results show that SK and SP may play a significant regulatory role in immune response.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of nitrochlodipine in rabbit plasma.METH-ODS:Chromatographic conditions and extractive conditions were optimized with orthogonal design, internal standard:felodipine, solid phase extract column:C18,column size:NOVA-PackC18(4.6mm?250mm),detection wavelength:237nm.RESULTS: The optimal chromatographic conditions were:mobile phase acetonitrile-water(55∶45),flow rate 1.0ml/min,column temperature 45℃.The extraction conditions were A1 B1 C3.The calibration curve was linear within the range of 6.25~400?g/L(r=0.9 996) and the minimum limit of detection was 2.5?g/L.The average RSD of within-day ranged from 3.81% to 5.58% and that of day-to-day from 4.60% to 8.76%.The average recovery ranged from 100.7% to 101.8%.CONCLUS-ION:The method is simple, rapid, highly accurate and precise. It can be used for the quantitative determination of nitrochlodipine in plasma.
4.Surgical Intervention Combined with Steroid Therapy on Persistent Jaundice in Infantile Hepatitis
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(20):-
Objective To investigate the effect of surgical intervention combined with steroid therapy on infantile hepatitis(INS) with persistent jaundice. Methods Twenty-two patients (19 males,3 females, aged 2-6 months) with persistent jaundice(therapy group) were admitted into hospital in the period of Jan.2007-Dec.2008.The patients were performed with surgical intervention after they were confirmed with diagnosis as INS.Then, sodium chloride, gentamicin and Dexamethasone were used to irrigate the biliary tract during and after the operation for 14 days.Three days after operation,20 mg,15 mg,10 mg,5 mg of methylprednisolone were administered intravenously to the patients every 3 days, followed with 4 mg/(kg?d) prednisone by oral for 2-3 months. The 17 cases of INS with persistent jaundice were treated with medicine as control(control group).By following-up,the jaundice free and 2 years survival rate of 2 groups were compared by counting the cases of jaundice free and recording the survival time. Results Two cases of 22 patients performed with surgical intervention were diagnosed as biliary atresia and others were INS,90.0% patients were free of jaundice in surgical intervention combined with steroid therapy group, which was higher than that in control group(52.9%,P

Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(05):-
[Objective]To investigate the value of double plates in the anterior approach for the treatment of jumping multilevel CSM.[Method]From July 2003 to July 2004,21 cases of jumping multilevel CSM and 7 cases of CSM were operated with single level discectomy/anterior corpectomy and self-iliac bone graft and fixation by double plates.During the 6,9,12 month follow-up,bone fusion were assessed and neurological function、complications were recorded.[Result]All patients were followed up for 16~32 months(24 months on average).Based on JOA evaluation, the average improving rate was 88.5%.And 82.1% fusion was achieved at 6 months, the fusion rate reached 89.3% and 93% at 9 and 12 months accordingly. There were 6 cases with complications in the donor site of grafting.Indications of this approach:the compressing pathology was located anterior to the spinal cord. This included central,broad-based disc herniations and large bridging osteophytes at or adjacent to the level of the disc space. And it was especially indicated for patients with jumping multilevel CSM who did not have a lordotic spine.Complications:complications occurring with this approach could be related to injuries to the soft tissue during dissection or to the neurological elements. In addition, postoperative fusion or hardware failure could occur.[Conclusion]Single level discectomy/anterior corpectomy and self-iliac bone graft and fixation by double plates is an effective treatment to the jumping multilevel CSM.It allows restoration of the spinal canal and neural foramen to normal dimensions to decompress the spinal cord.To the cases of jumping multilevel CSM that have a kyphotic deformity,it allows anterior decompression and reconstruction of the spine to help restore a lordotic curvature.

Acta Anatomica Sinica 1953;0(01):-
The numbers of binucleated nerve cells in the rabbit superior cervical ganglionwere investigated. We found that in the neonatal rabbit the binucleated nerve cellsare 31.4% of the total number of nerve cells, and in the 100-day rabbit, thebinucleated nerve cells increase to 41.4%.We infer that the binucleated sympatheticnerve cells are formed either by the fusion of uninucleated sympathetic nerve cellsor by amitosis of the uninucleated cells.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1995;0(04):-
The authors have studied the changes in the concentration of glutathione of the red blood cell (RBC-GSH) and plasma malondialdehyde (MDA) in 54 patients with acute brain stroke. The results indicated that the concentration of RBC-GSH reduced obviously and that of plasma MDA increased markedly within 72 hours after illness. However, there is no obvious difference between the cases of hemorrhagic cerebrovascular diseases and cerebral infarction group. The RBC-GSH level rised again in the 7th day, while the plasma MDA still remained higher level, they were normal during the convalescent period. The pathological basis of the change may be the response of the free radicals in human body.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(05):-
Objective To approach the relationship between visceral histopathology and blood bacteriology changes of projectile-burn combined wound jointed with seawater soak. Methods After model creation in dogs of projectile-burn combined wound jointed with seawater soak, fifteen dogs were randomly assigned randomized into two groups: projectile-burn-only(unsoaked group, US), projectile-burn combined wound with seawater immersion(soaked group,S). 0, 4,7,10,20,28h after injury the blood samples were taken for bacterial culture. Tissue samples of heart, liver, kidneys were taken for pathological examination with light microscope (LM) 28h after injury or in the moribund stage. Results Bacteriemia was found in soaked group earlier and severer. The bacteriemia has a multiple sources. There were not only intestinal bacteria, but also surface bacteria and seawater bacteria found in soaked group. Different degrees of circulation disturbance, degeneration changes and severe inflammation reaction were found in viscera. Conclusion After seawater soak, bacteriemia aggravated the injury of animals′ viscera, and thus led to a higher mortality.
