Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2015;24(1):98-101
Multiple risk factors lead to occurrence of cardiovascular diseases in common.Besides confirmed tradition-al risk factors, such as diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, smoking and hypertension etc.,some new risk factors have been found in recent years. The confirmed risk factors need further research, while the new risk factors need en-hanced study.
2.Mechanism of radiofrequency ablation in treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma
Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2017;33(2):359-363
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a malignant tumor with high incidence and mortality rates around the world.Radiofrequency ablation (RFA) is an effective therapy for HCC,especially in patients who experience recurrence after surgery for liver cancer, who are complicated by liver dysfunction and unable to undergo surgical resection, and who have multiple liver tumors and undergo palliative treatment.RFA can significantly improve patients' survival time and quality of life. This article reviews the mechanism of RFA in the treatment of HCC from the aspects of direct and indirect injuries and helps to further understand the role of RFA in local and systemic treatment of HCC,which has a potential value for multidisciplinary treatment of HCC in future.

Preliminary screening test and interfering test were used to study the bacterial endotoxin test (BET) for Shengmai Injection (SI). The results showed that there is no interference when the SI is diluted by 10 times and limulus reagent with a sensibility of 0.25EU/mL is used for BET.
4.Progress of biological characteristics and clinical signifiance of common heart failure markers
Clinical Medicine of China 2017;33(6):539-543
Heart failure is a serious and terminal stage of various cardiovascular diseases,is one of the most important heart diseases, and it also the most common reason for hospitalization. In recent years, studies on new markers in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of heart failure have made great progress, such as B-type brain natriuretic peptide can partially reflect hemodynamic imbalance, troponin can indicate cardiomyocyte injury, soluble ST2 and galectin-3 indicate myocardium remodeling and fibrosis,C-reactive protein, cystatin C and procalcitonin, and copeptin have significant prognostic value for outcomes, microRNA in the regulation of gene expression influence heart failure.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(03):-
Excitotoxicity refers to a process of neuronal death caused by excessive or prolonged activation of receptors for the excitatory amino acids, which is related to the overload of intracellular calcium ([Ca2+]i) and mitochondrial depolarization. The well accepted hypothesis that Ca2+ plays a central role in neurotoxicity, and it mediated excitotoxicity is deeply involved in both acute and chronic neurodegeneration suggests that inhibitors of Ca2+ transduction, such as NMDA antagonists, might block the pathological process at an early stage and provide more effective protections.

International Eye Science 2016;16(10):1852-1854
With the increasing perfection and improvement of microsurgery technique in modern ophthalmology, especially the popularization of micro-incision cataract extraction and the rise of femtosecond-laser-assisted cataract extraction, the cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation is gradually transformed from vision rehabilitation surgery into refractive surgery and people also pursue better postoperative visual experiences. However, the preoperative and postoperative corneal astigmatism is always the main factor affecting the postoperative visual effect. ln recent years, the development of design and materials of the intraocular lens ( lOL) provided necessary basic conditions for clinical application of the Toric lOL. The Toric lOL is primarily characterized by effective correction of cataract patients′postoperative corneal astigmatism, which results in the enhancement of patients′postoperative visual function. ln this paper, the design, classification and clinical application of Toric lOL were analyzed, and current problems and prospect were discussed.

Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2017;26(3):242-245
Objective: To explore assessment value of heart rate variability (HRV) of Holter for cardiac autonomic nervous function in patients with acute stroke. Methods: A total of 80 cases with acute stroke treated in our hospital were regarded as stroke group, and another 80 inpatients without cardio-and cerebrovascular diseases were enrolled as control group simultaneously.Holter was used to perform 24h ambulatory heart rate monitoring on two groups, and the results were compared between two groups. Results: Compared with control group, there were significant reductions in standard deviation of normal to normal RR intervals calculated over the 24 h period [SDNN, (129.89±5.42) ms vs.(92.58±4.36) ms], standard deviation of normal to normal RR intervals in all 5 min segments of the entire recording [SDANN, (118.85±5.79) ms vs.(77.36±4.82) ms], root-mean square of differences between successive normal to normal intervals [rMSSD, (27.04±1.18) ms vs.(7.31±1.09) ms] and adjacent normal RR interval difference >50ms stroke accounted for a percentage of 24h total RR interval [PNN50, (8.97±1.48)% vs.(2.62±0.54)%] in stroke group, P<0.01 all;in stroke patients, there were no significant difference in above indexes between cerebral infarction patients and cerebral hemorrhage patients, P>0.05 all. Conclusion: HRV indexes possess significant assessment value for cardiac autonomic nervous function in patients with acute stroke. They can predict patient′s status changes, and help to prevent and identify severe cerebrovascular disease in time.

BACKGROUND: Pathological changes of form and structure are induced in some tissues during repairing albuginea penis trauma, while structure and component of collagen fiber will be correspondingly changed necessarily.OBJECTIVE: To find a convenient, shortcut, and sensitive method to observe the dynamic change of type and distribution of collagen fiber during albuginea penis healing. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: A contrast study was performed at the Laboratory of Tissue Engineering, Guiyang Medical College between June 2005 and October 2007. MATERIALS: Fifteen male New Zealand rabbits were used in this study. METHODS: All rabbits underwent an excision of albuginea sizing 5 mm×5 mm at dorsal penis to establish models of albuginea penis trauma, and then the excision was sutured in situ. Thereafter, albuginea penis was obtained from five rabbits once after 2, 6, and 12 weeks. The samples were treated with picric-sirius red staining and observed under polarizing microscope. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Dynamic changes of area of collagen fiber during albuginea penis healing.RESULTS: There were significant differences in content of the same collagen fiber at different time points (P<0.05). At 2 weeks post-trauma, both type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ collagen fibers were observed, and the ratio was equal, but the arrangement was confused and disorder. At 6 weeks post-trauma, red and yellow type Ⅰ collagen fiber was apparently increased, but type Ⅲ collagen fiber was decreased, and the arrangement was still disorder. At 12 weeks post-trauma, thick, bright red and yellow type Ⅰ collagen fiber was rapidly increased, but thin and green type Ⅲ collagen fiber was rapidly decreased.CONCLUSION: Picric-sirius red polarized light method can not only differentiate types of collagen fiber, but also clearly display the distribution, form and proportion of type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ collagen fiber, characterizing by simple, convenient, specific, and highly sensitive.
