2.Enterostomy and associated problems.
Chinese Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery 2012;15(4):317-319
Stoma has been used in colorectal surgery for various indications. Stoma type and stoma location are associated with stoma complications and quality of life with a stoma. The question regarding how to avoid stoma complication and improve quality of life should be considered when stoma creation is planned. The benefit of stoma should be balanced with complications brought about by stoma creation.

3.Cuff technique for cardiac xenotransplantation
Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 1997;18(4):212-213
The mouse heart was transplanted into the neck of rat using the cuff technique deseribed by Heron with a little modification. The graft accending aorta to the host common carotiel artery and the graft pulmonary artery to the host exteral jugular vein were performed.22 times of formal transplantation were done with the successful rate being 86%.The mean survival time was 2.10±0.80 days. The method is easy, quick and reliable. The superficial cervical localigation of the transplant is easily observed. This is a good model to observe the hyperacute rejection(HAR),to induce the translantation tolerance, and to screen the new immunosuppressive agents.
5.Improvement of the survival rate and life quality of patients with local recurrence of rectal cancer
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2011;10(6):423-426
Despite progress in the understanding of perirectal anatomy and subsequent adoption of total mesorectal excision, local recurrence after curative resection for rectal cancer continues to be a significant concern.Local recurrence of rectal cancer is associated with a wide spectrum of clinical symptoms and morbidities, and decreased quality of life. The management of locally recurrent rectal cancer is challenging because of the altered pelvic anatomy, postoperative adhesion and difficulty in obtaining a definite diagnosis before surgery.Surgery is the mainstay treatment for locally recurrent rectal cancer, and the use of radiation and chemotherapeutic agents provides significant improvement in survival rate and quality of life.
6.Strategies and techniques for surgical treatment of inflammatory bowel disease
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2014;13(8):591-595
Surgical treatment is an important method for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) when it is complicated with other intestinal diseases or medical treatment fails. The appropriate timing of surgery can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and is the key factor for the success of treatment.Excessive emphasis on medication and blindly extending the course of medication in case of invalidation will make patients lose the best opportunity of surgery.Surgeons should master different surgical techniques of acute and selective surgeries for IBD.Multi-disciplinary treatment mode is recommended.Adjustment of the preoperative medication, improvement of the nutritional status and the overall condition of the patients are necessary when surgery is unavoidable.
7.Treatment of 36 Cases of Infantile Enuresis by Acupuncture
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2003;1(6):28-
Treated 36 cases of infantile enuresis by acupuncturing Zuyunganqu (Foot Motor Sensory Area),Guanyuan (CV 4), Qihai (CV 6), Zhongwan (CV 12),Zusanli (ST 36), Yinlingquan (SP 9), Pishu (BL 20),Weishu (BL 21) and Shenshu (BL 23). After two courses,29 cases were cured, 5 cases were improvement and 2cases were no effect.

Objective To induce islet grafting tolerance by intravenous injection of anti-CD4,anti-CD8 immunotoxins and donor soluble antigen. Methods 14 days or 7 days prior to transplantation, the immunotoxon 200 μg respectively, and donor soluble antigen 500 μg were injected intravenously into the recipients, then 500 donor islets were translanted under the left renal subcapsular space of diabetes reciPients (SD rats). Results The islet grafting survival time that pretreated with immunotoxon and dono soluble antigen was over 60 days(P<0.01).The immunotoxins or donor soluble antigen treatment alone only slightly prolonged the graft survival. Conclusion The anti-CD4,anti-CD8 immunotoxins combined with donor soluble antigen can induce donor specific immune tolerance.

Objective To generally analyze the current situations and advancement of the study on immunotherapy for colorectal cancer. Methods The pertinent published papers about the current situation and research advancement of the immunotherapy of colorectal cancer were retrospectively investigated. And also the immunogenicity and the varying principles of immunoresistance, the functional targets, the practicality, and some other characteristics of different immunotherapy for colorectal cancer were reviewed. Results The main treatments and the research focuses in the immunotherapy of colorectal cancer are initiative nonspecific immunotherapy, adoptive immunotherapy, monoclonal antibody immunotherapy, initiative specific immunotherapy, and targeted therapy. They work by fighting against the cancer itself, cutting off the tumor’s nutrition supply, activating the immune system specifically or breaking the immune tolerance and so on. Though there are still many problems unsolved, immunotherapy has a promising clinical prospect. Conclusion As a beneficial complement for surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, immunotherapy plays an important auxiliary role in the combined therapy for colorectal cancer.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2001;0(01):-
Objectives:To investigate the characteristics of clinical changes during maintenance therapy of chronic periodontitis.Methods:22 patients with chronic periodontitis were enrolled in a 9-month maintenance care program after non-surgical periodontal therapy.Oral hygiene instructions together with supra-and sub-gingival scaling and root planing were carried out every 3 months.Clinical parameters including probing pocket depth(PPD),probing attachment level(PAL),and bleeding on probing(BOP) were recorded at baseline and each re-examination point. Results:The mean PPD decreased by 0.44 mm,PAL increased by 0.38 mm and BOP point number decreased by 18.94%.The recoveries were mainly observed during the first 3 months.Sites with ≥4 mm pocket at baseline exhibited a greater percentage of pocket deepening than those with initial shallow pocket. The incidence of the sites with PPD deeping of posterior teeth increased more than that of anterior teeth(P
