1.Therapeutic Efficacy of Mosapride plus Flupentixol Melitracen for Functional Dyspepsia of Seamen
China Pharmacy 2005;0(17):-
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy of Flupentixol Melitracen for functional dyspepsia (FD) of seamen. METHODS: A total of 139 seamen with FD were enrolled,of whom,59 who had no abnormality in abnormal psychologic test were assigned to Group C,another 80 with abnormality in abnormal psychologic test were randomized to Group A or Group C. All the 3 groups received Mosapride, but Group A received additional Flupentixol Melitracen for 8 weeks. Before and after treatment, scores of gastrointestinal symptom rating scale (GSRS),self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depressive scale(SDS) were compared. RESULTS: The standard scores of SAS and SDS in FD seamen were higher than the domestic norms(P
2.Effects of Electromyography-triggered Neuromuscular Stimulation on Motor Function of Stroke Patients
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2012;18(1):71-73
Objective To study the effects of electromyography-triggered neuromuscular stimulation on upper extremity functional recovery of acute stroke patients. Methods 60 stroke patients who lost wrist extension even in the electromyography (EMG) within 4 weeks were randomly assigned to experimental group and control group. The experimental group received electromyography-triggered neuromuscular stimulation, and the control group received neuromuscular stimulation. They were assessed with EMG, Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA), Barthel index (BI) before and 4 weeks after treatment. Results The EMG, scores of FMA and BI improved in all the patients after treatment (P=0.000), and improved more in the experimental group (P<0.05). Conclusion Electromyography-triggered neuromuscular stimulation can improve the motor function of hemiplegia, even in the patients without change of EMG.

6.STUDY ON INDUCATION CONDITIONS FOR THE PROPAGULUM OF THE EPA AND AA-PRODUCING FUNGUS DIASPORANGIUM SP.
Microbiology 1992;0(06):-
It was investigated that the effect of various inducing mediums, times and temperatures on the number of the zoospores from Diasporangium sp.producing polyunsaturated fatty acid of Eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA) and Arachidonic acid(AA).The results showed that the zoospores were detected in various liquid mediums after 1 day,They were globose and about 23.9 ?m in diameter. And maximum number of spores was obtained 6 days after translocation of mycilium to carrot patches at 25℃.But the number of the zoospores was the most 8 days at the same condition. The highest germination rate of the fungus was obtained in the vegetative agar.
