Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(42):-
After Achilles tendon (AT) rupture operation, traditional gypsum immobilization must lead to AT in a condition of a tension-free or even "disuse"-negative balance healing system, which may inhibit the key opportunity of AT healing process to induce "active" mechanical signals stimulation, and AT "passively or intermittently" accepts the mechanical stimulation even applying the ultrasound, vibration and other mechanical stimulation to AT in the course of treatment. If using the method of active movement after operation,it can accelerate the AT healing, maintain function and promote re-construction of the AT,thereby help to restore the biomechanical properties of AT. Using proteomics techniques can reveal the mechanical signal transduction mechanisms of kinesiatrics promoting the AT healing in the high-throughput molecular level.

4.Radiotherapy in the treatment of uterine sarcomas
Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology 2001;36(3):159-161
Objective To study radiotherapy in the treatment of uterine sarcomas and response to radiation in primary or recurrent uterine sarcomas. Methods A total of 102 uterine sarcomas treated in the Cancer Hospital from May 1960 to June 1999. A retrospective review of 45 patients receiving surgery alone, 29 patients for postoperative radiotherapy, 4 radiotherapy alone, 24 recurrent sarcomas receiving radiotherapy. Results The 5-year overall survival for 45 patients treated with surgery alone and 29 patients managed by postoperative radiotherapy were 56.7% and 58.6% respectively (P>0.05). The addition of radiotherapy significantly reduced the local recurrence rate from 42.2% to 20.7% (P<0.05). The tumor was disappeared completely by treatment of radiotherapy alone in 3 patients of primary uterine cervix sarcomas. 1 patient was free of disease at 36 months. Other 2 patients died 9 and 11 months later because of distant metastases. The complete and partial response rate of radiotherapy was 50.0% for recurrent tumors. The radiotherapetic sensibility of endometrial stromal sarcomas, mixed mesodermal sarcomas and leiomyosarcomas was downward tendency in turn.Couclusions The postoperation adjuvant radiotherapy reduced the pelvic recurrent significantly. Radiotherapy should be used in the treatment of uterine sarcomas as an important part of combination therapy.

Journal of Environment and Health 1993;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the environmental factors affecting neonatal neurobehavioral development and its sensitivities. Methods Neonatal behavioral neurological assessment (NBNA)and lead levels in umbilical cord blood and meconium were determined for103randomly selected neonates delivered at the section of Obstetrics and Gynecology,First Metallurgical Construction Company Hospital, from January to October1999,and the other relevant factors were investigated by questionnaire at the same time. The NBNB total score was described as a dependent variable and24relevant factors such as umbilical cord blood lead and meconium lead level, etc,as independent variables.Logistic regression analysis was used to ana-lyze the associated factors at P=0.10level.Results The factors selected in the Logistic regression model included:gestational age, month of taking medicine in gestational period, hemoglobin concentration, pregnant womans psychology, meconium lead level and taking medicine during gestational period. Conclusion Neonatal neurobehavioral development could be affected by many factors.Good nutrition, longer gestational age and maintaining good psychological status during pregnancy might be benefi-cial to neonatal neurobehavioral development. However, taking medicine during the gestational period and a high meconium lead level could be harmful to neonatal neurobehavioral development.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2016;29(10):1079-1082
Objective The incidence of breast cancer in China obviously keeps rising in recent years. The optical tomo?graphy image ultrasonography system ( OPTIMUS) is gradually applied in clinic as a new imaging diagnostic technique, but few system?atic studies are reported on its application to the diagnosis of breast tumors. The aim of this study was to assess the value of OPTIMUS in differentiating benign and malignant breast masses by measuring the maximum hemoglobin concentration ( MHC) in the lesions using OPTIMUS with the help of the results of controlled pathological study. Methods This prospective study included 380 cases of breast tumor ( 210 benign and 170 malignant ) treated from April 2009 to April 2014. We measured the MHC using OPTIMUS, detected the expressions of VEGF and PECAM?1/CD31 by immunohistochemistry, calculated the optimal threshold valve of MHC in predicting breast malignancy with the ROC curve, and analyzed the correlation of the MHC value with benign and malignant lesions, lymph node metasta?sis, and the expressions of VEGF and PECAM?1/CD31. Results The mean MHC was significantly higher in the malignant than in the benign lesions ([215.33±69.31] vs [116.50±55.31] μmol/L, P<0.01). The area under the ROC curve (AUC) was 0.836 (95%CI 0.684-0.989). The optimal threshold valve in the diagnosis of malignant breast lesions was 135.00 μmol/L, with a sensitivity of 84.7% and a specificity of 89%. When the tumor was≤2 cm, the MHC was significantly higher in the patients with lymph node metas?tasis than in those without ([207.73±66.43] vs [184.36±62.13] μmol/L, P<0.05). However, the MHC was markedly lower in the benign masses with VEGF and PECAM?1/CD31 negative than in the malignant lesions with VEGF and PECAM?1/CD31 positive ([116.50±55.31] vs [205.73±72.46] μmol/L, P<0.05) and strongly positive ([244.21±63.56] μmol/L, P<0.05). Strongly posi?tive expressions of VEGF and PECAM?1/CD31 were positively correlated with MHC ( P<0.05) . Conclusion Measurement of MHC by OPTIMUS contributes to the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions and has a potential value for preoperative assessment of the prognosis of breast cancer.
