2.The construction and practice of task-based language teaching
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2005;0(06):-
Task-based language teaching is one of the most widely adopted teaching approaches. When applying task-based language teaching, college English teachers should stick to the people-oriented principle, pay attention to the practical need of their students and reasonably design different tasks so as to achieve an ideal construction of task-based language teaching model.
3.Treatment of cholecystic duct stones:a report of 158 cases
Zuohui CHEN ; Ping LUO ;
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1993;0(01):-
Objective To study the therapeutic methods of cholecystic duct stones. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 158 cases of cholecystic duct stones treated in the recent 6 years was made. Results 97 of the 158 cases of cholecystic duct stones were removed by open surgical operation and 61 cases by laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).In 49 of the 61 cases treated with LC,the cholecystic duct stones were removed together with removal of the gallbladder, and 12 by duodenoscopy after LC. Conclusions One should strive to extract the cholecystic duct stones while removing the gallbladder. If the stones or stone fragments escape into the common bile duct, they could be removed through a choledochotomy at the time of the open operation ,or by postoparative duodenoscopy in cases undergoing LC. The latter method of treatment is associated with minor trauma, quick recovery and definite therapeutic results.
4.A curative efficacy study of functional training focusing on muscle group around shoulder for subacromial impingement syndrome
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Medicine 2017;32(5):543-547
Objective:To study the curative efficacy of functional training focusing on muscle group around shoulder for subacromial impingement syndrome.Method:Forty five patients with subacromial impingement syndrome (SIS) were randomly grouped into three groups (fifteen patients for each group).Patients in Group Ⅰ were trained only on muscles around scapula.Patients in Group Ⅱ were treated on rotator cuff muscles. While patients in Group Ⅲ were treated on both. The training goes every 2 days and last for 4 weeks. The indexes for evaluating curative efficacy included:the Neer-test,the Hawkins-test and the Peen Shoulder Score. These indexes were measured immediately and three months after the four week treatment.Result:After treatment of the functional training focusing on muscle group around shoulder,Neer-tests and Hawkins-tests of all of patients were changed from positive to negative, the degree of pain compared with pain before the treatment declined apparently(P<0.01),at the same time, the degree of satisfaction and the function went up remarkablely(P<0.01).Compared with group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ,it dropped the most notably on the degree of pain in the group Ⅲ(P<0.01),however,the degree of satisfaction and the function rose most apparently (P<0.01) Conclusion:The curative efficacy of functional training focusing on muscle group around shoulder for sub-acromial impingement syndrome was effective apparently. But the efficacy of treated focusing on both muscles around scapula and rotator cuff was the most remarkably.
5.Unscrambling and Thinking on the Global Minimum Essential Requirements in Medical Education
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(04):-
Institute for International Medical Education(IIME)established the Global Minimum Essential Requirements(GMER)in Medical Education in 2001.This article is to unscramble the connotation of GMER,reveal the transformation of the medical model and gives some thoughts on how to let GMER become the standard and carried out in our country so as to benefit the current reform of medical education.

7.Joyful potency and teacher strategy in artistic esthetic education
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(04):-
In artistic esthetic education process, the joyful potency can be realized through empathy function, purification function, sublimation function and other intuition function. Cultivating students’ esthetic skill, guiding their esthetic appeal, exercising their esthetic volition, establishing artistic esthetic education environment and encourages students to set up the lofty esthetic ideal are the teacher’s important strategy.
8.Effect of Acyclovir on the Neurological Function and Cytokines of Children with Viral Meningitis
China Pharmacy 2015;(18):2491-2492
OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of acyclovir on neurological function and cytokines of children with viral menin-gitis. METHODS:Totally 70 children with viral meningitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group. All children were given routine treatment, including defervescence, reducing intracranial pressure and regulating water and electrolyte balance, etc. Based on it,the control group was treated by Ribavirin glucose injection 15 mg/kg,iv,bid;observation group was treated by Acyclovir glucose injection 5 mg/kg,iv,tid. The course for both was 7 d. The clinical data was compared, including the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF),matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and serum,insu-lin-like growth factor-Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ) and insulin like growth factor binding protein-3(IGFBP-3) in CSF before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions. There were no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment. RESULTS:After treatment, the VEGF and MMP-9 in serum and the VEGF,MMP-9,IGF-Ⅱ and IGFBP-3 in CSF in 2 groups were significantly lower than before, and observation group was lower than control group, with significant differences(P<0.05). There was no adverse reactions in 2 groups during the treatment. CONCLUSIONS:Compared with ribavirin, acyclovir can more obviously improve the neurological function and cytokines of children with viral meningitis, with similar safety.

Journal of Jilin University(Medicine Edition) 2006;0(06):-
Objective To study the effects of recombinant human erythropoietin(r-HuEPO) on RBC immunity in chronic renal failure(CRF) patients. Methods Forty-five CRF patients were divided into two groups : 20 patients without r-HuEPO(control group) and 25 patients with r-HuEPO more than one month(experimental group). The RBC-C_(3b)RR and RBC-ICRR in two groups were counted under microscope and the correlations between HB or CRE and RBC-C_(3b)RR were calculated. Results The concentrationd of Hb,RBC-C_(3b)RR in experimental group were much higher than those in control group(P
