1.The relationship between leptin and malignant tumor formation
Cancer Research and Clinic 2010;22(3):208-211
Leptin as a polypeptide has a wide range of biologic effects, which can regulate appetite and energy metabolism common with leptin receptor. Recent studies found that leptin was related with tumor formation and development, which contribute to tumor progression by increasing angiogenesis, stimulates cell proliferation, adhesion and invasion through multiple channels.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(08):-
Aim To establish an ideal two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis( 2-DE) method for serum proteomic research. Methods The 2-DE experiment of serum was opti-mized by adjusting the conditions of sample pretreatment and silver nitrate staining. Results An ideal 2-DE experiment method with higher repetition was established. The number of protein spots and the resolution were both increased, and this method was compatible with MS analysis. Conclusion After the adjustments and optimizations,an ideal method of 2-DE technique for serum is established, which has a high reference value for the relevant researches, and lays an experimental foundation for the search, analysis as well as identification of the disease related proteins in serum.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(06):-
Objective To explore curative effects of coracolavicar ligament reconstructed with artificical tendon on treatment of complete acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Methods 32 patients with complete acromioclavicular joint dislocation received artificial tendon graft, 19 cases of whose implanted flexible carbonfiber tendon, and the others were treated with human-hair keratin artificial tendon (HHKAT). All patients were given bu internal fixation with Kirschner pins for 6 weeks after the operation. Results Fellowed-up for 4 months to 30 months showed the acromiclavicular join reduction and recovery of the anatomical relation of acromioclavicular joint checked by X-rayrecovered. According to karlsson scores, 21 cases graded excellent, 10 cases good and only one case bad, the excellent and good rate of recovery was 96 9%.Conclutions With the internal fixation with Kirschner pins in short term, and plus artificial tendon reconstructing coracoclavicalar ligament for patients with complete acromioclavicular joint dislocation, which had a little wound and a good curative effect, was easy to be performed and have worth in clinical application.
5.Effect of Simvastatin on the Expression of Ubiquitin and Rat Component 3 of Proteasome in the Common Carotid Artery of Rats After Balloon Injury

Chinese Journal of Hypertension 2006;0(09):-
Background The ubiquitin-proteasome pathway(UPP)involves 80%-90% degradation of all in- tracellular proteins. Both ubiquitin and rat component 3 of proteasome(RC3)are hence considered to be central me- diators for cell biology. Objective To evaluate the effect of simvastatin on neointimal hyperplasia and the expres- sion of ubiquitin and rat component 3 of proteasome(RC3)after balloon injury in carotid artery. Methods Thirty- two male SD rats were randomly to receive, low dose(0.4 mg/ng,n=8),or moderate(4 mg/ng,n=8),or high- dose(40 mg/ng,n=8)of simvastatin treatment for 28 days.Common carotid aortic artery was injuried rat ballon. The ratio of intima-media(I/M)thickness was determined. The expression level of ubiquitin and RC3 mRNA were assessed by RT-PCR.The expression level of ubiquitin protein was examined with immunohistochemistry. Results Simvastatin inhibited the expression of ubiquitin and RC3 mRNA and ubiquitin protein in dose dependent manner. The intima-media ratio(-50.2 %)and the expression of ubiquitin(-60.3 %)and RC3 mRNA and ubiq- uitin protein(-60.5 %)was reduced by the high dose simvastatin [40 mg/(kg?d)](P

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(4):44-46
Objective To discuss medicine using regularity of TCM treatment for hypothyroidism. Methods Articles in the CNKI from Jan. 2000 to Dec. 2013 were searched. Articles about TCM treatment for hypothyroidism were screened for the establishment of database. Microsoft Excel was used to analyze the frequency of main medicine, composing principle, and combination of new medicine in the articles. Results Totally 150 cases of prescriptions about hypothyroidism were screened, which involved 178 Chinese herbal medicines. Poria in the prescriptions appears with the highest frequency;Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma and Poria have the highest frequency of medicinal pair. 14 core combinations and 7 new combinations were obtained through evolution. Conclusion Most doctors’ TCM treatment for hypothyroidism in CNKI is to replenish qi to invigorate the spleen, warm the kidney to tonify yang, and excrete water and dampness.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(24):4723-4727
Proliferation and migration of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC) are common pathological features of diabetic vascular complications, such as atherosclerosis and hypertension. Phenotypic modulation of VSMC is the basis for VSMC proliferation and migration. Therefore, studies on VSMC phenotypic modulation and its mechanisms in diabetes mellitus were of important significance to the prevention and therapy of diabetic vascular complications. This paper introduces VSMC phenotypic modulation and the underlying mechanisms in diabetes mellitus, and summarizes advance of studies on traditional Chinese medicine intervention upon VSMC phenotypic modulation, so as to provide reference for preventing and treating diabetic vascular complications with traditional Chinese medicines.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2013;29(23):59-61
Objective To investigate and compare the argumentativeness and attitudes towards thinking and learning between clinical nurses in general adult wards and wards for patients requiring particularity healthcare for the identification and development of core communication skills.Mettods “Argumentativeness Scale” and “Attitudes toward Thinking and Learning Survey” in Chinese were used to measure a convenience sample of 504 clinical nurses in seven hospitals. Results The scores in items reflecting rationality, positivism, empathy and acceptance in 247 nurses in wards for particularity heahhcare were significantly different from those nurses working in internal medical wards for adults with internal medical problems. Conclusions To develop harmonious interpersonal relationships in nurses,we should strengthen competencies in emotional regulation and rational thinking in nurses in wards for adults with in-ternal medical problems.
