Objective To observe the curative effects of bezafibrate combined medroxyprogesterone acetate in the treatment of AML .Methods 40 cases of AML patients were collected and devided into experimental group (bezafibrate combined medroxypro-gesterone acetate ,6 cases) ,control group (chemotherapy ,28 cases) and non-treatment group (6 cases) ,then through a prospective analysis we studied the curative effects and related results of bezafibrate combined medroxyprogesterone acetate in the treatment of AML .Results The median survival time of the experiment group (accepted bezafibrate combined medroxyprogesterone acetate ) was 15 weeks ;the median survival time of the control group (accepted chemotherapy ) was 24 weeks ;the median survival time of the giving up group(accepted any therapy ) was 8 weeks .Conclusion Bezafibrate combined medroxyprogesterone acetate could prolong the survival time of AML patients and there were no obvious adverse reactions .

Objective:To study effects of neuroligin (NLG) on the proliferation and apoptosis in human neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells.Methods:The SH-SY5Y cells were cultured in vitro for 24 hours,and then transfected with NLG siRNA at dose of 50,100,200 μmol/L,respectively.MTT procedure was used to detect the cell proliferation,and expression levels of apoptosis gene including Bax or Bcl-2 and Bcl-xl were measured by RT-PCR.Results:Compared to control groups proliferation of SH-SY5Y cells were distinctly inhibited after NLG siRNA transfection accompany with a dose-dependent,which was caused by activation of apoptosis.Conclusions:NLG protect neuron by inhibiting apoptosis.

Objective To investigate whether the Serum Ig is help to choose the optimal treatment in patients with immune thrombocytopenia(ITP) .Methods 128 ITP patients were collected for 3 years .All of ITP patients were treated with the step-style protocol including glucocorticoid(CsA)lombied IVIG ,Ciclosporin A and TPO receptor agonist lombied rituximab .The treatment re-sponse were evaluated according the comparison between the two groups namely ≤IgG ,IGM ,IgA median and > median groups . Results There was no relationship between the bleeding and IgA 、IgM、IgG level .Low IgM level was associated with first line treatment resistance and showed the response to CsA and TPO receptor agonist lombied rituximab .High IgA level was associated with the resistance of first line and CsA treatment ,but showed no response to TPO receptor agonist lombied rituximab .Conclusion Serum Ig level is helpful for the choice of optimal treatment strategies in adult IT P patients .

Objective To investigate the relationship of HSP27 expression with treatment response ,remission rate ,prognosis in multiple myeloma(MM) patients .Methods Eighty‐six patients with MM first diagnosis and 27 relapse cases were collected re‐spectively .Control was defined as non‐hematological malignance .The MM patients divided into first diagnosis ,relapse conventional chemotherapy group and bortezomib group .HSP27 expression and protein level were measured on pre‐and post 1 ,2 and 3 treatment circles .Results The tendency of HSP expression and protein level:relapse‐MM patients> first‐diagnosis MM patients> control . HSP27 expression and level in Ⅲ phase was higher than those in Ⅱ phase for first‐diagnosis MM patients .Bortizomib‐containing chemotherapy protocol showed more effectively decrease on HSP27 than chemotherapy treatment only .At post‐1 treatment circle , HSP27<1 showed higher survival rate than HSP27>1 and delayed the relapse time .Conclusion BMMNC‐HSP27 expression and protein level is associated with staging ,treatment response and prognosis in MM patients .

Objective: To observe the temperature changes of skin on patients with cold and dampness syndrome by using the non-contact infrared human body thermometer and infrared thermal imager to treat the patients with cold and dampness syndrome by Jin-Bohua national famous Chinese medicine practitioners using the "Mountain Burning Manipulation by Jin-Shi" method to clarify the clinical thermal effects of the "Heat-producing Needling" method. Methods: This study included sixty patients with cold and dampness syndrome who met the enrollment conditionsfrom November 2015 to October 2017. In a room with fixed temperature, the patients were treated by "Heat-producing Needling" method. By using a non-contact infrared human body thermometer and infrared thermal imaging technology, this study observed the skin temperature changes in Quchi and Hegu, Zusanli and Chongyang before needling, immediately afterneedling, 15 minutes after needling, and 30 minutes after needling. Results: After the "Mountain Burning Manipulation by Jin-Shi" treatment, the temperature of local skin surface at acupoints of upper and lower limbs increased with different degrees and the skin temperature reached the highest level when the needle was kept for 15 minutes. The upper limbs' result indicated that skin temperature increased with significant differences in acupuncture of Quchi point for immediately, 15 minutes and 30 minutes as compared with that before acupuncture. It was found that the skin temperature at Hegu point for 15 minutes have a significant increase than before and immediately after acupuncture. The skin temperature of Hegu point lasted 30 minutes, which was significantly higher than before and immediately after acupuncture. Compared with Hegu point, Quchi point has higher skin temperature immediately after acupuncture (t=3.793, P=0.034). The lower limbss' results indicated that skin temperature at Zusanli point increased with significant differences in Zusanli point for immediately needling, 15 minutes and 30 minutes as compared respectively with that beforeneedling. It was found that the skin temperature at Chongyang point for 15 minutes had a significant increase than before and immediately after acupuncture. The skin temperature at Chongyang point for 15 mins had a significant increase than before and immediately afterneedling. The skin temperature of Zusanli point was higher than that of Chongyang point (t=3.794, P=0.034) immediately afterneedling. Conclusions This study demonstrates that the "Mountain Burning Manipulation by Jin-Shi" method has a clear clinical thermal effect on both local and peripheral longitude of patients with cold dampness syndrome.
