Objective: To study the early postoperative nutritional support of the renal transplantation. Methods:The early intake and nutrition were analysed in 64 case who received the operation of renal transplantation. The patients were divided into group A (32 patients, high amount of nitrogen intake) and group B (32 patients, low amount of nitrogen intake) according to the different amount of actural nutritional intake during the period of postoperative three weeks. On the 21st day of post operation, the changes of the nitrogen balance, weight, albumin, hemoglobin, serum lipids and renal function were evaluated. Results:The nitrogen balance of group A was better than that of group B. But there was no significant difference in weight between the two groups. The level of serum albumin of group A was higher than that of group B. But there was no significant difference in hemoglobin level between the two groups. The level of Apro A of group A was higher than that of group B. The improvement of renal function of group A was less than that of group B. Conclusions:The result suggests that the amount of nitrogen intake in early stage of post operation of renal transplantation should be controlled so that the transplanted kidney could work better.

Objective To investigate the antitumor effect of flavopiridol in ovarian cancer. Methods After the treatment with flavopiridol of AO cells, cell apoptotic rate and cell cycle distribution were detected by flow eytometer and the terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated deoxyuridine triphosphate nick-end labelling(TUNEL).Real time PCR was used to detect the expression of cyclin D and active caspase-3 in AO cells.Subcutaneous tumor models and abdominally spread tumor models of human ovarian carcinoma using AO ceils in BALB/c nude mice were established. The mouse survival rates were measured for abdominally spread tumor models and the volume of tumor nodules was determined for subcutaneous tumor models following the treatments of flavopiridol.TUNEL was used to detect cell apoptosis, and immunohistochemistry was used to measure microvessel density(MVD)in tumor tissues. Results AO cells showed apoptotic rates of 4.1%,10.7% and 7.6% following the treatments with flavopiridol at 150,300 and 500 nmol/L respectively, accompanied by an increase in G_1 progression and a decrease in S phase progression. The level of active caspase-3 increased(2.55 vs 2.49)and the level of cyclin D expression decreased significantly(0.25 vs 0.69,P
4. Clinical and prognostic analysis of bone metastases of non-small-cell lung cancer
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;30(9):1043-1047
Objective: To study the clinical features and prognostic factors of bone metastases of non-small-cell lung cancer. Methods: The clinical data of 174 patients with bone metastases of non-small-cell lung cancer, who were treated in our hospital during April 1999 to June 2006, were retrospectively analyzed. Kaplan-Meier analysis was used to estimate the 1- and 2-year survival rates of patients. Log-rank test was used to screen the factors influencing the survival of patients and Cox regression was used to further confirm the independent factors. Results, The predilection sites of bone metastases of non-small-cell lung cancer were chest (38.1%), spine (32.8%), pelvis (16.3%), extremities (8.7%), and skull (4.1%), with the ribs (30.7%), lumber vertebrae (17.3%), and thoracic vertebra (13.1%) ranking the top three. The median survival time of the 174 patients was 10.73 months; Kaplan-Meier analysis showed that the 1- and 2-year survival rates were 47.1% and 17.8%, respectively. It was also showed that the PS Score, bone pain, asymptomatic bone metastases, solitary bone metastasis, serum AKP, LDH, and CEA were associated with the prognosis of patients (P<0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that PS score, solitary bone metastasis and single bone metastasis were the independent factors of prognosis. Conclusion: The predilection sites of bone metastasis of non-small-cell lung cancer include chest part (ribs), spine (lumber/thoracic vertebrae), pelvis (ilium), etc. PS score, asymptomatic bone metastases, and solitary bone metastasis have great influence on the prognoses of patients.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2011;46(12):1501-6
The paper reports the establishment of a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) for simultaneous analysis of 11 opiates in hair samples, and the study of presence of opiates in the hair of active heroin addicts. About 20 mg of decontaminated and pulverized hair sample was hydrolyzed with buffer solution for 30 min, in the presence of morphine-d3 and acetylmorphine-d6 used as internal standards, and then extracted with the mixture of dichlormethane and isopropanol, separated by the Allure PFP propyl column with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and 20 mmol L(-1) ammonium acetate buffer, and then analyzed by LC-MS/MS. Multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode was used to analyze 11 opiates. Eleven opiates showed a fairly good linearity over the corresponding range (r > 0.996 0). The detection limits were less than 0.05 ng mg(-1). The recoveries were between 47.2% and 110%, and the deviations of intra- and inter-day precision were less than 14%. Heroin, acetylmorphine, morphine, codeine, acetylcodeine and hydrocodone were detected in hair samples of 21 herion addicts. The developed method shows high sensitivity and selectivity, and is suitable for the simultaneous analysis of 11 opiates in hair samples and identify legal and illegal use of opiates.
