1.Choice of pharmaceutical services in Tien Son district
Journal of Medical and Pharmaceutical Information 1998;(1):24-27
According to the results of an investigation on 270 households in May 1999 carried out in Tien Son district, Bac Ninh province, 56 (20.79%) purchasing households came to commune health centre, 195 (72.22%) came to private clinic, 8 (2.96%) came to public pharmacy and 11 (4.03%) came to private pharmacy. Quality of the drug, easiness to access, reasonable price, good counseling... are the favorable factors to promote the purchaser's choice

2.Synthesis, structure and biological effects of some compounds of 2-mecaptobenzothiazole
Pharmaceutical Journal 1998;272(12):14-16
Nine compounds derivated from 2-mercaptobezothiazole were synthesized. Their structure have been identified by MS-, IR-, and UV- spectroscopy. Antimicrobial activities of some compounds have been tested. Hydrazide BT6 and substituted hydrazides BT7, BT8, BT9 were found to have significant inhibitory activity on P. aeruginosa, S. aureus, Asp. niger and F. oxysporum at concentration 50mcg/ml.

Chinese Journal of Biotechnology 2021;37(7):2425-2434
Realtime xCELLigence analysis (RTCA) is a new cell detection technology to continuously monitor, record and analyze a variety of information generated by cell activity. In drug research, it plays an important role in assessing myocardial toxicity and cell biological activity. Here, we first introduce the underlying mechanisms and characteristics of RTCA. Then we review the applications of RTCA in the research of myocardial toxicity and cell biological activity, to provides the fundamental baseline for understanding and exploiting RTCA. With the real-time, unlabeled, non-invasive, high throughput, and high accuracy features, RTCA not only promotes drug research and development, but also has a broad and good application prospect in other fields.

5.Investigation on security of colloidal bismuth subcitrate compound - Bimix capsules
Pharmaceutical Journal 1999;282(10):14-16
The acute toxicity of Bimix (CBS) has been tested on mice at the dose of 1.25g/kg once time daily. This dose was equivalent to dose of 73 times the daily therapeutic dose on body weight. No toxic effects were seen. Acute toxicity appeared to be virtually nil. The semi-acute has also tested on mice at the dose 0.125g/kg once daily for 45 days. No accumulated toxicity was observed. No lesion or damage were apparent in the liver and kidneys. The results of experiment showed that CBS could be used for a long time with a little change on haematology and biochemical indices

6.Preliminary study on pharmacognosy of Coptosapelta tomentosa var. dongnaiense
Pharmaceutical Journal 1998;272(12):8-11
Coptosapelta tomentosa (Blume) Vahl. ex Heyne var. dongnaiense (Pit.) Phamh. Rubiaceae, found in the rain forest areas of the central part of Vietnam, has been used in folk medicine for treatment of rheumatism or washing wounds to prevent infection. There has been no report on the pharmacognostical characteristics and pharmacological activities of this plant, up to now. In this report, morphological, and microscopic characteristics, determination of ash and extractable matter were examined; qualitative and quantitative analysis of chemical constituents of this plant were investigated. Saponins, triterpenes, coumarins were found as the main components of all roots, stems and leaves. Anthraquinones and flavonoids, however, were only found in the roots. The amounts of total saponins and anthraquinones in stems and roots were also estimated

7.Designing and optimizing the formulation of tablet of malumix by the artificial intellect system (CAD/CHEM 4.6)
Pharmaceutical Journal 1999;282(10):16-19
Malumix, an antiacid uncoated tablet, contains Magaldrate as the biological active agent. Its optimal formula was established by using the artificial intelligent software CAD/CHEM 4.6, based on the experimental data of nine designed formulae. The experimental properties of the above dosage form were almost the same in comparison with its predicted ones.

8.Some opinions about private pharmaceutical practice
Pharmaceutical Journal 1999;370(8):5-8
Since Government have been defined the economy of Vietnam is commodity economy with multicomponent under management of Government. The pharmaceutical Branch have been had a firm advance that responded the requisition about drug in task of protection and care of people's health. The attainment such results is to have the great contribution of private pharmaceutical practice system. We hope that the pharmaceutical will have soon a summation about this problem to infer strengths and weaknesses, and valuable lessons, helping the private pharmaceutical practice more and more completely

Pharmaceutical Journal 2004;336(3):14-17
Artesunat at doses of 50 mg/kg the first day and 25 mg/kg per day for four following days had no effect to the birth progress of P, F1 and F2. Concretely: No coffuse birth: ratio of conjugation, conception, early died feotus and late died feotus among P, F1 and F2 were similar, and were not higher than control group. No innate defects in born mice from P, F1 and F2. Quantity and weight of mice were in normal, and were not different with the control group

10.Study on application of spreading cellules to investigate on skin absorption possibility of drug from TTS - nitroglycerin
Pharmaceutical Journal 2005;0(5):23-25
The researchers built targets and way to handle skin and built quantitative method notroglucerin by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and quantitative method total nitroglucerin content in sticking-plaster Discotrin 36mg with area of 13,3cm2. The study was carried out in 6 samples and average with RSD = 0,47%, from there find out exactly nitroglycerin level on 1cm2 to evaluate permeation of nitroglycerin through skin in different temperatures ( 41oC, 37oC, 25oC). The result showed that the higher temperature, the more Nitroglycerin is permeated. The permeation of nitroglycerin through skin is defferent in each animal
