OBJECTIVE:To optimize the forming technology for Zuojin dropping pill.METHODS:The base material and cooling agent were optimized by orthogonal experiment with the type of base material, the ratio of drug to base material, the temperature of physic liquor, the type of the cooling agent as factors taking the mixing state, forming condition and dissolution time as indexes; the dripping condition was optimized with the temperature of the cooling agent, the caliber of the dripping mouth, the dripping distance and dripping speed as factors taking the variation coefficient of the pill weight difference as index. RESULTS:The optimal forming technology was as follows:with polyglycol 4000 as base and paraffin oil as cooling agent; the cooling temperature was 12 ℃;the caliber of the dripping mouth was 3.5/4.9 mm;the dripping distance was 10 cm and the dripping speed was 25 drop?min-1.CONCLUSION:The forming technology is stable, reproducible and the preparation was well-shaped,and the forming technology serves as a reference for the production of Zuojin dropping pill.

Objective To explore the direct effect of attachment and the indirect effect through coping style and social support on mental health in technical school students. Methods 372 technical school students were assessed by Experiences in Close Relationship' s Inventory ( ECR), Symptom Check Scale List-90 ( SCL90) ,Coping Style Scale For Secondary School Students( CSS)and Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS). Results ( 1 ) Total score of SCL-90 had significant correlations with all index of attachment anxiety, parents attachment avoidance( r=0. 165 ~0.370, P<0.01 ) ,with coping style focus on problem ( r=0.291 ~0.552, P<0. 01 ) and perceived social support( r = -0. 245, P < 0.01 ). (2)Coping style focus on emotion had significant correlations with attachment anxiety( r=0.237 ~0.383, P<0.01 ) and coping style focus on problem had significant correlations with attachment avoidance( r= -0. 267 ~ -0. 403, P<0. 01 ). (3) Perceived social support had significant negative correlations with attachment avoidance ( r= - 0. 425 ~ - 0. 459, P < 0.01 ). (4) The coping style focus on emotion had 65.2% mediation effect between attachment anxiety and mental health and perceived social support was moderated by attachment avoidance. Conclusions ( 1 ) Attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance have direct effect on mental health. ( 2 ) The indirect effect of attachment anxiety on mental health is a lot mediating effect performed by the coping style focus on emotion. Attachment avoidance also indirectly influences on mental health by moderating perceived social support.

OBJECTIVE:To establish the optimal technical condition for the extraction of volatile oil from the volatile herbs of Huoxiang zhengqi prescription with supercritical CO2 fluid(SFE-CO2).METHODS:The technical condition for the extraction of volatile oil from the volatile herbs of Huoxiang zhengqi prescription were optimized using L9(34)orthogonal design table with extraction pressure, the extraction temperature, the pressure and temperature of separator Ⅰ as factors and with the yield of the volatile oil as index.RESULTS:A highest extraction yield of volatile oil from the volatile herbs of Huoxiang zhengqi prescription was achieved(2.057%)under an optimal technical condition as follows:with extraction pressure at 25 MPa,the extraction temperature at 30 ℃,the pressure for separator Ⅰ at 9 MPa and the temperature of separator Ⅰ at 45 ℃.CONCLUSION:Extraction of volatile oil from the volatile herbs of Huoxiang zhengqi prescription by SFE-CO2 is characterized by high extraction yield, stable, pure operation, safe, and by which the biological activity of the volatile oil can be maintained, thus it is a potential extraction and separation method.

Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Herba Selaginellae moellendorfii for identification and comparison with other species of the same genus and to determine the content of amentoflavone.Method Separation was performed on ZORBAX SB-C18 chromatographic column,acetonitrile(A)-0.5 %solution of acetic acid in water(B)as mobile phase with gradient elution and the flow rate was 1.0 mL?min-1.The detection wavelength was at 270 nm.The content determination of amentoflavone carried out synchronously. Results The characteristic eighteen peaks in the chromatogram consisted of the common pattern of Herba Selaginellae moellendorfii. The fingerprint coupling with similarity and Principal Component Analysis differentiated and classified the various species of selaginella.Nine species could be divided into 3 classes. The content of amentoflavone in Herba Selaginellae moellendorfii was 0.8~1.0 %.Conclusions The weighted similarity coefficient was calculated from 13 batches of Herba Selaginellae moellendorfii samples as high as more than 0.98.Among 9 species of Selaginella,5 species(S.biformis,S.involvens,S.doederileinii,S.trachyphylla,S.tamariscina)were sorted out by means of Principal Component Analysis in the same class with S.moellendorfii.Which indicated the possibility of bio-equivalence among the herbs of these six species, while S.picta,S.uncinata and S.delicatula are considered as adulterants of S.moellendorfii as their dissimilar fingerprints.

AIM: Terminalia chebula contained hydrolysable tannins up to about 35%. It was necessary to establish a chromatographic fingerprint to meet the quality control need effectively. METHODS: HPLC method was carried out with 3 kinds of the mobile phase , namely, A∶ 0.05mol?L -1 Phosphoric acid/ 0.05mol?L -1 Potassium dihydrogen phosphorate aqueous solution, B: methanol and C: Ethyl acetate, running in gradient mode based on the previous experiment. RESULTS: A marked peaks of HPLC fingerprint of the raw material, the extracts and its final product consisted of gallic acid, terchebulin, chebulamin, chebulagic acid and chebulinic acid. CONCLUSION: The fact has depicted that chromatographic fingerprint is a powerful tool for in-process-quality supervisory control and dynamic analysis of the active constituents during manufacture procedure of immature fruit products of Terminalia chebula.
