Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1987;0(01):-
Objective :To study the effects of ascorbic acid(vitamin C) on PKC -?1 activity in kidneys of diabetic rats. Methods :30 Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: Control group (group C), streptozotocin - induced diabetic rats group(group 13) and diabetic rats treated with ascorbic acid 90mg/(kg?d)(group DT). The concentration of ascorbic acid in plasma and kidney were measured at 9 week. The activity of PKC - ?1 was observed by immunofluorescence technique and laser confocal microscope. Results : Compared with group C,the level of ascorbic acid in the plasma and kidney of group D decreased significantly (P
2.The correlation of HBV outer membrane large protein and HBV-DNA and its clinical significance
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2009;30(3):234-235,239
Objective To detect HBV outer membrane large protein(HBV-LP) and HBV-DNA, and to explore their correlation in judging the pathogenetic condition and HBV replication, as well as its clinical significance. Methods Serum level of HBV-DNA was quantitatively detected by u-sing real-time polymerase chain reaction, and while HBV-LP and HBV markers were measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in infected sera from 238 patients with hepatitis B. Re-suits There was significant difference of detection rate between HBV-DNA and HBV-LP(P<0. 05).The expression of HBV-DNA and HBV-LP had significantly difference among various patterns of HBV serological markers(P<0.05). HBV-LP expression was markedly correlated with the logarithm of HBV-DNA level(r=0. 677,P<0.01). Conclusion There is a prefect correlation between the copies of HBV-DNA and the level of HBV-LP, but HBV-LP expression can not still reflect the status ofHBV replication.
3.Relationship between Hepatitis B Virus Variation and TCM Syndrome Types in HBeAg-Negative Patients of Chronic Hepatitis B
Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1993;0(06):-
Objective:To probe the relationship between hepatitis B virus(HBV) variation and TCM syndrome types in HBeAg-negative patient of chronic hepatitis B.Methods:Eighty-four cases of HBeAg-negative patient of chronic hepatitis B were divided into 5 syndrome types according to TCM differentiation.C gene promoter (BCP area) and pre-C gene termination variation in HBV were detected with gene chip for HBV mutation detection. Results:There was no significant correlativity between generation of HBV variation and TCM syndrome types in HBeAg-negative patient of hepatitis B as compared with HBeAg-positive patient; The variation rate of the BCP area and/or the pre-C area was 34.5% in prevailing excess syndrome group and 65.5% in the prevailing deficiency group, the former being higher than the latter. Conclusion:There is correlativity between variation of BCP area and/or pre-C area and TCM syndrome types, with the variation rate of the excess syndrome being lower than that of the deficiency syndrome.
4.Practice and reflection on training geriatric postgraduates of clinical medicine
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2012;11(2):132-134
In our university, the training for geriatric postgraduates of clinical medicine is now in the initial stage. Therefore,it is important to explore the training model to improve the quality of postgraduate. The program focused on cultivating geriatric postgraduates' ability of diagnosis and treatment, helping them have the concept of integral service and enhancing their teaching and thinking ability of clinical sciences to provide high-level comprehensive geriatric doctors for the society.
5.Resistance mechanism of imatinib therapy in gastrointestinal stromal tumors
International Journal of Surgery 2008;35(11):754-756
Imatinib,a small-molecule kinase inhibitor, has proven useful in the treatment of recurrent or metastatic gastrointestinal stromal tumors ,However, resistance to imatinib is a more and more serious problem. This review summarizes the existing knowledge of the imatinib resistance mechanism in gastrointestinal stromal tumors and describes the treatment directions in further.
6.Investigation of nurses′learning motivation and learning satisfaction with continued education and the influencing factors
Modern Clinical Nursing 2015;(4):4-8
Objective To investigate nurses′ learning motivation and learning satisfaction with continued education and analyze its influencing factors. Method One hundred and seventy-nine nurses were enrolled in the survey and the general information questionnaire, education participation scale and continuing education learning satisfaction scale were used in the investigation. Results The average score by nursing education participation scale was (3.26 ± 0.59), and that of continuing education learning satisfaction scale was (2.74 ± 0.48). There were statistically significant differences in age, length of employment, professional title, marital status, employment mode between the scores by the two scales (P < 0.01). Conclusions Nurses′ learning motivation and learning satisfaction with continuing education are in the medium level. Pertinent guidance such as bringing continuing education in depth and width is suggested to improve satisfaction and motivations of nurses.
7.Stability of tissue engineering bone in the repair of bone defects:material degradation and bone formation
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(12):1938-1942
BACKGROUND:Scaffold materials are the important part of tissue engineering bone, and the ideal biodegradation speed of the scaffold materials can be in accordance with the regeneration speed of bone formation in order to achieve a long-term stability. OBJECTIVE:To summarize the biodegradability of different types of currently available scaffold materials and its relationship with bone formation. METHODS:The PubMed and CNKI database were searched by the first author using the key words of “tissue engineering bone, composite scaffold, scaffold degradation” in English and Chinese for articles addressing biodegradability of scaffold materials and its relationship with bone formation published during January 1996 and December 2013. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Many scaffold materials under organic, inorganic and organic-inorganic categories have been available and the current studies focus on inorganic materials and organic-inorganic composite materials. In vivo andin vitro studies indicate the different characteristics and relative merits of these scaffold materials. Organic materials have a relatively slow degradation rate while inorganic materials can completely degrade but have an insufficient mechanical property. For organic-inorganic composite materials, further studies are needed.
8.Application of Quality Control Circle in Reducing Nosocomial Infection and Its Ethical Discussion
Chinese Medical Ethics 2014;(2):206-208
Objective:To reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection via application of Quality Control Circle ( QCC) .Methods:After organizing QCC group , the factors causing nosocomial infection in our hospital were inves-tigated, then the corrective measures were also discussed .Results:The incidence of nosocomial infection was re-duced from 18.3 cases per month to 5.7 cases per month after the implementation of QCC .Conclusion:QCC can not only reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection , but also improve the responsibility and enthusiasm of the staff. It makes the management of nosocomial infection more standard .QCC can also increase the cohesion and the ethical concepts of nurses .It's worth of promoting in routine nursing .
9.Hyperuricemia and kidney diseases
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2014;29(17):1284-1287
The morbidity of hyperuricemia(HUA) has showed an increasing tendency in recent years, along with the improved social living conditions.HUA has been proved to be closely related to kidney diseases, metabolic diseases and cardiovascular diseases. However, people pay little attention to the relationship between uric acid and renal diseases in pediatrics, and the relevant studies and progress are lacking. Now a review is made about the metabolism of uric acid, the etiology and pathogenesis of HUA,and the relationship between HUA and kidney diseases or drugs,in order to pay attention to the relationship between HUA and kidney diseases.
