Objective:to detect the effect of working qulity in operating room before and after apply ISO9000 series standard.Methods:the questionnaire of the satisfaction comes from the patients to the nurses of the operating room,the examine score chart to the instrumental nurses in the operating room,the examine score chart to the circulating nurse of operating room as the 3 measuring scale to be investigated as the comparation about the effect of the application of the ISO9000 standard.Results:①The degree of the patients satisfation is improved to such an extent after the ISO9000 standards applied.②The checking result of the instrumental nurses and the circulating nurses is also of the obvious difference;what is more,once the nursing matron published the specific checking standards and the checking result,it is liable to the nurses to realize their own faults.③Through this period of the investigation and the research,the application of the ISO9000 quality managing architecture better formalize the nurses work than before,everything is equipped with foundation and standard,thus the working quality is improved.
2.Anti-IL-5 monoclony antibody inhibits the migration of eosinophil in a murine model of asthma

Objective To study the effect of anti-IL-5 monoclony antibody (TRFK-5) on migration of Eos from BM to the airways in sensitized mice. Methods Male C57BL/6 (6-8wk of age) murine model of Asthma and control group were estabolished with routine method. The outcome measurements include white blood cell (WBC) total count, differential count of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and peripheral blood (PB), nuclear cell count and eosinophil percentage of BM. These parameters were collected 12 h after the final allergen challenge. To cheek Eos infiltration, the histology of lung tissues was also observed. Further, the effects of intranasal TRFK-5 on above changes were investigated. Results Eosinophil numbers of BALF, PB, BM and the infiltration of Eos in pulmovnary tissues were increased considerably 12 h after final OVA challenge compared with negative group(P

The serum level of CXCL10 was determined in both patients with Graves' disease (GD) and normal control subjects.Serum CXCL10 levels in untreated and relapsed GD groups were higher compared with the remission group and control group( P<0.01 ).A significant difference was observed between the former two GD groups (P<0.01 ),but no difference was found between latter two groups( P>0.05 ).Serum CXCL10 levels were positively correlated with FT3 and FT4,and negatively correlated with TSH by multiple linear regression analysis( P<0.01 ).
