1.The effects of irbesartan on the endothelial dysfunction in the elderly with essential hypertension
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2000;0(04):-
Objective To investigate (1) whether or not irbesartan can relieve endothelial dysfunction of essential hypertension; (2) which of fosinopril and irbesartan is better in relieving the endothelial dysfunction in essential hypertension, especially for the elderly . Methods Sixty-two elderly patients with essential hypertension were divided into two groups: fosinopril group and irbesartan group. After 3 months treatment, the effect of drugs on BP and the endothelium-dependent relaxation(EDR) of brachial artery (BA) with high resolution ultrasound examination were analyzed, meanwhile the plasma levels of NO、ET-1 and vWF were assessed. Results Fosinopril and irbesartan groups had a similar (P
2.Investigation of nurses′learning motivation and learning satisfaction with continued education and the influencing factors
Modern Clinical Nursing 2015;(4):4-8
Objective To investigate nurses′ learning motivation and learning satisfaction with continued education and analyze its influencing factors. Method One hundred and seventy-nine nurses were enrolled in the survey and the general information questionnaire, education participation scale and continuing education learning satisfaction scale were used in the investigation. Results The average score by nursing education participation scale was (3.26 ± 0.59), and that of continuing education learning satisfaction scale was (2.74 ± 0.48). There were statistically significant differences in age, length of employment, professional title, marital status, employment mode between the scores by the two scales (P < 0.01). Conclusions Nurses′ learning motivation and learning satisfaction with continuing education are in the medium level. Pertinent guidance such as bringing continuing education in depth and width is suggested to improve satisfaction and motivations of nurses.
3.Cause and Treatment of Speech Stunting in Twin Brothers
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2007;13(9):833-834
Objective To report three-year-old twin brothers with speech stunting. Methods The clinical program of twin brothers with speech stunting were reported. Results The development quotient of Neuropsychological Developing Table of 0 to 6 Years-Old Nurselings was 59 for elder brother, and 57 for the younger.PET showed hypogenesis in the frontal lobe.Their linguistic rating showed both speech stunting, and the brain-audition evoked potential and the autistic evaluation(ABC and CARs)were normal. Conclusion The etiology of twin brothers' speech developing disorders is related with heredity, brain development, and speech environment, but the exact cause is being further studied.

Objective To investigate the interactions between melanoma-derived exosomes and the microenvironment. Methods The exosomes were isolated from the culture medium of mouse melanoma cells and then co-cuhured with mesenchymal stromal cells (MSC) after identification.Immunofluorescence assay was performed to observe the exosomes engulfed by MSC.CCK-8 and transwell assays were used to evaluate the proliferation and migration of MSC.Effects of the exosomes on the expression of α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) in MSC were analyzed by Western blot. Results Co-culture of MSC with melanoma cell-derived exosomes enhanced the proliferation and migration of MSC as well as the expression of α-SMA.All of the changes mediated by the exosomes could be blocked by using the inhibitor of TGF-β receptor. Conclusion Melanoma cell-derived exosomes enhanced the proliferation and migration of MSC as well as the expression of α-SMA through TGF-β signaling pathway, which provided an advantageous microenvironment for melanoma progression.

China Biotechnology 2006;0(04):-
Hyaluronic acid(HA)is a linear polysaccharide chain composed of alternating ?-1,4-glucuronic acid(GlcA)and ?-1,3-N-acetylglucosamine(GlcNAc)moieties.Construction of engineering strain has become the prevailing strategy for increasing yield and improving its quality, especially the molecular weight. Here the molecular mechanism of HA biosynthesis in Streptococcus strains was reviewed, involving fermentation strains, operon structure, crucial enzyme and construction of engineering strains. In addition, the prevalent problems in HA fermentation production were also discussed and the protocols were tentatively put forward for the upcoming research and industrial production.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2012;28(10):794-797
Peking University Shenzhen Hospital launched a reform to outsource its logistic support service to overcome the setbacks of overstaffing, poor service and high costs with the existing logistic departments since its opening.Practice of a decade has raised the quality of its logistic support system and lowered service costs.Furthermore, the reform has optimized the hospital's human resource structure, and improved performance of the hospital staff, paving the way for better social benefits of the hospital.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1996;0(08):-
Objective To assess the effects of propofol on left and right ventricular function of isolated rat heart against ischemia reperfusion injury Methods Sixteen male SD rats were randomly divided into control and experiment groups The isolated rat hearts was connected to Langendorff preparation and perfused as in our previous experiment After being perfused for 25 min, the isolated heart was subjected to 30 min no flow global ischemia followed by 40 min reperfusion The temperature of the isolated heart was maintained at 36℃ 37℃ during global ischemia In experiment group the isolated heart was perfused with propofol 6?g/ml in perfusate for 10 min before global ischemia The heart rate was paced at 348 beats/min The isovolumetric force velocity indexes and coronary flow were monitored continuously with MacLab instruments Results As compared with the isolated hearts in control group, propofol (6?g/ml) perfusion before ischemia significantly improved left and right ventricular diastolic function by decreasing ventricular end diastolic pressure, dp/dt min and T value At the same time, propofol protected left and right ventricular systolic function by elevating developed pressure, dP/dtmax and Vpm during reperfusion At the end of reperfusion, ventricular tissue superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity was significantly well preserved in the hearts pretreated with propofol Conclusions Propofol 6?g/ml perfusion before ischemia protects the isolated rat heart against ischemia reperfusion injury by improving diastolic and contracting function of right and left ventricles and intrinsic contractivity of myocardium Propofol increases coronary blood flow during reperfusion and increases SOD activity of myocardial tissue

Chinese Journal of Digestive Endoscopy 1996;0(04):-
Objective To discover the value of endoscopi c ultrasonography (EUS) in predicting the resectability of pancreatic carcinoma. Methods Thirty-eight consecutive patients were prospectively i nvestigated using EUS to determine the tumor resectability. Two specialists eval uated the EUS findings in each of the patients prospectively. All patients were explored and their resectability noted. In the meantime, we compared the accurac y of EUS diagnosis with that of CT, MRI and sonography respectively. Results Ten out of 38 cases with pancreatic carcinoma were cons idered to be resectable by EUS with a positive predictive value of 80 0% in com parison with surgical findings. EUS also had high correlation with surgical resu lts in assessing un-resectability of pancreatic carcinoma, the negative predic tive value is 96 4%. There was 1 false negative and 2 false-positive assessmen ts (sensitivity, 88 9% and specificity, 93 1%). The accuracy of EUS was the hi ghest. The diagnostic accuracy of EUS, CT, MRI and sonography were 97 4%, 94 6 %, 89 5% and 73 7% respectively. Conclusion It is an effective method to use endoscopic ultrason ography in predicting the resectability of pancreatic carcinoma before operation .
