A study the quantitative measurement of DNA content in 3 normal lacrimal glands, 18 pleo-morphie adcnomas and 21 lacrimal gland carcinomas was carried out by flow eytometry. The results showed that pleomorphie adenomas still had the characteristics of DNA content of the normal diploid lacrimal gland cells. The significant increase of DNA index (DI) in pleomorphie adenomas might mean malignant transformation. Objective To investigate the changes of the anion gap(AG)in the premature suffered from hyperbilirubinemia,to provide the basis for treatment.Methods The serum electrolyte,the renal function and the liver function in 94 premature babies suffered from hyperbilirubinemia were tested,and then calculated the value of AG,while the arterial blood gas analyses were done in 36 cases.Results 44 cases had high AG(46.81％),44 cases had normal AG(46.81％)and 6 cases had low AG(6.38％).The increase of AG was directly proportional to the concentration of Na+in blood,while was inversely proportion to the concentration of HCO3-.There was no close relationship between the AG and BUN,Scr in the serum.Conclusion The incidence rate of metabolic acidosis poisoning was high in premature suffered from hyperbilirubinemia with high AG,so the routine test of blood electrolyte,renal function and arterial blood gas should be done.Calculate the value of AG to guide the treatment,and to avoid correcting the acid by the alkali blindly.

Objective To analyse the change of the blood serum electrolyte in asphyxial neonates.Methods To test the concentration of blood serum K~+、Na~+、Cl~-、Ca~(2+) in enzyme linked immunosorbhent assay.In 343 cases,there were 297 cases of slight asphyxial neonates and 46 eases of serious neonates.In control group,there were 41 cases.Results The concentration of blood serum K~+、C~l-、Ca~(2+) in asphyxial neonates were significamly less than control group(all P<0.01) and the concentration after birth 24h～48h were significantly less than within 24h(all P<0.01).The incidence of hyponatremia,hypochloremia and hypocalcemia after birth 24h～48h were significantly hisher than within 24h(all P<0.01),There were no significant differences in the concentration of blood serum K~+、Na~+、Cl~-、Ca~(2+) between the slight asphyxial group and the serious asphyxial group(P>0.05).Conclusions The concentration of blood serum K~+、Na~+、Cl~-、Ca~(2+) in asphyxial neonates gradually reduced after birth 48h and tbe incidence of electrolyte disturbance gradually increased.The change of blood electrolyte should be dynamically routinely monitored.

Objective To study the pharmacodynamics features of cisatracurium besylate in differ-ent age patients. Methods One hundred and eighty patients were randomized to group Ⅰ (50-60 years old),group Ⅱ (61-70 years old)and group Ⅲ (above 70 years old).Each group was subdivided according to the dose of cisatracurium besylate, 0.10 mg/kg (2ED95)or 0.15 mg/kg (3ED95) into group Ⅰ2, Ⅰ3, Ⅱ2, Ⅱ3,Ⅲ2, Ⅲ3(n = 30).ECG, SpO2, PETCO2, HR and neuromuscular blockade were monitored. Intubation conditions were assessed when T1 was zero after cisatracurium besylate administer ration using a 4-part scale.The onset time, TOF no reaction time, duration time, recovery lime and hemodynamic response time were recorded. Re-sults The onset times of group Ⅰ3, Ⅱ3 and Ⅲ3 were significantly shorter than those of group Ⅰ2, Ⅱ2 and Ⅲ2 (P < 0.05).The percentages of patients with excellent intubation condition in group Ⅰ3, Ⅱ3 and Ⅲ3 were 93%, 90%, and 80%, which were markedly higher than those in group Ⅰ2, Ⅱ2 and Ⅲ2 (67%, 60%, 60%). TOF no reaction time and duration time were longer in group Ⅰ3, Ⅱ3 and Ⅲ3 than those in group Ⅰ2, Ⅱ2 and Ⅲ2. There was no significant difference in muscle chalasis among the six groups. Conclusions Cisatracuri-um besylate 0.15 mg/kg produces quicker onset time and acceptable intubation conditions in the different age patients than 0.10 mg/kg. Recovery time is independent on the dosage and age. Aging has no influence on the phannacodynamics of single injection of cisatracurium besylate.

Objective To hy out a course of nursing intervention programmes for patients undergoing coronary intenrentional therapy on the basis of the health belief model(HBM),and estimate its clinical effectbv measuring the change ofquality of life(QOL).Methods 64 patients were randomly selected and divided into 2 groups,the experimental group was treated with the nursing intervetnion on the basis of the HBM,and the control group was treated with routine nursing measures.The quality of life wes compared between the two groups after intervention.Results The total score of QOL,the restricted ability of activity,the therapy satis-faction and the subiective feelings of patients to disease of the two groups had significant difference after inter- vention,P<0.01,but no difference in angina stabilization and occurrence was seen,P>0.05. Conclusions Nursing programmes on the basis of the HBM make the QOL of patients to improve evidently.

ObjectiveTo understand the effect of student standardized patient-case teaching in orthopedic surgery.Methods A total of 120 clinical medicine students were selected,and they were randomly assigned to be research group ( n=60 ) and control group ( n=60 ),as students standardized patient,10 clinical medicine students and postgraduate students of orthopedic surgery were selected,and standardized patient-case teaching was applied to the students in research group while traditional case teaching was applied to students in control group.After teaching,the teaching effect and survey the feedback information about teaching form students were evaluated.ResultsTotal mark of effect evaluation of 2 groups is 83.50 + 6.55 and 71.11 ± 6.57,and both operational score and knowledge study achievements of research group were better than control group (P＜0.01),over 80％ research group students effect evaluation being positive.ConclusionStudent standardized patient-case teaching is helpful to improving students' study in orthopedic surgery and the teaching effect is remarkable.
