1.Advance in treatment of hyperuricemia by Chinese medicine based on uric acid transporterome.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(22):4346-4350
With the development of the quality of life, the morbidity of hyperuricemia is increasing year by year. At the same time, it appears that this disease attacks the young people currently. As the study of pathogenesis of hyperuricemia advanced, a series of uric acid transporters were found during this process. Meanwhile, the definition of transporterome was proposed. They were divided into three groups according to the functions: reabsorption proteins, excretion proteins and skeleton proteins. At moment, the drugs for hyperuricmia mainly include uric acid composition inhibitors and uric acid excretion promoters. Since the excretion of uric acid plays a leading role during the process of attack of hyperurecimia, it makes sense to explore Chinese medicines with clear mechanism targeting the transporterome. Therefore, this paper would focus on transporterome and summarize the mechanisms of Chinese medicines in treating hyperuricemia.

Red cell concentrates (Hct≥90%) weresuspended in SAGS medium(RCS.contain-ing sodium chloride, adenine, glucose, sucrose),and in H(?)gman's SAGM me-dium (containing sodium chloride, adenine, glucose, mannitol). Both were stored at4?2℃ for 35 days and compared withbiochemical tests. The results of posttrans-fusion survival,ATP,2,3-DPG,pH,K~+ tests between the two preparationswere similar, and the mean values ofinvitro hemolysis of SAGS-RCS was signi-ficantly lower than that of SAGM-RCS,i。e.1.71?0.95g/L and 3.10?0.19g/L res-pectively (P
4.Effect of Early Rehabilitation on Patients with Spinal Cord Injury
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(7):574-575
ObjectiveTo observe the effect of early rehabilitation on motor function and prognosis of the patients with spinal cord injury (SCI).MethodsAccording to started date of rehabilitation, 60 SCI patients were divided into the early rehabilitation group (within two weeks after operation) and control group (three months after operation) with 30 cases in each group. The motor function and activities of daily living (ADL) of all patients were evaluated before and 3 months after treatment, and the incidence rates of complications of two groups were compared.ResultsAfter 3 months treatment, the incidence rates of complications often occurred after SCI such as pulmonary diseases, urinary infection, osteoporosis and adductor, extensor spasticity in the lower limbs etc. were lower than those in the control group. There was a significant difference between two groups. The motor function and ADL of the patients in the early rehabilitation group were better than those of patients in the control group ( P<0.05~0.01).ConclusionEarly rehabilitation after SCI can significantly decrease the incidence rate of complications and improve patient's motor function and ADL.

Informed consent is the important thesis in life ethics and life law, which gives the patients and experimenters the right of self-decision making on medical procedures and experiments. As the development of public health and public health ethics, informed consent has been paid more attention, especially on informed consent problems in epidemiology and public health practice. The requirement of informed consent varies in different research fields.According to different practice purposes, the researchers choose relevant applicable methods.
7.Efficacy of jaw thrust device in the upper airway obstruction
Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 2009;29(9):814-815
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of jaw thrust device in the upper airway obstruction. Methods Thirty-five ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients aged 18-64 yr with body mass index < 30 kg/m~2 undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia were included in this study. The anesthesia face mask was placed and held tightly by 4 straps of JTD and connected to the anesthesia machine. Anesthesia was induced with midazolam, propefol, fentanyl and atracurium. When muscle relaxation was achieved, tracheal intubation was not performed. The airway obstruction was assessed by airway peak pressure and stridor score (breathing sounds detected by auscultation over the trachea). And then tracheal intubation was performed, and the patients were mechanically ventilated. Results There was no significant difference in airway pressure and stridor scores between JTD and jaw thrust maneuver. Conclusion JTD can effectively lift the jaw and improve the upper airway obstruction.

Objective To compare the cellular immune responses induced by two different vectors, eukaryotic plasmid pcDN3.1(+) and attenuated typhia live vaccine Ty21a,-associated mimic epitopes of HCV hypervariable region 1,so to find a better way for vaccine immunization. Methods The DNA sequence based on the peptides' sequence of HCV hypervariable region 1 related consensus polymimotopes was synthesize and then inserted into plasmid pcDN3.1(+) to construct recombinant plasmid pcDN3.1(+)-SP,which then was transfected into live attenuated typhia vaccine Ty21a to construct Ty21a-SP.The mice were immunized orally with Ty21a-SP and intramuscularly with pcDN3.1(+)-SP,respectively,and then sacrificed by exsanguination. The splenocytes were separated and restimulated with pooled synthesized peptides, and then collected.Flow cytometry was employed to identify CD8+IFN-?+ T cells, and non-radioactive MTS method was adopted to test T cell proliferation, and non-radioactive LDH method was used to test cytotoxic T cytolytic reaction(CTL).Results Compared with control groups, the proliferation of splenocytes was apparently enhanced, the proportion of CD8+IFN-?+ cells obviously increased, and CTL responses also significantly increased after the spenocytes of mice immunized by pcDN3.1-SP and Ty21a-SP were restimulated with synthesized peptides. And the responses mentioned above in the mice immunized by Ty21a-SP were stronger than those mice immunized by pcDN3.1-SP.Conclusion Using attenuated typhia live vaccine Ty21a as DNA vector is an effective way to induce cellular immune responses.
