1.Effect of anisodamine on magnesium content of liver mitochondria during hemorrhagic shock
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(03):-
In order to explore the cellular mechanism of antishock effect of anisodamine (654-2), the changes of intramitochondrial magnesium during late hemorrhagic shock were observed. Results showed that there exists a negative correlation between the blood plasma magnesium concentration and arterial blood pressure in shocked animals and at the same time the magneium content of liver mitochondria reduced significantly; 654-2 prevented the decrease of mitochondria magnesium and the increase of blood plasma magnesium, and improved the prognosis of the shocked animals. These results indicate that 654-2 may protect the liver mitochondria of shocked animals at a cellular and subcellular levels.
2.Prevalence and Analyses of the Changing Etiology of Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease in China.
Chinese Journal of Virology 2015;31(5):554-559
Hand, foot, and mouth disease (HFMD) is a viral infectious disease regarded to be a public-health problem worldwide. Since the 1990s, HFMD began to spread in the Asia-Pacific region (especially in South-East Asia). HFMD outbreaks have occurred in mainland China frequently since 2008, and the morbidity and mortality of HFMD has continued to increase in recent years. In mainland China, enterovirus A serotype enterovirus A71 (EV-A71) and coxsackievirus A16 (CVA16) have been the major pathogens of HFMD during these years. However, the etiological spectrum of HFMD changes with time. This review focuses mainly on the etiological spectrum of HFMD and changes in epidemic patterns in mainland China.

3.Health Impacts of Typical Dyes and Pigments
Journal of Environment and Health 1993;0(03):-
Potential toxicities of three classes of dyes and pigments were introduced in this review. Some azo/benzidine dyes, anthraquinone dyes and triarylmethane dyes have carcinogenicity, some azo/benzidine dyes and anthraquinone dyes may cause skin irritation, some noncarcinogenic triarylmethane dyes have risk of serious damage to eyes and may exert long term adverse effects on the aquatic environment.
4.Development of glucometer based on ferrocene-mediated enzyme electrode
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(02):-
A portable glucometer is developed with ferrocene as an electron mediator, which is characterized by being easy to operate and portable with the small size of 94.3mm?49.2mm?17.8mm. With this meter, the detection result can be available in no more than 20 seconds with about 1.5?l of blood drawn. The meter has a measurement range from 50mg/dl to 500mg/dl and a precision of 1mg/dl. The measurements are compared with the ones from USI 2300 Stat Plus approved by FDA. The coefficient of variation is from 3.0% to 7.8%, and the availability of linear relationship (y=1.006x-1.37, r=0.990, n=1.18) and comparability are demonstrated. Error table analysis proves that all of measurements are in the acceptable A and B sections. The meter is a validated diagnostic system for in vitro blood glocuse.
5.Application of Defibrillation Techniques in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the techniques of electrical defibrillation and their application to cardiopulmonary re-suscitation(CPR).Methods On the basis of reviewing the definition of electrical defibrillation, the main defibrillation tech-niques and their developments were introduced,as well as the selection of shock energy. The role that defibrillation played during CPR was defined according to the consensus. Results As an unfashionable technique, monophasic waveforms was inclined to be replaced by present biphasic waveform including biphasic truncated exponential(BTE) waveform and recti-linear biphasic waveform(RBW).The selected shock energy varied with the waveform that a defibrillator made use of,i.e.a monophasic defibrillator required a higher energy level as usual, whereas a biphasic one did not.It was deemed that biphasic technique presented an excellence in less damage to heart in addition to higher rate of successful defibrillation. In the critical care for sudden cardiac arrest with a shockable rhythm, the protocol of "1 shock + 5 cycles of CPR" should be recommended. Conclusion Electrical defibrillation techniques consist mainly of monophasic waveform and biphasic wave-form,between which the latter gains an advantage over the former. On the grounds of modern emergency medicine,defib-rillation has to be performed in combination with CPR.
6.Application of PLGA in the research of bone tissue-engineering
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2006;0(06):-
Poly lactic-co-glycolic acid (PLGA) has been attracting increasing attention in the field of bone tissue engineering because it is a biodegradable polymer with excellent biocompatibility, controllable aperture and porous rate, and a degradation rate which is suitable for bone regeneration, and moreover a suitable carrier for the sustained release of growth factors. This article reviewed the recent research progress in PLGA as a material for controlled drug delivery with emphasis on how to make the scaffold more suitable for the regeneration of the bone and which is the better way to apply sustained release of growth factors embedded in the material in bone tissue engineering. It pointed out that PLGA carrying different growth factors will become the focal point in the field of bone tissue-engineering.
7.Efficacy of tiotropium inhalation powder for recovery of lung function after lung cancer
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(5):751-754
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of thiophene tiotropium powder inhaler for postop-erative lung function recovery in lung cancer patients. Methods 80 patients of thoracic surgery lobectomy who had lung cancer were selected as research subjects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group received tiotropium bromide powder for inhalation therapy, the control group was inhaled salmeterol /fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation therapy. Before treatment, after treatment,2d,6d of CRP,absolute neutrophil ANC, tumor necrosis factor α(TNF -α) were observed. Before treatment, after treatment 4 weeks,8 weeks of forced vital capacity (FVC),within one second force expiratory volume in FEV1 ,FEV1 percent predicted (FEV1%),FEV1 /FVC, PaO2 ,PaCO3 were detected. Results Before treatment,CRP,AND,TNF -αhad no significant differences between the two groups (all P >0.05).Postoperative 2d,CRP,ANC,TNF -αof the two groups were all increased.Postopera-tive 6d,the above indicators of the two groups were declined, and the decline of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (t =3.163 4,3.651 8,4.025 3,all P <0.05).Before treatment,FVC,FEV1 ,FEV1%, FEV1 /FVC,PaO2 ,PaCO3 between the two groups had no significant differences (all P >0.05).4 weeks,8 weeks af-ter treatment,FVC,FEV1%,FEV1 /FVC,PaO2 of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (t =2.041 8,4.116 7;2.043 1,3.722 8;3.056 2,4.138 6;3.227 6,5.161 9;all P <0.05),FEV1 ,PaCO3 were significantly lower than the control group (t =1.523 7,3.427 6;3.439 2,4.521 7;all P <0.05).Conclusion Tiotropium bromide inhalation powder agents has certain effect on lung function recovery for lung cancer patients after surgery,it is worthy of clinical application.

9.Influence of Total Stapedectomy and Suction Noise on Cochlear Function and Ultrastructures in Guinea Pigs
Journal of Audiology and Speech Pathology 1998;0(02):-
In this study, the influence of the duration of opening vestibular window and the application of suction in auditory bulla on cochlear function and ultrastructures were observed by ECochG and scanning and transmission election microscopy in 44 guinea pigs divided into six groups. The results were as follows: (1) The CAP thresholds progressively enhanced as the prolongation of duration in some of outer hair cells in the basal turn occured 180 minutes after total stapedectomy. (2)Significant CAP threshold shift and irreversible pathological changes in some outer hair cells in the basal turn of cochlea were found with continuous suction for 60 minutes in auditory bulla after total stapedectomy. (3)CAP threshold shift without damage of outer hair cells could be fourd with the application of suction for 60 mimutes in auditory bulla before stapedectomy. The results suggested that opening vestibular window for longer time with suction in auditory bulla might be one of the factors to cause postoperative sensorineural hearing loss in total stapedectomy. But the suction noise might not be enough to cause postoperative sensorineural hearing loss in tympanoplasty due to its relatively low intensity.
