Chemoprevention is the use of natural or synthetic substances to prevent、suppress or to reverse the development of colorectal cancer.Aspirin and cox-2 inhibitor are the most effective preventive agents.However,the gastrointestinal and cardiovascular adverse effects limit the application.Recurrent adenomas can be markedly reduced by a combination of difluoromethylornithine and sulinclac and with few side effects.5-aminosalicylate and ursodeoxycholic acid have become the focus of inflammatory bowel disease.The double roles of folate need further study.Statins and EGFR inhibitors have some effects,which are in early clinical studies.The article reviews the new progress of chemoprevention of colorectal cancer.

Objective To analyze the effect of serum creatinine, blood urea and renal function with angiography low permeability of non-ionic contrast agent in elderly patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease,and provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods 100 elderly patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease in hospital from April 2011 to May 2016 were selected,patient were given cerebrovascular, renal arteriography.The changes of serum creatinine and urea were detected at different time before and after 3 days, and the changes of renal function were detected.Results In 100 cases, 12 cases of contrast induced nephropathy, the incidence rate was 12%.Contrast nephropathy in patients with diabetes mellitus group proportion, renal insufficiency, the proportion of severe renal artery stenosis was significantly higher than the proportion of non contrast nephropathy group (P<0.05).Contrast nephropathy group contrast 1 days and contrast 2 days blood urea, serum creatinine and creatinine clearance rate were significantly increased (P<0.05), contrast to 6 days gradually returned to normal, no obvious change of non contrast nephropathy in patients with renal function index.Diabetes mellitus (OR=6.973), severe renal artery stenosis (OR=4.286) and renal insufficiency (OR=7.680) are the risk factors of contrast induced nephropathy (P<0.05).Conclusion Vascular elderly patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease using non-ionic contrast medium hypotonic angiography safer, diabetes, renal patients need to continue to pay attention to changes in renal function.

Objective To investigate the etiological factors and measures for prevention and treatment of iatrogenic ureteral and bladder injury during obstetric and gynecologic operations.Methods Iatrogenic ureteral and bladder injury happened in 31 patients,who underwent traditional gynecologic operation from June 1996 to May 2006 at the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College.The etiological factors and treatment for iatrogenic ureteral and bladder injury were analyzed retrospectively.Results The median age of the patients was 44 years(ranged from 27 to 61years).2 cases of iatrogenic ureteral injury and 3 cases of iatrogenic bladder injury occurred in hysterectomy.3 cases of iatrogenic ureteral injury and 2 cases of iatrogenic bladder injure occurred in subtotal hysterectomy for precancerous lesion.5 cases of iatrogenic ureteral injury and 7 cases of iatrogenic bladder injury occurred in radical hysterectomy.One case of iatrogenic ureteral injury and 8 cases of iatrogenic bladder injury occurred in cesarean section.Intraoperative ureteral injury in 7 patients was repaired by end-to-end anastomosis,and intraoperative bladder injury in 15 patients were repaired during operation.In 4 patients the ureteral injury was found after operation,including 2 cases of ureterovaginal fistula,and the injury was repaired after resection of fistulas.Bladder injury was found in 5 cases after operation,and the injuries were repaired by closure of fistulas of bladder 3 months later.All cases recovered with no relapse during the follow-up period of 5 months to 10 years.Conclusions Iatrogenic injury occurs during gynecological surgery should be prevented first.Early discovery and effective treatments can achieve good therapeutic effects.

Objective To investigate the immune privilege of cotransplanted parathyroid cells induced by testicular Sertoli cells expressing Fas ligand (FasL).Methods Different testicular Sertoli cells and allogeneic parathyroid cells were cotransplanted respectively. Allografts survival,cells component and the apoptosis of infiltrative lymphocytes in vitro were analyzed.Results The parathyroid cells transplanted alone were all rejected with the mean survival time of ( 17.22 ? 3.63 ) days. When parathyroid cells were cotransplanted with testicular Sertoli cells,survival time of allografts was prolonged. OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effectiveness and security of Yishen huashi granules in the adjuvant treatment of chronic nephritis systematically,and to provide evidenced-based reference. METHODS:Retrieved from CBM,CJFD,Wanfang database,VIP,Medline,PubMed,EMBase and Cochrane library,randomized controlled trials(RCTs)about Yishen huashi gran-ules in the treatment of chronic nephritis were collected and related magazines were retrieved by hand. After selection and data ex-traction by 2 researchers independently,the quality of included literature was evaluated according to Jadad rating scale,and Me-ta-analysis was conducted by using Rev Man 5.3.5 software. RESULTS:A total of 8 RCTs were included,involving 1028 patients. Total response rate of trial group [RR=1.33,95%CI(1.24,1.42),P<0.001] was significantly higher than that of control group. 24 h urine protein quantity [MD=-0.32,95%CI(-0.40,-0.24),P<0.001],serum creatinine [MD=-22.38,95%CI(-23.37,-21.39),P<0.001],blood urea nitrogen [MD=-1.45,95%CI(-2.05,-0.84),P<0.001] were significantly lower than control group,with statistical significance. CONCLUSIONS:Based on routine treatment,Yishen huashi granules have good therapeutic ef-ficacy for chronic nephritis,can reduce 24 h urine protein and improve renal function.

Bile acids (BAs) are a major component of bile salt, which plays a vital role in the metabolism of lipids in humans. Ninety-five percent of bile acids are recycled by the enterohepatic circulation (EHC), and therefore EHC is essential for bile acid homeostasis. There are four transporters that mediate the transmembrane transport of bile acids, each of which plays an important role in the enterohepatic circulation. Gene defects in bile acid transporters can lead to disorders of the enterohepatic circulation, ultimately leading to clinical phenotypes such as metabolic diseases and even death. Bile transporter expression is altered in patients with various metabolic disease states, suggesting that disruption of bile acid transporters may be a pivotal pathological mechanism for the development of metabolism diseases. Thus, many drugs targeting bile acid transporters are being developed. We provide a concise overview of the progress of bile acid transporters research, discuss the relationship between different bile acid transporters and disease development, and summarize the current progress in drug development targeting bile acid transporters.

The study is aimed to provide the theoretical basis for exploiting and utilization of salt-alkaline soil and cultivating Belamcanda chinensis. In this study, we exerted exogenous substances SNP, Spd to relieve the damage of the mixing salt-alkaline stress on B. chinensis seedling which is NaCl, Na2SO4, NaHCO3 and Na2CO3 four kinds of salt molar ratio of 9: 1: 9: 1, salt concentration of 100 mmol x L(-1). The result illustrated that high pH stress is a major factor caused the salt-alkaline stress, the interaction between time and the concentration of each, treatment was observed, what is more, there are synergies between the salt and alkali stress. The content of B. chinensis seedling leaves' membrane peroxidation index (MDA, O2-*) and metabolites (soluble protein, soluble sugars, organic acids) are showing an upward trend in varying degrees under 100 mmol x L(-1) salt-alkaline stress. It is effective to reduce the content of MDA and O2-*. and improve the levels of metabolites, in which the SNP (0.05 mmol x L(-1)) and Spd (0.5 mmol x L(-1)) to alleviate damage effects is the best. Therefore we can hold the conclusion that SNP and Spd can effectively mitigate the damage of B. chinensis seedling on salt-alkaline stress, improve the resistance ability of B. chinensis seedling which can provide the scientific basis for the utilization of salt-alkaline soil, and the cultivation of B. chinensis.
