1.Comparison of the curative effect between two methods of helicobacter pylori treatment for peptic ulcer evaluation
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(6):847-849
Objective To compare the clinical curative effect between sequential therapy and triple therapy for helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer. Methods 92 patients with peptic dcer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,46 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with sequential therapy, control group with triple therapy. The two groups were observed and compared in helicobacter pylori eradication rate, ulcer healing and relief of symptoms. Results After 4 weeks treatment, the observation group Hp clearance rate was 93.5% (43/46),ulcer healing rate 91.3% (42/46),the control group were 73.9% (34/46),78.3%(36/46),two groups had significant differences(x2 =2.714,3.028,all P < 0.05) ;observation group after treatment of symptomatic integral average (0.94 ± 0.21),and the control group (0.92 ± 0.17) divided the difference was not statistically significant (t =0.483,P > 0.05).Conclusion The sequential therapy on helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer curative effect is remarkable, and can be more effective in the eradication of helicobacter pylori infection, promote ulcer healing.

Objetive To study the medical value of the combined treatment of laparoscopy and duodenoscopy treatment for calculus of extrahepatic bile duct. Methods Retrospectivly analyzed the clinical data of 72 cases with combination of laparoscopy and duodenoscopy treatment for calculus of extrahepatic bile duct between March 2006 and October 2011.There were 11 cases of choledocholithiasis and 61 cases of choledocholithiasis and cholecystolithiasis. Results Three cases of severe abdominal adhesion converted to laparotomy and other 69 cases were cured. The cure rate was 95.83%.There were no complications such as infection, bile duct injury, bile leakage, intraabdominal hemorrhage, bile reflux cholangitis, pancreatitis and cicatrical stenosis of papilary. The examination after operation showed that there weren't any residual bile duct stones. Conclusions The combination of laparoscopy and duodenoscopy treatment for calculus of extrabepatic bile duct has less traumatic, few intercurrent disease, and was safe and reliable with well postoperative recovery. It can be regarded as the preference treatment for calculus of extrahepatic bile duct.

Objective To explore the application effect of simethicone combined with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder before colonoscope examination. Methods 106 cases underwent colonoscope examination from October 2013 to December 2015 were enrolled in the study. Then all the cases were divided into 2 groups randomly, each with 53 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with simple oral administration of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder, patients in observation group were combined using simethicone and polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder. The preoperative bowel preparation score, lesion detection and the changes of liver and renal function and electrolyte in the two groups were recorded respectively. Results Patients in the observation group were better than the control group in both the bowel preparation score and the detection rate (P < 0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in the course of the two groups. Conclusions Simethicone can eliminate intestinal bubbles, and combined use with polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder before colonoscope examination can significantly improve intestinal cleaning effect, improve the colonoscope examination image, enhance the detection rate of lesions.

Objective To evaluate the feasibility of transparent cap-fitted endoscopy in improving diagnostic yield of Barrett's esophagus(BE).Methods A total of 168 patients with endoscopieally suspected BE were randomly divided into cap group(n=60)and control group(n=108).A transparent cap-fitted endoscopy Was applied in cap group to take biopsy, while a routine one was used in control group, and 2 biopsies from suspected lesions were collected in each patient.BE was diagnosed in the presence of columnar epithelium and the diagnostic rate was compared between 2 groups. Results The diagnostic rates of BE were 83.3%(50/60)and 69.4%(75/108)in cap and control group,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion The lesions at cardia Call be exposed clearly with capped endoscopy, which facilitates localized biopsy and BE diagnosis.
