Objective To study the meaning of Homocysteine,serum high sensitive C-reactive protein,lipoprotein A and D-two dimer combined detection in the course of coronary heart disease.Methods Select 180 cases suffering from different types of coronary heart disease as group of coronary heart disease,200 healthy people who were in our hospital physical examination qualified over the same period as the control group,all the cases of fasting venous blood was sampled respectively to detect the content of Hcy,hs-CRP,LP(a) and DD.Results Coronary heart disease group of patients with Hcy,hs-CRP,LP(a) and DD levels were significantly higher than those of the control group of healthy persons(t =13.87,10.24,9.86,18.02,P ＜ 0.05),Comparison among different indicators of the patiens with Coronary heart disease:the group of AMI was higher than the group of UAP (t =15.79,9.73,11.47,17.34,all P ＜ 0.05),the group of UAP was higher than the group of SAP (t =16.82,8.14,10.65,18.27,P ＜0.05),the group of SAP was higher than the group of SMI (t =14.36,10.35,9.98,16.52,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Monitoring of Hcy,hs-CRP,LP(a) and DD for coronary heart disease,contributes to the understand of the development of the course of coronary heart disease and assess the risk of coronary heart disease.

Objective To explore the application of auto regressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) and establish a predictive model for influenza to forecast the dynamic trend in order to develop the prevention policy scientifically. Methods Samples which caught influenza from 2002 Jan to 2006 Jun in Chongqing city were subjected. SPSS was used to fit ARIMA model,and Q statistic was used to verify the applicability of the model. Results The model of ARIMA(1,1,1) was established. The statistic of Q was smaller than ?2_?(m), verifying the applicability of this model. Conclusion The ARIMA model can be used to analyze the influenza incidence and make a short-term prediction.

BACKGROUND:At the beginning of the 20th century a strength training method in the backward direction appeared:hip stress strength training method. There are many articles focusing on the concept, function, effect and mechanism of this training method. So far, relevant research has formed a unique branch of special strength training research directions.
OBJECTIVE:To conclude the concept, function, effect, features and mechanisms of hip stress technical strength training through the systematic analysis of literature concerning hip stress strength training. METHODS:CNKI (1998/2010) and Wanfang databases were searched by the first author for relevant articles. The keywords were“hip stress, strength training, trajectory control, exercise training, muscle strength, knee, physical fitness, bone”in Chinese and English. The obtained data were summarized using contrast method and logic analysis method.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Total y 90 papers were retrieved, and final y 34 papers were included. The results showed that the hip technical strength training method is the most effective training method currently to cultivate the running, jumping and throwing back pedaling force after hip extension forces. It has a new training idea and special training equipments, which can effectively solve many sports difficulties in strength training and technical training and has the vital significance for the high-level sports training, skil s assessment and sports teaching. Hip stress special technical strength training research has formed a special research branch of special strength trainings, which wil play a more significant research role.

Objective To evaluate the effects of dexmedetomidine on lidocaine-induced apoptosis in rat cortical neurons.Methods The cortical neurons obtained from Sprague-Dawley fetal rats were seeded in 24 multiwell plates at a density of 1 × 105 cells/ml,and the cortical neurons of 80 wells were randomly divided into 4 groups (n =20 each):control group (group C),lidocaine group (group L),dexmedetomidine group (group D) and lidocaine + dexmedetomidine group (group L+ D).The cells were cultured routinely in group C.The cells were exposed to lidocaine with a final concentration of 1 mmol/L in group L.The cells were exposed to dexmedetomidine with a final concentration of 3 μmol/L in group D.The cells were exposed to lidocaine and dexmedetomidine with the final concentrations of 1 mmol/L and 3 μmol/L,respectively,in group L + D.After 4 h incubation,the neurons were subjected to DAPI staining for detection of apoptosis,and the apoptosis rate was calculated.Western blot analysis was used to measure the expression of phosphorylated Akt (p-Akt),Akt and caspase-3.Results Compared with group C,the apoptosis rate was significantly increased,the expression of p-Akt was down-regulated,and the expression of caspase-3 was up-regulated in L and L + D groups (P ＜ 0.05),while no significant changes were found in the indexes mentioned above in group D (P ＞ 0.05).Compared with group L,the apoptosis rate was significantly decreased,the expression of p-Akt was up-regulated,and the expression of caspase-3 was down-regulated in L + D group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression of Akt between the four groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine can reduce lidocaine-induced apoptosis in rat cortical neurons,and activation of Akt may be involved in the underlying mechanism.

Objective To investigate the role of Akt signaling in the protective effect of dexmedetomidine preconditioning on the lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced acute lung injury (ALI) in rat .Methods Twenty-two SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:before LPS injection group(T0 group) ,1 h after LPS injection group(T1 group) ,3 h after LPS injection group(T2 group) and 6 h after LPS injection group(T3 group) ,the expression of Akt and p-Akt in the process of LPS-induced ALI was investigated . Another 54 rats were divided into 3 groups :control group(C group) ,6 hours of ALI group(ALI group) and Dexmedetomidine+ALI group(D+ ALI group) ,the expression of p-Akt in lung tissues ,the protein concentration in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) ,apoptotic index and the pathological changes in the lung tissues were observed .Forty rats were divided into ALI group and ALI + D group to investigate the 48 h-survival ratio .Results Compared with T0 group ,the level of p-Akt expression in T1 ,T2 , T3 groups were deceased in a time-dependent manner(P<0 .05) .Compared with ALI group ,p-Akt in D + ALI group increased significantly(P<0 .05) but was still lower than that in C group(P<0 .05);the protein concentration in BALF and the apoptotic in-dex in D + ALI groups were significantly lower than those in ALI group(P<0 .05) ,but still higher than those in C group(P<0 .05) .The 48 h survival ratio was significantly decreased in D + ALI group comparing with ALI group(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Dexmedetomidine preconditioning might display protective effect via activating p-Akt signaling pathway in LPS-induced ALI .

OBJECTIVE:To establish HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of calcium lactate and calcium gluconate in compound calcium gluconate oral solution.METHODS:The test was performed on C 18 column with column tem?perature at25℃;the mobile phase was composed of0.025mol/L NaH 2 PO 4 (pH=2.50)with a flow rate of1.0ml/min and sam ple size of20?l;the detection wavelength was210nm.RESULTS:The calibration curves were linear over the range of0.719～46.040mmol/L(r=0.9999)for lactic acid and0.315～20.160mmol/L(r=0.9999)for gluconic acid.The average recovery rates of which were99.0%(RSD=1.65%)and100.5%(RSD=1.36%),respectively.CONCLUSION:This method is fast,simple,accurate,and it can be employed directly without isolation to determine the content of calcium lactate and calcium glu?conate simultaneously and to control the quality of compound calcium gluconate oral solution as well.
