1.Changes of Plasma Vasopressin Content in Some Physiological States in Men
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(03):-
The changes of arginine vasopressin (AVP) levels in plasma in some physiological states in healthy men were studied by RIA. Mean plasma AVP concentration in 30 normal adults after 12 h of overnight water deprivation was 10.6?2.5 pg/ml, and decreased from 11.85?6.0 to 1.8?1.6 pg/ml 1 h after an oral water load (20 ml/kg) administered in 16 dehydrated normal subjects (P

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2005;0(05):-
Peking Union Medical College is the earliest college to launch the clinical medicine specialty of 8-year program. The achievements that our college obtains are obvious to all.The education item of admission for 7-year switching to 8-year in the clinical medicine specialty was started to put in practice in 1995 and has been carried out for 12 years. The item has accelerated the flourish of science, facilitated the diversification of students' source and knowledge configuration and brought out a large quantity of high level medical persons with high quality The successful fulfillment of the education item of admission for 7-year switching to 8-year in the clinical medicine specialty has enriched our experiences of running college and explored a new mode of training high level medical persons for adopting to the situation of our country.
3.The enrollment and education of day school student at PUMC nursing school
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2009;29(11):1228-1229
In order to meet the needs of increased requirement of nurse especially in the region with limited resources for education and training, PUMC Nursing School initiated a program of Day School Student since 2002. This paper reviews the enrollment, education and training of these students and to share our experience with other schools in China in terms of strategy development and program implementation.
4.A study on improving the quality of life of patients undergoing coronary interventional therapy by applying the health belief model
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2008;24(34):9-11
Objective To hy out a course of nursing intervention programmes for patients undergoing coronary intenrentional therapy on the basis of the health belief model(HBM),and estimate its clinical effectbv measuring the change ofquality of life(QOL).Methods 64 patients were randomly selected and divided into 2 groups, the experimental group was treated with the nursing intervetnion on the basis of the HBM,and the control group was treated with routine nursing measures. The quality of life wes compared between the two groups after intervention. Results The total score of QOL,the restricted ability of activity, the therapy satis-faction and the subiective feelings of patients to disease of the two groups had significant difference after inter- vention,P<0.01,but no difference in angina stabilization and occurrence was seen,P>0.05. Conclusions Nursing programmes on the basis of the HBM make the QOL of patients to improve evidently.
5.Clinical comparison of different blood collection methods in routine blood test results
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(22):3448-3450
Objective To compare clinical value of peripheral blood collection and venous blood collection methods in blood tests. Methods 467 patients who received blood test were selected. The venous blood and peripher-al blood were collected, the indicators of blood test were detected, and the test results were analyzed. Results The white blood cell count (WBC),red blood cell count (RBC),platelet count (PLT),red blood cell hematocrit (HCT),hemoglobin (HB)of venous blood were (5.7 ±1.2)×109 /L,(3.72 ±0.48)×109 /L,(218.0 ±57.5)× 109 /L,(41.8 ±19.8)g/L,(115.7 ±13.8)g/L respectively, those of peripheral blood were (6.7 ±3.4)×109 /L, (3.62 ±0.72)×109 /L,(204.0 ±87.7)×109 /L,(32.7 ±20.7)g/L,(103.6 ±19.6),the differences were statis-tically significant (t =5.994,2.497,2.885,6.865,10.908,all P <0.05).The mean red cell hemoglobin concentra-tion (MCHC),mean red cell volume (MCV),mean erythrocyte hemoglobin (MCH)and other indexes had no signifi-cant differences(all P >0.05).Conclusion The test results in patients with venous and peripheral blood was quite different, venous blood test results obtained with greater value in clinical use,it is recommended that routine blood test used venous blood.
6.Advances in research of tumor infiltrating dentritic cells
China Oncology 2001;0(02):-
As antigen-presenting cells, DCs are the most potent and unique, they can stimulate the primitive T cells. They play a major role in initiating the immune response. Tumor infiltrating dendritic cells (TIDCs) can reflect the antitumor immune capability of the host. The density of TIDC perhaps is associated with the prognosis in some cancers. The disablement of TIDCS is partly due to the phenotype they have. Perhaps it is the immunosuppressive factors secreted by tumor cells that have changed their phenotype. The studies about TIDCs provide the basis for DC-mediated antitumor immune therapy, and suggest the use of DC to treat tumors through different approaches.
7.Advances in arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(2):158-161
Arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy(ARVC) is a cardiac muscle disease characterized by peculiar right ventricular involvement that precipitates ventricular arrhythmias and sudden death.ARVC is a major cause of sudden death in the young and athletes. It is familial origin in 50% to 70% of cases, which follows an autosomal in heritance pattern. The pathology consists of a genetically determined dystrophy of the right ventricular myocardium with fibrofatty replacement.Clinical diagnosis can be achieved by demonstrating functional and structural alterations of the right ventricle, depolarization and repolarization abnormalities, arrhythmias with the left bundle branch block and fibro-fatty replacement through endomyocardial biopsy.Clinical research has indicated that successful treatment of ARVC is based on lifestyle modifications, prophylactic therapy(antiarrhythmic drugs, catheter ablation and implantable cardioverter defibrillator)to prevent sudden death.
8.Approaches to construct the faculty's professionalism in medical schools
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(03):-
Professional development of faculty is an essential component of strategy for medical schools to construct teaching team.Development of education is dependent upon the professional quality of teaching staff.Starting from connotation of faculty's professionalism, this paper compared present status of composition of teaching staff in China with that in foreign countries, explored the potential approaches for medical schools to strengthen the construction and sustainable development of teaching staff.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the circumstance of hospital-acquired infection in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI),analyse the correlation factors of hospital-acquired infection and guide the clinical treatment in AMI patients. Methods To retrospectively analyse the relation between the incidence rate of hospital-acquired infection and the factors such as sex, age, heart function, position of mycardiac infarction, complication, virulence operation, the use of antibiotics in 254 patients with AMI.Results The factors of advanced age, cardia insufficiency, anterior wall and multitude walls mycardiac infarction, delay visit, chronicity pulmonary disease, diabetes mellitus, virulence operation could increase the incidence rate of hospital-acquired infection(P
