Aims: The capacity of some soil microorganisms to solubilize in soil is an important activity exhibited by plant growth
promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) to increase plant performance. This study aimed at isolation and selection of phosphate
solubilizing bacteria from saline soil and in vitro evaluation of their plant growth promoting traits.
Methodology and results: Phosphate solubilizing bacteria isolated from wheat rhizosphere, of saline soil in western
region of Algeria were tested for their plant growth promoting traits such us indole acetic acid (IAA), hydrogen cyanide
(HCN), siderophore and ammonia production and their ability to fix nitrogen. Among 104 bacterial isolates, 41 were
selected for their phosphate solubilizing activity using tricalcium phosphate (TCP) as a sole phosphorus source. IAA
production was shown by almost all the bacterial isolates. Twelve isolates were recorded positive for HCN production,
32 produced siderophore and 31 were able to fix nitrogen. The most dominant phosphate solubilizing bacteria found
were identified as Pseudomonas followed by Aeromomas hydrophila Bacillus sp. and Burkholderia cepacia.
Conclusion: Phosphate solubilizing bacteria that were isolated from saline soil showed a high potential in to producing
growth promoting traits and can be used as inoculants to increase the phosphorus uptake by plants.

Two-dimensional black phosphorus (BP) has unique layered structure, excellent photothermal properties, good biocompatibility and high biodegradability. In recent years, it has been found that BP has stable drug loading and light controlled sustained-release drug functions, excellent antibacterial properties and the ability to promote vascular and nerve regeneration in the medicine field, which has a broad application prospect in dentistry. This review elaborates the biological properties of two-dimensional BP and its application progress in dentistry, so as to provide new ideas for the further research and application of two-dimensional BP.

8.The Study of the Serum Electrolytes in the Normal Person.
Korean Circulation Journal 1977;7(1):9-13
We studied the serum electrolytes in the 727 normal persons who visited Busan University hosptial, Benedict Hospital and Maryknoll Hospital from 1970 to 1976. The results were as follows: 1. Mean value of the serum Na+ being measured in 729 normal persons was 138.7+/-6.2mEq/L and 140+/-6.5mEq/L in 450 male, while 136.8+/-6.6mEq/L in 279 female. 2. Mean value of serum Cl- being measured in 701 persons was 99.6+/-5.9mEq/L, and 99.7+/-6.0mEq/L in 437 male while 100+/-5.7mEq/L in 264 female. 3. Mean value of serum K+ being measured in 707 normal persons was 4.4+/-0.9mEq/L in 434 male, while 4.2+/-0.8mEq/L in 273 female. 4. Mean value of serum Ca+ being measured in 557 normal persons was 4.5+/-0.6mEq/L and 4.7+/-0.7mEq/l in 355 male, while 4.3+/-0.5mEq/L in 202 female. 5. Mean value of serum phosphorus being measured in 94 normol persons was 4.2+/-0.6mg%, and 4.1+/-1.0mg% in 65 male, while 4.5+/-1.5mg% in 29 female.

Excessive application of chemical fertilizer has caused many problems in Angelica dahurica var. formosana planting, such as yield decline and quality degradation. In order to promote the green cultivation mode of A. dahurica var. formosana and explore rhizosphere fungus resources, the rhizosphere fungi with nitrogen fixation, phosphorus solubilization, potassium solubilization, iron-producing carrier, and IAA-producing properties were isolated and screened in the rhizosphere of A. dahurica var. formosana from the genuine and non-genuine areas, respectively. The strains were identified comprehensively in light of the morphological characteristics and ITS rDNA sequences, and the growth-promoting effect of the screened strains was verified by pot experiment. The results showed that 37 strains of growth-promoting fungi were isolated and screened from the rhizosphere of A. dahurica var. formosana, mostly belonging to Fusarium. The cultured rhizosphere growth-promoting fungi of A. dahurica var. formosana were more abundant and diverse in the genuine producing areas than in the non-genuine producing areas. Among all strains, Aspergillus niger ZJ-17 had the strongest growth promotion potential. Under the condition of no fertilization outdoors, ZJ-17 inoculation significantly promoted the growth, yield, and accumulation of effective components of A. dahurica var. formosana planted in the soil of genuine and non-genuine producing areas, with yield increases of 73.59% and 37.84%, respectively. To a certain extent, it alleviated the restriction without additional fertilization on the growth of A. dahurica var. formosana. Therefore, A. niger ZJ-17 has great application prospects in increasing yield and quality of A. dahurica var. formosana and reducing fertilizer application and can be actually applied in promoting the growth of A. dahurica var. formosana and producing biofertilizer.
