1.Mirror syndrome or preeclampsia?
Chinese Journal of Perinatal Medicine 2008;11(2):82-85
Objective To study the relationship among hydrops fetalis(over 28 gestational weeks),Mirror syndrome and preeclampsia(PE). Methods Clinical data of 13 cases of hydrops fetalis were analyzed and relative publications were reviewed. Results Eight out of the 13 cases were diagnosed as PE,and 5 were Mirror syndrome.Serious maternal complications occurred in all cases with either Mirror syndrome or PE. ConclusionsFetaland placental hydrops was closely related with maternal symptoms.Clinicians should be aware of this condition and detect Mirror syndrome in time so as to prevent its progress to PE.However, the pathogenic mechanism remains to be fully elucidated.More attention should be paid to both mothers and the hydrops fetalis.
2.Cyclooxygenase-2 and the treatment of cholangiocarcinoma
International Journal of Surgery 2009;36(1):48-51
Cyclooxygenase (COX) is a crucial enzyme in the biosynthesis of prostaglandins. There are two COX isoforrns:COX-1 and COX-2.Recently it is demonstrated that there is a close relationship of COX-2 with the occurrence, development and metabasis of tumor; COX-2 inhibitor is hoping to be a new target in tumor therapy. The article overviews many progresses of COX-2 about its expression, modulation and mecha-nism of carcinogenesis in cholangiocarcinoma in order to explore the prospect of the COX-2 inhibitors in cholangioearcinoma treatment.

5.Clinical study of navelbine plus paclitaxel for patients with advanced breast cancer
China Oncology 1998;0(01):-
Background and purpose:The mechanism of vinorelbine is inhibition of microtubule protein assembly and inducetion of the disaggreation of microtubles;where as docetaxed promotes the assembly of microtuble protein and inhibits normal physiological disaggreation of tubulin. We studied the curative effect and toxicity of combination of chemotherapy with navelbine(NVB) plus paclitaxel in the treatment of advanced breast cancer.Methods:Forty-two pathologically and cytologically proved cases of advanced breast cancer were treated with intravenous infusion of navelbine 25mg/m~2 on d1 and d8,paclitaxel 175mg/m~2 by 3-hour continuous infusion on d1.Interval between each cycle was 21 days and the clinical response and the toxicity were assessed after 2~4 cycles. Results:The overall response rate(RR) for the whole group of patients was 66.7% with 16.7% complete response(CR).In the first time chemotherapy patients, the RR was 72.2% with 27.2% CR;while in those with prior chemotherapy,an RR as high as 62.5% with 8.3% CR was also obtained. The 2-and 4-year survival rates was 40.5% and 21.4%,the median remission period was 8 months, the median overall survival duration was 18 months. The major side effects include leukopenia, hairloss, milieu phlebitis. Conclusions:The combination chemotherapy with navelbine and paclitaxel in treatment of advanced breast cancer is effective and the side effects could be tolerated.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2012;18(6):591-592
Objective To analyze electrophysiology of peripheral nerve in uremic patients. Methods 24 uremic patients and 19 normalvolunteers were included, surface electrodes were used to observe the electrophysiology performance, including tibial nerve, peroneal nerve, sural nerve and skin sympathetic response. Results The motor conduction, sensory conduction and skin sympathetic response were significantlydifferent between uremia patients and normal volunteers (P<0.05). The electrophysiology performance showed that F wave latencyprolonged, nerve conduction slowed, distal latencies prolonged, sensory fibers damaged more serious than motor fibers. Conclusion Peripheralneuropathy is one of the most common complications in uremia patients, neural electrophysiological abnormalities are significantly earlierthan clinical symptoms, nerve electrophysiological examination is of great significance in diagnosis and evaluation uremic peripheralneuropathy.
7.Effect of hyperbaric oxygen on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(1):70-70
ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods100 patients treated with HBO were taken as treatment group, and other 50 patients without HBO as control group. Their effectual rate were compared.ResultsThe total effectual rate of treatment group was 61%,and that of control group was 42%(χ2=4.86,P<0.05).ConclusionHBO can improve the recovery of nervous disorder after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.

Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2017;26(2):23-27
Health literacy is the key factor that influences the public to understand health information and to make effective decision for their health and nursing. Papers on the association between health literacy and infectious dis-eases were thus retrieved from Medical Literature Database, PubMed and Nursing Database from 1999 to 2016 and the influence of health literacy on infectious diseases was analyzed, which showed that there were papers that repor-ted the knowledge and use of antibiotics, immunization for influenza and measles, sexual behavior-transmitted dis-ease and virus hepatitis with tuberculosis, malaria, hand sanitization and infectious diarrhea seldom involved, and that health literacy was associated with preventive measures.
10.Regional Diastolic Dysfunction of Ventricles in Hypertension Patients
Chinese Journal of Hypertension 2006;0(12):-
LAVP2. Multiple linear regression revealed duration of hypertension, grade of hypertension, age and smoking status were independent determinants for the deterioration of diastolic dysfunction. Conclusion A progressing change in regional diastolic dysfunction from right to left ventricle was found in HT patients. The grade of hypertension and the duration of HT were the major determinants on diastolic dysfunction.
