Objective To establish a preoperative evaluation system for breast reconstruction,and to simplify the selection of surgical methods for breast reconstruction in a standard way.Methods We investigated respectively 192 successful cases that underwent breast reconstruction from July 2003 to July 2009.The factors influencing selection of methods for breast reconstruction were studied.The results presented in more than 50 ％ were collected.Results A special table of the preoperative evaluation system for breast reconstruction was established by analyzing statistical results. Conclusions The selection of methods for breast reconstruction is simplified according to this preoperative evaluation system.

Word frequency and co-word analysis of key words and comparative analysis of hot spots and topics in core journals-published papers on health policy in China from 2004 to 2008 and from 2009 to 2013 showed that health policy research and health system reform promoted each other and developed with each other, the research tipics on health policy were scattered and expanded rapidly , the focus of researches was more clear with stress laid on their macro-aspects, and the research methods were variable.

Objective To observe the ultrastructural changes of Candida albicans by the effect of oyster antibiosis protein which was extracted from muscle of oyster.Methods The colonies of candida albicans exposed to oyster antibiosis protein for 24 hours,with a blank control group and the differences of their ultrastructure were studied under electron microscope.Results After affected by oyster antibiosis protein for 4h,the cell walls were lacked and had reductus with pyknotic cytoplasm.16 hours later,most cells became global shape and their cytomatrix components were lost and some vacuoles appeared in the cytoplasm.24 hours later,the cell walls depleted and the cells spitted.Conclusion oyster antibiosis protein affected commendably the function of candida albicans.

Objective:To explore the relationship between TK gene expression regulated by enhanced suicide gene vector and telomerase activity in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells.Method:The reformed reconstructed enhanced vector, pGL3-basic-EGFP-TK-hTRETp-CMV enhancer, and hTERT mono-promoter vector, pGL3-basic-EGFP-TK-hTRETp(as controls), were transfected into telomerase(+) nasopharyngeal carcinoma 5-8F cell lines,telomerase(+) human breast cancer MCF-7 cell lines and telomerase(-) normal vascular endothelium cell lines respectively. TK gene green fluorescent protein was observed by fluorescence microscope. The expression of TK gene mRNA was measured by the real-time fluorescent quantified PCR and the telomerase activity was determined by the method of TRAP argentation in maligment tumour cells pre- and post-transfected by enhanced vector . Meanwhile the relationship beteewn TK and telomerase was analyzed.Result:①A strong TK gene fluorescent show and TK mRNA expression were displayed after the enhanced suicide gene vector was transfected into nasopharyngeal carcinoma 5-8F cell lines and human breast cancer MCF-7 cell line, which were more stronger than those of mono-promoter group,pGL3-basic-EGFP-TK-hTRETp,and ECV cells transfected by enhanced suicide gene vector. Meanwhile,real-time fluorescent quantified PCR showed that the A value of enhanced vector group was higher than that of controls. ②Telomerase activity after transfection of enhanced vector and GCV was lower than those before by the method of TRAP argentation in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell lines,but no change in normal control cells after transfection of enhanced vector and GCV.③ After adding GCV, the obvious inhibitory effect of tumour cells growth induced by pGL3-basic-EGFP-TK-hTRETp-CMV enhancer were observed in nasopharyngeal carcinoma 5-8F cell lines and human breast cancer MCF-7 cell line, which was higher than those of mono-promoter, pGL3-basic-EGFP-TK-hTRETp,pGL3-basic-EGFP3 and blank controls, but without inhibitory effect in ECV cells transfected by enhanced vector. Conclusion:TK gene expression is regulated by hTERT promoter and CMV enhancer, and then the telomerase activity is reduced and the cancer cells are specifically killed.But it is unclear how the telomerase are down-regulated by TK gene.

Objective To investigate the role of RNA-binding protein La protein in the invasion and migration of cervical cancer cells.Methods RNAi technology was used to silence the La protein in HeLa cell,a cell line of cervical cancer,and then screened by G418.Finally the stably expressed HeLa-shLa cell line was constructed and then wound healing,Transwell,Western blot and gelatin zymography assay were performed. Results After La protein HeLa was silenced by RNAi,the invasion and migration capabilities of HeLa cells were decreased significantly compared with those of the controls.Meanwhile,SiRNA-mediated depletion of La reduced the expression of MMP-2 and increased the expression of TIMP-2.Meanwhile the activity of MMP-2 was reduced too.Conclusion RNA-binding protein La promotes the invasion and migration of cervical cancer cells,which may be related to regulating its matrix metalloproteinases and inhibitors.

Objective To explore the association between the signal transducer and activator of transcription 4 (STAT4) gene polymorphism and Chinese Han systemic lupus erythematosus patients. Methods Pyrosequencing technique was used to genotype the 3 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) in the samples of patients and normal individuals. Results Not only these 3 SNPs, but also the haplotypes composed by them showed significant difference between the SLE patients and normal individuals[rs11889341:P=0.012 02, OR (95%CI)=1.22( 1.044～1.424); rs7574865:P=0.003 454, 0R(95%CI)=1.25(1.076～1.451 ); rs8179673: P=0.004 275, OR (95%CI)=1.274 (1.079～1.505)]. Conclusion rs11889341, rs7574865 and rs8179673 of STAT4 are associated with the pathogenesis of Chinese Han SLE, and the STAT4 gene is a susceptibile gene for SLE in a few racial cohorts.
