1.Recent advances in the study of AMPK and inflammatory pulmonary disease.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2014;49(8):1089-96
AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) is an important regulator of cellular energy homeostasis. Recent studies demonstrated that AMPK is a novel signaling molecule modulating inflammatory responses and oxidative stress which are involved in inflammatory pulmonary diseases, such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pulmonary infectious diseases and pulmonary fibrosis. AMPK attenuates inflammatory lung injury by phosphorylating its downstream targets, such as sirtuin1 (SIRT1), peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma coactivator-1alpha (PGC-1alpha), p53 and forkhead box O3a (FoxO3a). This review summarized the relationship between AMPK and the development of inflammatory pulmonary diseases.

Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(17):-
[Objective]To study the effects of different storage method on the viability of cheodroeytes so as to find out the idem method for preservation of articular cartilage.[Method]Under the aseptic condition, acquiring 240 pieces of osteoehondral plugs from both condyles of femur and tibial plateau. The control group was not treatment using any preserved means. The tissue-cultured group was to used F12-DMEM medium long-term preserved osteochondral plugs under the conditions of 37 ℃.At preserve 8 weeks, takes the osteochondral section to carry on examination observation ohondrocytes Viability activeness change separately.[Result]The control group chnadrocyte survival rate was 94.4%.At preserves 8 weeks, the cell survival rate of the tissue-cultured group was 76%,the grading-cooling cryopreservation group was 66%,the constant-cooling cryopreservation group only was 41.80%.[Conclusion]Under the condition of 37 ℃,tissue culture method can long term preservation of vital articular cartilage in vitro. The chondrocyte survival rate of the preservation of vital articular cartilage in vitro. The chondrocyte survival rate of the tissue-cultured method obvious higher than constant-cooling cryopreservation method.

Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2017;41(5):421-424
[Objective] To observe the effect of different acupoint application therapies :a summer treatment for the winter disease on allergic rhinitis ,and compare the relationship between the different acupoints and therapeutic effect. [Methods ] The 81 cases of allergic rhinitis who met inclusion criteria were divided into 12 acupoint group and 6 acupoint group. The time of application was in first ten-day period of the hot season. The duration of application was 2h. The days later, namely in the second ten-day period of the hot season, and twenty days later, in the third ten-day period of the hot season, the application was repeated respectively. Before treatment and half year after the treatment, the score of quality of life, symptoms of allergic rhinitis were observed to compare the relationship between the different acupoints and therapeutic effect. [Results] The effective rate was higher in 12 acupoints group than 6 acupoints group. After treatment, the score of quality of life, symptoms of allergic rhinitis were significantly improved( P<0.05 or P<0.01). And the comparison of the therapeutic effect of two groups showed significant difference in statistics( P<0.01). [Conclusion] The acupoint application therapy is effective for allergic rhinitis, and the comprehensive combination of acupoint is influential on the effect.

China Biotechnology 2006;0(05):-
Objective:To investigate the mechanism of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase(IDO)in HepG2 cells contributing to tumor immune escape.Methods:T-lymphocyte and HepG2 cell were cocultured, and 1-methyl-tryptophan(1-MT)was added to make an intervening experiment. The expression of IDO mRNA in HepG2 cell cocultured with T-lymphocyte was detected by RT-PCR;the apoptosis rate of HepG2 cell cocultured with T-lymphocyte was analyzed by flow cytometer; The cytotoxicity of T-lymphocyte against HepG2 cell was examined by MTT assay. Results:In combine reaction system, the expression of IDO mRNA was strongly induced in HepG2 cell cocultured with T-lymphocyte and faintly induced when cultured with 1-MT;the earlier apoptosis rate of HepG2 cell in control group and experiment group(1-MT:1.25 mmol/l,2.5 mmol/l,5mmol/l)was respectively(3.48?0.34)%,(7.82?0.41)%,(18.62?0.42)%,(25.32?0.40)%(P

Clinical Medicine of China 2012;28(3):302-303
Objective To explore the efficacy of microvascular decompression (MVD)on trigeminal neuralgia and the anatomical characteristics of the responsible blood vessels. Methods The clinical data of 25patients with idiopathic trigemine neuralgia(ITN) undergoing MVD were analyzed retrospectively. The origins of the responsible blood vessels and sites of compression at the trigeminal root were observed and determined.Meanwhile, the anatomical characteristics of the responsible blood vessels and the efficacy of MVD were investigated. Results The offending vessels which were responsible for ITN were identified at root exit zone (REZ) in 21 cases (84%).The most common responsible vessel was the superior cerebellar artery in 13 cases (52%),followed by anterior inferior cerebellar artery in 6 cases (24%).Seventy six percent of the offending vessels were arteries and 8% were rock vein.No vascular compression but evident increase in the thickness of arachnoid mater covered by the trigeminal nerve was observed in 4 cases ( 16% ).All patients were relieved for the acute pain and the overall cure rate was 96%.Conclusion MVD is a safe, microinvasive and effective surgical modality for ITN.The key for better outcomes and less complications of MVD is to improve microsurgical techniques and deal with all the involved vessels.

Interventional management was performed in 10 patients with hemorrhage following hepatic biliary and pancreatic surgery. The super-selection arterial embolization was performed in 9 patients using gelfoam pledgets (n =6 ) or metal coils (n =3 ),the procedure was combined with local infusion of reptilase; 1 case was managed by local infusion of reptilase alone.Selective angiography revealed the pseudoaneurysm in 3 cases, contrast media extravasation in 6 cases; in 1 case no obvious bleeding site was found The interventional treatment was successful and hemorrhage stopped in all patients, including one case with reptilase alone with a successful rate of 10/10.The results indicate that interventional treatment is a safe and effective method for hemorrhage following hepatic biliary and pancreatic surgery.
