Objective To evaluate the change of expression of estrogen receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor(PR) in endometrium of polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS) patients during induced ovulation and its clinical significance.Methods We recruited 108 PCOS patients as the disease group and 96 women with tubal infertility as the normal control group.Both groups were randomly divided into three groups with equal numbers (metaphase of generation group,metaphase of secretion group and ovulation group) and were tested the change of ER and PR levels in endometrium of PCOS patients at the fifth day after menstruation,ovulation period and the seventh day after ovulation with way of immunohistochemistry.Results There was marked change of ER and PR in the menstrual cycle of healthy controls.The levels of ER and PR were (0.89 ± 0.22) kU/L and (0.72 ±0.25) kU/L,and (1.65 ± 0.42) kU/L and (1.43 ± 0.42) kU/L respectively at metaphase of generation and (0.92 ± 0.29) kU/Land (0.87 ± 0.34) kU/L,and (1.68 ± 0.42) kU/L and (1.56 ± 0.30) kU/L respectively at metaphase of secretion.Positive gland decreased significantly during ovulation period (ER:(0.69 ± 0.35) kU/L and (0.55 ± 0.24) kU/L; PR:(0.97 ± 0.32) kU/L and (0.69 ± 0.30) kU/L).The levels of ER of stroma and positive gland in menstruation of PCOS patients were significantly higher than in menstruation of normal women during all the stages of menstrual cycle and did not have non-linear change (Metaphase of generation:(1.73 ± 0.22) kU/L and (1.89 ± 0.38) kU/L; Ovulation:(0.75 ± 0.32) kU/L and (0.63 ± 0.28) kU/L;Metaphase of secretion:(1.79 ± 0.31) kU/L and (1.90 ± 0.30) kU/L).The levels of PR in menstruation of PCOS patients were significantly lower than in menstruation of normal women during all stages of menstrual cycle (P ＜ 0.05).We did not observe trend of elevation of PR levels in PCOS patients (Metaphase of generation:(0.93 ±0.36) kU/L and (0.85 ± 0.56) kU/L; Ovulation:(0.77 ± 0.26) kU/L and (0.56 ± 0.41) kU/L) ;Metaphase of secretion:(0.98 ±0.36)kU/L and (0.88 ±0.47)kU/L).Conclusion The expressions of ER and PR in endometrium of PCOS patients are abnormal during all stages of induced ovulation.The endometrial receptivity of PCOS patients is worse than normal women.Improving the receptivity of ER and PR of PCOS patients is one of the ways to enhance pregnancy of PCOS patients.

Endometrial cancer (EC) is one of the most common gynecologic malignancy. Although the overall prognosis of EC patients is relatively good, patients with high-grade, recurrent, metastatic usually have a dismal prognosis. Lymph node status is one of the most important prognostic factors. However, for patients of early EC, whether lymphadenectomy must to be performed and its extent are still controversial. In this article, the indications of lymphadenectomy for early EC patients, the level of para-aortic lymph node dissection and the application of sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) were reviewed respectively.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of vertical incision for breast surgery.Methods According to Lejour method,the first breast shape on the patients who needed operation was designed,and make a mark line corresponding to the breast,and then removal of excess tissue during the operation,operation process should pay attention to the protection of important part of breast of vessels and nerves,to prevent the impact of breast lactation function.Results The operation in 48 patients with breast because of too much too small in patients with 2 cases,1 cases of patients areola was too large,the patients were followed up survey,all the patients were satisfied with the operation of the breast shape,1 cases of operation the scar not satisfied,then the operation scar resection of operation after further results were satisfied,the total satisfaction rate was 98%.Conclusion Breast reconstruction process using vertical incision method for patients with relatively small,less bleeding,almost did not affect the normal function of patients with breast,breast shape is preferred for patients with operation scheme.

Objective: To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of artial fibrillation complicated with digoxin poisoning and the entry points of pharmaceutical care.Methods: Clinical pharmacists participated in the therapy for a patient with atrial fibrillation and digoxin poisoning, monitored the blood concentration of digoxin combined with the characteristics of the patient, analyzed the causes of digoxin poisoning in terms of the underlying diseases, renal function and combined medication, and performed beneficial pharmaceutical care.Results: The suggestions of clinical pharmacists were adopted by doctors, digoxin was withdrawn timely and the drug poisoning was corrected.

Objective To investigate the association between genetic polymorphisms of cytochrome P450 MSP1 gene and the glutathione s-transferase GSTM1 gene in female workers exposed to aromatic solvents and spontaneous abortion. Methods A retrospective epidemiological investigation was carried out among 276 female workers including 58 female workers with history of spontaneous abortion and 218 female workers without spontaneous abortion selected in Yanshan of Beijing by the trained investigators using the unified questionnaire. Results The spontaneous abortion of female workers was significantly associated with GSTM1 (absent) (OR=2.07, 95% CI: 1.15-3.71), but not MSP1 (present) and exposure to aromatic solvent. After adust-ment for major confounders including education, age, shift work, body mass index, passive smoking and occupational stress, the multiple logistic regression analysis showed that GSTM1 gene (absent) significantly increased the risk of spontaneous abortion of female workers (OR=2.15, 95% CI: 1.17-3.98). Before and after adjustment for major confounders including education, age, shift work, body mass index, passive smoking and occupational stess, the multiple regression analysis showed that GSTM1 (absent) combined with MSP1 (heterozygous variant type / homozygous variant type) significantly increased the risk of spontaneous abortion (OR=2.98, 95% CI:l. 17-7.59), using the group with GSTM1 (present) and MSP1 (homozygous wild type) as reference group. Conclusion Our data suggested a genetic influence on spontaneous abortion in this population, GSTM1 (absent) was significantly associaled with spontaneous abortion, also provide evidence of additional joint action of gene MSP1 (heterozygous variant type and homozygous variant type) and GSTM1 (absent) to spontaneous abortion.

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the antibacterial activity of Extractum Sophorae Flavescentis(ESF) against Staphylococcus epidermidis in vitro.METHODS Determination of antibacterial activity of ESF against 208 strains S.epidermidis was performed by using agar dilution method.RESULTS The antibacterial efficiency of ESF against 208 strains of S.epidermidis was good,and the MIC90 of that against 110 strains of MRSE and 98 strains of MSSE were 1185 ?g/ml and 0.286 ?g/ml,respectively.CONCLUSIONS Extractum Sophorae Flavescentis has strong antibacterial activity against 208 strains of S.epidermidis.

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of urinary kallidinogenase on acute cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred and sixty-four patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group with urinary kallidinogenase(86 cases)and control group (78 cases).According to Chinese guidelines for prevention and management cerebrovascular disease,two groups were treated with basic therapy,such as antiplatelet,neurologic protection,blood pressure control,and so on.On basis of control group,treatment group Was administrated intravenous injection of urinary kallidinogenase 0.15 PNA U per day for 10 days.The primary efficacy Was evaluated by the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score and Barthel index.Results The score of NIHSS and Barthel index at 15 days after treatment in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group[(6.67±3.02)scores vs(7.42±3.02)scores;75.36±23.56 vs 68.36±22.36,P＜0.05].Urinary kallidinogenase could significantly reduce neurological deficits in big artherosclerosis type by TOAST typing.Conclusion Urinary kallidinogenase may be effective and safe in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.

As a member of tyrosine kinases(TK) family,Epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) has an activity of intrinsic protein tyrosine kinase,which plays an essential role in the regulation of signal transduction in the cells.Due to the abnormal expression of EGFR-TK,the certain type cancers may developed and progressed.Based on that,the inhibitors of EGFR-TK could be effective medicines for the treatment of cancer.The EGFR-TK domain was amplified by RT-PCR with RNA of HUVCEs cells as the template and expressed in E.coliBL21(DE3) using plasmid pET30a as vector.The recombinant protein was purified with the affinity chromatography(Ni-NTA),which was identified to have kinase activity catalyzing the substrate phosphorylated with ATP in the enzymatic reaction.Using the recombinant EGFR-TK as target,the screening model for enzymatic inhibitors was constructed.

Objective: To perform the bacterial endotoxin test of Pulse-Engendering Injection.Methods: The interference actions of the different dilutabilities of injection at the greatest effective diluent range were observed with some sensitivity of TAL. Results: When 0.5EU/ml sensitivity of TAL was used and the dilutability of sample was 1∶8, the injection showed obvious enhancement action, but when 0.25EU/ml senitiity of TAL was used and the dilutability was 1∶16, the enhancement action of injection could be eliminated. Conclusion: The bacterial endoxin test can be carried out with 0.25EU/ml sensitivity of TAL when the dilutability of sample is 1∶16, the limit dose of bacterial endotoxin is controlled thereby.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the drug-resistance of ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli for guiding the clinical drug-using.METHODS The Kirby-Bauer agar diffusion method was used to analyze the drug resistance of 68 E.coli isolates in these three years.The ESBLs-producing strains were detected by confirmed test.RESULTS Thirty one ESBLs-producing strains were detected and the isolated rate was 54.4%;the resistant rates of these isolates were up to 50% to penicillin and three generations cephalosporin.The resistant rate to quinolone was about 70%.All of the strains were susceptible to imipenem.CONCLUSIONS More attention should be paid on the detection of ESBLs-producing E.coli and prevent the prevalence of the drug-resistant strains.
