1.Cause and Treatment of Speech Stunting in Twin Brothers

Objective To report three-year-old twin brothers with speech stunting.Methods The clinical program of twin brothers with speech stunting were reported.Results The development quotient of Neuropsychological Developing Table of 0 to 6 Years-Old Nurselings was 59 for elder brother,and 57 for the younger.PET showed hypogenesis in the frontal lobe.Their linguistic rating showed both speech stunting,and the brain-audition evoked potential and the autistic evaluation(ABC and CARs)were normal.Conclusion The etiology of twin brothers' speech developing disorders is related with heredity,brain development,and speech environment,but the exact cause is being further studied.

3.Investigation of nurses′learning motivation and learning satisfaction with continued education and the influencing factors

Objective To investigate nurses′ learning motivation and learning satisfaction with continued education and analyze its influencing factors. Method One hundred and seventy-nine nurses were enrolled in the survey and the general information questionnaire, education participation scale and continuing education learning satisfaction scale were used in the investigation. Results The average score by nursing education participation scale was (3.26 ± 0.59), and that of continuing education learning satisfaction scale was (2.74 ± 0.48). There were statistically significant differences in age, length of employment, professional title, marital status, employment mode between the scores by the two scales (P < 0.01). Conclusions Nurses′ learning motivation and learning satisfaction with continuing education are in the medium level. Pertinent guidance such as bringing continuing education in depth and width is suggested to improve satisfaction and motivations of nurses.
6.Molecular Mechanism of Hyaluronan Biosynthesis in Streptococci and Construction of Engineering Strains

Hyaluronic acid(HA)is a linear polysaccharide chain composed of alternating ?-1,4-glucuronic acid(GlcA)and ?-1,3-N-acetylglucosamine(GlcNAc)moieties.Construction of engineering strain has become the prevailing strategy for increasing yield and improving its quality,especially the molecular weight.Here the molecular mechanism of HA biosynthesis in Streptococcus strains was reviewed,involving fermentation strains,operon structure,crucial enzyme and construction of engineering strains.In addition,the prevalent problems in HA fermentation production were also discussed and the protocols were tentatively put forward for the upcoming research and industrial production.
7.The exosome secreted by B16 cells promoted the proliferation and migration of mesenchymal stromal cell

Objective To investigate the interactions between melanoma-derived exosomes and the microenvironment.Methods The exosomes were isolated from the culture medium of mouse melanoma cells and then co-cuhured with mesenchymal stromal cells (MSC) after identification.Immunofluorescence assay was performed to observe the exosomes engulfed by MSC.CCK-8 and transwell assays were used to evaluate the proliferation and migration of MSC.Effects of the exosomes on the expression of α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) in MSC were analyzed by Western blot.Results Co-culture of MSC with melanoma cell-derived exosomes enhanced the proliferation and migration of MSC as well as the expression of α-SMA.All of the changes mediated by the exosomes could be blocked by using the inhibitor of TGF-β receptor.Conclusion Melanoma cell-derived exosomes enhanced the proliferation and migration of MSC as well as the expression of α-SMA through TGF-β signaling pathway,which provided an advantageous microenvironment for melanoma progression.
8. HPLC-ELSD fingerprint of Zhenwu Decoction and simultaneous determination of 13 components

Objective: To establish HPLC-ELSD fingerprint of Zhenwu Decoction(ZWD), screen out the signature components of ZWD through chemical pattern recognition, so as to establish the content determination method of ZWD based on this index. Methods: The fingerprint of 16 batches of ZWD was established by HPLC-ELSD method. The similarity evaluation system of traditional Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprint (2012 Version) was used for similarity evaluation to determine the common peaks and its attribution. Cluster analysis (CA), principal component analysis (PCA) and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA) were used to select the index components of ZWD. Results: The fingerprint of ZWD was established, 38 common peaks were confirmed, and the similarity was > 0.95. The results of CA, PCA and OPLS-DA were consistent and the samples were divided into three categories. Benzoylmesaconine, benzoylaconitine, benzoylhypacoitine, polyporenic acid C, pachymic acid, atractylenolide II, atractylenolide III, oxypaeoniflorin, albiflorin, paeoniflorin and benzoylpaeoniflorin were identified as the 11 index components with significant difference contribution in different batches of ZWD samples. 6-Gingerol and 6-shogaol were the main active components of ginger, so the above 13 components were taken as the index components of ZWD. The chromatographic peak separation degree and linear relationship were good. The average recovery rate was 96.46%-99.80%, RSD ≤ 3.15%. The mass fraction range of benzoylmesaconine, benzoylaconitine, benzoylhypacoitine, polyporenic acid C, pachymic acid, atractylenolide II, atractylenolide III, oxypaeoniflorin, albiflorin, paeoniflorin, benzoylpaeoniflorin, 6-gingerol, 6-shogaol in 16 batches were 283.93-576.86, 25.05-147.39, 62.96-303.37, 31.24-131.27, 9.76-44.04, 32.15-83.55, 76.55-333.13, 17.48-146.61, 456.58-1554.14, 3 322.48-5 590.01, 158.21-556.50, 525.85-582.92 and 68.52-74.73 mg/g, respectively. Conclusion: The fingerprint combined with PCA, CA and OPLS-DA can comprehensively evaluate the quality of ZWD. This method is stable and reliable, providing reference for the quality evaluation.
9.Qualitative and Quantitative Comparison between Dispensing Granules and Decoction of Buyanghuanwutang

Objective To compare the chemical constituents between the dispensing granules and the decoction of Buyanghuanwutang. Methods TLC and HPLC methods were carried out for comparative analysis. Results TLC indicated the chemical constituents were similar between the dispensing granule and the decoction. The HPLC method was successfully established,and used for taking the contents of paeoniflorin in dispensing granule and the decoction of Buyanghuanwutang. The contents of paeoniflorin in dispensing granule were only one sixth of that in the decoction. Conclusion The chemical constituents of the two preparations are similar,but the contents of paeoniflorin are different.
10.Cross-sectional study on the community medical care service of chronic diseases of the elderly in an urban area

Objective To study the health state and service of the elderly in the Tongbai community. Methods The educational degree, disease histories, daily living capability, health care demand and the controlled state of hypertension and diabetes were recorded by questionnaires and physical examination. Results Overweight or obesity (66.1%) was the common disease, hypertension (42.2%) next, then coronary disease (10.0%) and diabetes (9.1%). Nearly 43.3% hypertension patients never or seldom measured their blood pressure. The rate of ideal blood pressure was lower than 25%. 30.4% diabetes patients never or seldom measured their fasting glucose and 69.3% patients never or seldom measured their post-meal glucose. 46.1% of the elderly required one or more kinds of community health services, in which annual health examination was 32.6%, and the next was health guide (23.0%), 53.9% of the elderly had no requirement of community services except medical care. Conclusion The elderly in community had high prevalence and poor control of chronic diseases. They did not fully understand the community health services, which brought the challenges to the medical care, health prevention, health education and reasonable utility of hygiene resources in community health services.
