1.Effectiveness of aerobic exercise on quality of life in breast cancer survivors:a meta-analysis
Chinese Journal of Nursing 2017;52(3):300-306
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of aerobic exercise on quality of life in breast cancer survivors. Methods Electronic databases were searched.Randomized controlled trials in which aerobic exercise was compared with controls regarding quality of life in breast cancer survivors were included. Results We analyzed 12 RCT studies.Aerobic exercise significantly improved quality of life in breast cancer survivors.Seven studies which used FACT-B scale concluded that aerobic exercise could significantly improve psychological emotion,social/family function and breast-related function. The aerobic exercise aiming at breast cancer survivors who had already finished all the therapies except endocrine therapy of breast cancer, mainly comprised of short-period intervention programs (within 24 weeks),and was advised to be executed under professionals' supervision to ensure safety. Conclusion Aerobic exercise could effectively improve quality of life in breast cancer survivors, especially in aspects of psychological emotion,social/family function and breast-related function.

Chinese Journal of Sports Medicine 2001;20(1):48-49
In this paper,we reported the results of 36 cases with lumbar disc prolapse through conservative treatment in order to observe the relationship between the effect of conservative treatment and the results of CT scan.We found that the effectiveness of treatment was related to the size and location of the disc protrusion as well as the course of disease. The results suggested that these factors should be considered fully during selecting the methods of conservative treatment or operation in lumbar disc prolapse.

Journal of International Oncology 2013;(2):114-117
Resveratrol, which is produced by natural plants, has various biological activities, including anti-inflammatory,antioxidant and anticancer properties.Recently,it is found that resveratrol can inhibit the proliferation and promote the apoptosis of breast cancer through multiple molecular targets, which provides a theoretical basis for resveratrol used in the treatment of breast cancer.

Chinese Herbal Medicines 2010;2(1):65-67
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Ganoderma resinaceum. Methods Chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column, Sephadex LH-20, and ODS column chromatography. The structures were identified by means of physicochemical and spectral data. Results From the CHCl3 part of the fruiting bodies of this material, eight compounds were isolated. Their structures were determined to be ergosterol (1), β-sitosterol (2), ganoderic acid E (3), ganoderic acid G (4), ganoderic acid C2 (5), ganoderic acid B (6), ganoderic acid A (7), and lucidenic acid A (8). Conclusion All the compounds were obtained from this fungus for the first time.

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2015;24(7):400-404
This article introduces the genes related to pathogenesis and prognosis of myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN) and the current situation of MPN domestic and overseas, which have been reported in the 56th ASH annual meeting. It is emphasized on essential evaluation of the risk score using IPSET in ET,Tefferi in PV and DIPSS-plus in PMF separately. It has assessed advancements in allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, phlebotomy, cytoreductive therapy and drug therapy. The article pays more attention to aspirin,anagrelide,JAK2 targeted agent ruxolitinib and thalidomide which is domestically used in the treatment of PMF.

Journal of Interventional Radiology 1994;0(02):-
Objective To determine the changes of high-sensitive serum C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in patients with typical chest pain and normal coronary arteriography. Methods One hundred and twenty three patients were included. CRP was determined using a standard technique, and all patients underwent ECG exercise testing. Results Plasma level of hs-CRP was significantly increased in patients with typical chest pain, coronary arteriography negative and exercise test positive. Conclusion Inflammation may play a role in the mechanism of chest pain for patients with normal coronary angiography.
7.Recombinant Baculoviruses as Mammalian Cell Gene-delivery Vectors:a Review
China Biotechnology 2006;0(01):-
The baculovirus expression system has been used extensively for the expression of recombinant proteins in insect cells.Recently, recombinant baculoviruses containing mammalian cell-active promoter element have been used to transduce a broad spectrum of primary and established mammalian cells, including non-hepatic cells.Recombinant baculoviruses have been used successfully for transient or stable gene delivery in mammalian cells in vitro, while the efficiency of delivering gene in vivo is inhibited obviously by complements, but efforts have been made to overcome the problems, for instance,VSV-G-pseudotyped baculoviruses display complement resistance. The mechanism of the transduction is still not clearly understood, though many researches have been done. The baculovirus is able to replicate only in insect cells, but it is incapable of initiating replication cycle in mammalian cells, which guarantees high biosafety of this gene delivery system. In addition, this system is easily manipulated and able to carry large inserts. These attributes will undoubtedly lead to the increased application and continued development of this system for highly effective gene delivery into mammalian cells.
8.The Latest Guideline for Neonatal Jaundice Produced by American Academic of Pediatrics
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(14):-
Jaundice can occur in most neonates. Most jaundice is benign, but beacuse of the potential toxicity of bilirubin, newborn infants with severe hyperbilirubinemia can develop acute bilirubin encephalopathy or kernicterus. In October 2004,American(academic) of pediatrics produced the latest guideline for newborn jaundice aim to reduce the incidence of acute bilirubin encephalopathy or kernicterus and avoid unnecessary costs or treatment. The latest guideline emphasizes the important of successful breastfeeding, time of jaundice developed, assessment for the risk of severe hyperbilirubinemia, close follow-up,and prompt intervention when indicated, provide a framework for the prevention and management of hyperbilirubinemia in newborn infants of 35 or more weeks of gestation. Some new view in the latest guideline may be helpful to us.
