Serum thyroglobulin(TG),anti-TG antibodies,circulating immune complexes(CIC)and circulating thyroglobulin-antithyroglobulin immune complexes(TG-IC)were studied using ??enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in 147 sera of patients with thyroid diseases.The serum TG concentration,anti TG and IgG type CIC titer,and TG-IC were significantly increased in patients with Graves'diseases with clinical symptom phase and Hashimoto's thyroiditis,in patients with thyroid goiter,howerever,were sightly increased.The results found that CIC was detectable in 90% sera with TG-IC which contained high TG concentration and low or nagetive anti-TG antibodies.We belivedthat a part of CIC in thyroid autoimmune diseases were composed of TG-IC.TG-ICmight fix complement three(and thus bind to anti/C3 Serum)and play a pathogenic rolein thyroid autoimmune diseases.

〔Abstract〕 The paper analyzes the current status of nursing health education in China, introduces the practice and experience of car-rying out embedded librarians disciplinary services in nursing health education in Shanghai Children's Hospital library, puts forward the advantages and existing problems, providing references for similar information service in the future.

A micro-model of Coxsackie B5 virus infected rat beating heart cells was introduced.In the infected group, the cardiac enzymes-lactic acid dehydrogenase (LDH) and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(SGOT)werc significantly increased and the synthesis rate of DNA was decreased 48 h after inoculation with 400 TCID50 Coxsakie B6 virus.Virus titer(Lg 6.95 TCID50)in the supernatant of the infected cultures was detected 96 h after virus challenge.In addition, the specific fluorescence in cytoplasma of infected cells could be observed.These results suggest that Coxsackie B5 virus might be replicated, assembled and released in cultured rat myocardial cells.

Urinary tract infection (UTI) are one of the most common infectious diseases in childhood, possibly with atypical symptoms.It is often diagnosed by urinary sediment analysis and urine bacteriological examination.Sometimes it is necessary to find out whether there is urinary tract malformation by imaging evaluation.Once a UTI is confirmed, sensitive antimicrobial drugs should be used based on the general status of the patient, incidence of drug resis-tance in the region where the patient is located, past medication history, and drug sensitivity of urine bacteriology.In addition, treatment of UTI children with vesicoureteral reflux using antimicrobial prophylaxis is still controversial.In this review, the diagnosis, laboratory examination and treatment for UTI children were summarized by referring to and analyzing guidelines, consensuses and clinical evidence on UTI in children, so as to provide reference for clinicians.

Objective To explore the difference of treating carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) with needling Yangchi point and moxibustion on Yangchi point.Methods 38 cases of CTS were randomly recruited into a treatment group (19 cases) and a control group (19 cases).The treatment group was treated with electric acupuncture on Yangchi point and the control group was treated with moxibustion on Yangchi point.VAS (visual analogue scale) and GSS (overall symptom score table) scores were measured before and after the treatment.Results After the treatment VAS,GSS scores were (3.95± 1.87),(13.42±7.81) in the treatment group and (4.26±2.38),(14.63±9.97) in the control group,both decreased than those in the same group before the treatment [treatment group were (6.89± 1.56),(25.58±8.09) ; the control group were (5.79± 1.69),(20.37±8.67)],and the difference between the two groups was significant (t=-3.06,-3.39,P＜0.05).3 months follow-up after the treatment,the value of VAS and GSS scores in treatment group were (3.29±2.31)％ and (8.06±7.77); in the control group were (3.28±2.95) and (10.44±9.82),both decreased than those in the same group before the treatment [treatment group were (6.76± 1.56),(24.76±8.17); the control group were (5.78± 1.73),(20.33± 8.92) (P＜0.05)].The difference of VAS score was not significant between the two group (t=-1.49,P＞0.05); while the difference of GSS score showed statistical difference between the two groups (t=-2.64,P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupunctureon Yangchi point can effectively improve pain,numbness and motor activity in patients with the carpal tunnel syndrome.

Objective： To clone rat cardiac myosin α he avy chain cDNA fragment encoding aa736-960 and construct its recombinant retrov irus vector(RV). Methods: The 681 bp target gene was amplified f rom heart tissue of young rats with RT-PCR, fusion gene of huIL-2/myosin was c onstructed by splicing with huIL-2 cDNA using ligation methods and its RV was constructed. RT-PCR and immunohistochemical assay were used to iden tify the expression of myosin protein in transfected cell. Results: The determination of nucleotide sequence showed that the nucleotide and ami no acid sequence of gene clone was the same as reported, its openin g reading frame was correct, the digesting result of pLNC-huIL-2-myosin was i dentical with the predicted. NIH3T3 cell was transfected with recombinant RV, and G418-resistant NIH3T3 cell was established.RT-PCR analysis indicated tha t mRNA of pLNC-huIL-2-myosin was present in cell transfected with RV. The im munohistochemical assay also showed that the myosin protein expression was highe r in the cell transfected with constructed RV. Conclusion: Rat cardiac myosin α heavy chain cDNA has been cloned and its RV has also been cons tructed and expressed in NIH3T3 successfully, it will contribute to research of prevention and treatment of heart immune injury by cardiac myosin gene transfer to induce specific tolerance.

Vesicoureteral reflux,a most common congenital anomaly of the kidney and urinary tract,is associated with the malformation of ureterovesical junction. It does not cause any specific symptoms or signs un-less it is part of a syndrome or complicated by urinary tract infection. The exact cause is not clear,and genes or environmental factors may result in vesicoureteral reflux. The prevalence of siblings and offspring of reflux pa-tients are higher than normal control groups,so the genetic screening is necessary. This article will review the ge-netics of vesicoureteral reflux and possible interactions.

Objective:To study adenovirus mediated transfer of TGF ?1 in treatment of mice autoimmune myocarditis. Methods: Experimental autoimmune myocarditis was induced in BALB/c mice using purified myosin from porcine heart. TGF ?1 was transferred into mice by intravenous injection of adenovirus encoding TGF ?1. Plasma level of myosin autoantibody was detected by indirect ELISA method and plasma level of troponin I was assayed using fluorescence immune assay method. The protective effects of TGF ?1 were evaluated from 3 aspects: (1) the degree of infiltrative inflammatory cells in the heart; (2) the plasma level of myosin autoantibody; (3) the plasma level of troponin I. OBJECTIVE: To explore some effective training methods on the basic technical skills for community pharmacists. METHODS: The training content and method of technical skills for community pharmacists were arranged based on the basic condition of community pharmacists. The outcome of the training and examination of technical skills were obtained through skill examination of questionnaire survey. RESULTS: The majority of community pharmacists had a good mastering of the basic skills such as the standardized drug dispensing,drug consultation,collecting and reporting of adverse drug reactions. 95% of the pharmacists considered that this kind training was helpful for their practical work. CONCLUSION: The key to improve community pharmaceutical professional staff’s knowledge and service level is to establish regular training and examination on basic technical skills.

With the development of the Multi-Rigid-Body system dynamics theory and computer technology, computer aided design and manufacturing of orthosis have already matured, mathematical mechanical model of human body and orthosis can be established using this new technology, and simulation calculation can be used to determine the orthosis prescription, predict the efficacy and effectiveness of rehabilitation. Early application of ankle-foot orthosis plays an important role in restoration of brain function in stroke patients, resumption of hemiplegic gait and abnormal gait correction. In clinical orthosis prescription, establishment of corresponding mathematical model and speculation of ankle-foot function changes, as well as the effect and mechanism of resumption of brain function in post-stroke patients, have a positive impact on the analysts of hemiplegic gait, orthosis design and gait resumption.
