1.Significance of Hcy ,folic acid ,PLT ,MPV and PDW detection in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2017;38(5):613-614
Objective To evaluate the platelet function in the patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) ,to explore the correlations between Hcy and folic acid(FA)with mean platelet volume(MPV) and platelet distribution width(PDW) ,and to evalu-ate the application value of above indicators in predicting RSA .Methods Twenty-eight cases of RSA ,40 cases of healthy pregnancy and 50 healthy child-bearing women(control group) in our hospital were selected .The detection indicators included peripheral blood Hcy ,FA ,PLT ,MPV and PDW .Results The PLT and FA levels in the patients group were significantly lower compared with the normal pregnancy group and control group(P<0 .01) ,while the Hcy ,PDW and MPV were increased(P<0 .05);the various indica-tors had no statistically significant difference between the normal pregnancy group and control group (P>0 .05) .Blood Hcy was negatively correlated with PLT and FA ;Hcy and FA were negatively correlated in the normal pregnancy group ,other indicators had no obvious correlation(P>0 .05) .Conclusion The Hcy metabolism abnormality ,platelet parameter changes and their interactions may be related to RSA .The combined detection of Hcy ,FA and platelet parameters has a certain clinical significance to early diag-nosis and treatment of RSA .
2.Views of College Students on Counseling and Psychotherapy
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(10):-
Objective:to study perspective of college students on counseling and psychotherapy Method:440 college students were asked to fill up a mental health knowledge questionnaire made by the authors Result:most of college students attached importance to and had a positive attitude towards counseling and psychotherapy, however they misunderstood some concepts and were not satisfied with the service available Conclusion:counseling and psychotherapy are in the early development stage in China
3.Views of College Students on Mental Health
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(12):-
Objective:To investigate college students' perspective of mental health Method:440 college students were asked to fill up SCL-90 and a mental health knowledge investigation questionnaire made by the authors Result:Most students concerned about their mental health and liked to learn the knowledge of mental health However, there were still some aspects they kept incorrect ideas The results also showed that there were some difference in the attitude toward mental health, as well as the comprehension of the knowledge of mental health between male and female; among freshman, sophomore, junior and senior; between students in different universities, and between students who had visited counselors or psychotherapists and others who had not Conclusion:Pearson correlation analysis showed that college students' knowledge of and attitude to mental health related to their status of mental heath significantly
4.A survey of nonmedical students’satisfaction with their major at medical colleges
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2005;0(06):-
Objective: To evaluate the satisfaction degree of non-medical students in medical school, and to investigate the factors that influence satisfaction degree. Method: Selfcompile scale is administered to 430 nonmedical students from 6 medical colleges,in which 5 is in Guangdong province and 1 is in Ha’erbin city. Result:The satisfaction of nonmedical students is low, significant diferences are found between grades, and between students with medicine as the first choice major and those whose first choice major is not medicine. Conclusion:Medical colleges should pay more attention to nonmedical majors, improve the quality of teaching, and so on in order to improve the nonmedical students’satisfaction degree.
5.Analysis of the Drug Resistance of 72 Strains of Shigella Shigae
China Pharmacy 2001;12(6):363-
OBJECTIVE: To find out the change of drug resistance of Shigella shigae in our hospital during recent five years.METHODS: To collect the stool of suspectable cases of clinical bacillary dysentery and to carry out bacterial culture and drug sensitive test.RESULTS: The resistance rates of Shingella shigae to ampicillin and fluoroquinolones raised obviously, but the bacilli were still sensitive to amikacine and cefobid.CONCLUSION: It is important to strictly control the indications in using antibiotics and to prevent the emergence of drug resistance of bacteria.
6.Research progress of Autologous Fat Grafting for Scar Treatment
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2016;29(9):982-986
The scar tissue, resulting from aberrant process of wound healing , can bring about cosmetic deformeties and func-tional limitation, even the displacement of tissues and organs .The widely use of autologous fat graft in regenerative medicine offers a relatively new option for scar treatment .Lipofilling has improved symptoms and appearance of scars in several studies .The application , therapeutic effect and mechanism research of autologous fat graft for scar treatment are summarized in this paper .

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(08):-
Aim To explore the mechanisms of lovastatin protecting EPCs.Methods EPCs were preincubated with lovastatin or LOX-1 mAb for 24 h and then exposed to oxLDL for 48 h.The abilities of migration, adhesion, and tube structure formation of EPCs were examined. To explore the mechanisms, the level of NO,the expression of eNOS and LOX-1 protein and mRNA were assayed. Results Incubation of EPCs with oxLDL resulted in the impairment of migration, adhesion and tube structure formation.Furthermore,oxLDL caused the decrease of NO generation, the down-regulation of eNOS mRNA and protein expression, the up-regulation of LOX-1 mRNA and protein expression. However, the detrimental effects of oxLDL on EPCs function were attenuated by lovastatin and LOX-1 mAb.Moreover, the effects of oxLDL on NO generation,eNOS and LOX-1 expression were reversed by lovastatin and LOX-1 mAb.Conclusion Lovastatin protects EPCs by the regulation of eNOS and LOX-1 expression.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(06):-
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Xuanfei Zhike Mixture. Methods The preparation process was investigated by L9(34) orthogonal design with content of ephedrine hydrochloride, the extraction rate of n-butanol and total extraction as indexes. The main factors influencing the extraction efficiency such as the amount of added water, the time of extraction and times of boiling were investigated. Results The optimum technical condition was as follows:8 times amount of water, extract 2 times and 60 min for each time. Conclusion The result is reliable. It can be used for mass production.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(10):-
Object: To compare validity of CISA and WAIS-RC in a special group, violent adolescents with low intelligence.Method:Thirty-eight adolescents with violent delinquency were screened out by CRT (combined Raven test) with IQ lower than 85. CISA (Chinese intelligence scale for adult) and WAIS-RC (Wechsler adult intelligence scale-revised Chinese version) were applied to them in different sequence.Result:CISA IQ and WAIS-RC IQ were very close to each other. The adolescents were in borderline intelligence with more impairment in verbal IQ than in performance IQ.Conclusion:CISA and WAIS-RC have same validity in identifying intelligent impairment of violent adolescents.
10.Tenascin(TN) expressions and its effect in salivary gland tumor
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2000;0(06):-
Objective:To detect tenascin(TN) expressions and its effect in salivary gland tumor. Methods:The expressions of TN was examined in 8 chronic inflammations of salivary glands, 50 benign adenomas and 57 malign adenomas by Envision immunohistochemical technique. Results:Expression level of TN in the malign adenomas was higher than that in benign adenoma and chronic sialadenitis; higher in low differentiation than that in high differentiation and higher in lymphatic metastasis groups than that without lymphatic metastasis groups. No obviously difference was found between soakage inside the blood vessel and nerves and without soakage. Conclusion: TN might regulate cell attachment of epithelial cells in adenomas, and involve in adenomas' histogenesis and development.
