A study the quantitative measurement of DNA content in 3 normal lacrimal glands, 18 pleo-morphie adcnomas and 21 lacrimal gland carcinomas was carried out by flow eytometry. The results showed that pleomorphie adenomas still had the characteristics of DNA content of the normal diploid lacrimal gland cells. The significant increase of DNA index (DI) in pleomorphie adenomas might mean malignant transformation. Objective Perioperative fluid therapy has always been the most basic and important measure to maintain the stability of patients'cyclic system.Colloid and crystalloid,as common perioperative fluid,play different roles in clinical application due to the different molecular sizes.In the recent years,besides their contribution to maintain the stability of cyclic system,scientists have begun to pay attention to the effect on coagulation,especially their comparison.This paper mainly discusses the study status of the influence on coagulation produced by different liquids.

Nrf2/Keap1/ARE is an important signaling pathway in maintaining the balance between peroxide and antioxidants. Once oxidative stress happened, Nrf2/Keap1/ARE would be ac-tivated to regulate the expression of downstream antioxidant pro-teins that could reduce the injury from oxidative stress and the level of oxidative stress. Recent researches show that Nrf2/Keap1/ARE signaling pathway is closely related to refractory re-spiratory diseases such as pulmonary fibrosis (PF), lung canc-er, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), suggesting that Nrf2/Keap1/ARE signaling pathway may be a potential ther-apeutic target. This review focuses on the role of Nrf2/Keap1/ARE signaling pathway in refractory respiratory diseases in order to further understand the related mechanism and provide evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of refractory respiratory diseases.

Small cell lung cancer ( SCLC ) is one common type of lung cancer in China. No remarkable progress has been made in systemic therapy for SCLC since the 90’ s. However, there are some advances in radiotherapy ( RT) for SCLC, which make it possible to improve treatment outcomes of SCLC. Those advances are mainly made in thoracic RT and prophylactic cranial irradiation for extensive?stage SCLC, radiation dose and technology of thoracic RT for limited?stage SCLC, and significance of prophylactic cranial irradiation for early?stage SCLC. The paper reviews the research advances in the East and West to provide some help and references for readers.

Objective To study the pharmacodynamics features of cisatracurium besylate in differ-ent age patients. Methods One hundred and eighty patients were randomized to group Ⅰ (50-60 years old),group Ⅱ (61-70 years old)and group Ⅲ (above 70 years old).Each group was subdivided according to the dose of cisatracurium besylate, 0.10 mg/kg (2ED95)or 0.15 mg/kg (3ED95) into group Ⅰ2, Ⅰ3, Ⅱ2, Ⅱ3,Ⅲ2, Ⅲ3(n = 30).ECG, SpO2, PETCO2, HR and neuromuscular blockade were monitored. Intubation conditions were assessed when T1 was zero after cisatracurium besylate administer ration using a 4-part scale.The onset time, TOF no reaction time, duration time, recovery lime and hemodynamic response time were recorded. Re-sults The onset times of group Ⅰ3, Ⅱ3 and Ⅲ3 were significantly shorter than those of group Ⅰ2, Ⅱ2 and Ⅲ2 (P < 0.05).The percentages of patients with excellent intubation condition in group Ⅰ3, Ⅱ3 and Ⅲ3 were 93%, 90%, and 80%, which were markedly higher than those in group Ⅰ2, Ⅱ2 and Ⅲ2 (67%, 60%, 60%). TOF no reaction time and duration time were longer in group Ⅰ3, Ⅱ3 and Ⅲ3 than those in group Ⅰ2, Ⅱ2 and Ⅲ2. There was no significant difference in muscle chalasis among the six groups. Conclusions Cisatracuri-um besylate 0.15 mg/kg produces quicker onset time and acceptable intubation conditions in the different age patients than 0.10 mg/kg. Recovery time is independent on the dosage and age. Aging has no influence on the phannacodynamics of single injection of cisatracurium besylate.
