Objective To study the relationship between serum lactadherin (MFG-E8),sialic acid (SA) level and coronary heart disease (CHD) occurrence and development.Methods 166 patients in our hospital were selected from June 2014 to November 2015,and then according to the result of coronary angiography divide the subjects into control group (n=56,the result of coronary angiography completely normal) and CHD group,including stable angina 48 cases (StA subgroup),unstable angina 30 cases (UA subgroup) and acute myocardial infarction 32 cases (AMI subgroup).The serum level of MFG-E8 was detected by ELISA method,the serum level of SA,hs-CRP and lipid index were detected by biochemical analysis.Gensini score showed the severity of coronary stenosis.The correlation analysis between detecting parameters was carried out by Spearman method.Results Compared with the control group,the patients with CHD have a higher level of serum SA and a lower level of MFG-E8 (both P<0.05).The AMI subgroup has a lower level of serum MFG-E8 than StA and UA subgroups,and the AMI subgroup has a higher level of serum SA than StA and UA subgroups (all P<0.05).The correlation analysis showed that the serum SA has a positively correlation with the level of TG,hs-CRP,and Gensini score,and has a negatively correlated with the level of MFG-E8 (all P<0.05).The MFG-E8 has a negatively correlated with the level of TG,hs-CRP,and Gensini score (all P<0.05).Conclusion MFG-E8 and SA play an important role in the development of CHD,and combined detection of serum MFG-E8 and SA may be helpful in the clinical diagnosis and risk assessment of patients with CHD.

Objective To evaluate the safety and effect of extraperitoneal laparoscopic radical prostatectomy for high-risk prostate cancer. Methods From January 2012 to August 2015, 49 patients diagnosed high-risk prostate cancer underwent extraperitoneal laparoscopic radical prostatectomy with 'sandwich' urethra reconstruction. Results None converted to open surgery and the mean operative time was (2.15 ±0.29) h, mean intraoperative blood loss was (60.25 ± 20.29) ml. No rectal injury was observed. The patients were ambulant 1 to 2 days postoperatively. Pelvic lymph nodes metastasis was found in 5 cases. Positive margin was found in 13 cases. Mild urinary incontinence oc-curred in 3 cases. Urethral stenosis occurred in 2 cases. Biochemical relapses occurred on 5 cases during the follow-ing period of 1~43 months for 46 cases. Conclusions Extraperitoneal laparoscopic radical prostatectomy is safe and effective in treatment of high-risk prostate cancer. The very key is to master the anatomy of prostate and laparoscop-ic techniques.

Objective To analyze the diagnosis of variant acute myocardial infarction.Methods Clinical datas were retrospectively analyzed in 27 cases with variant acute myocardial infarction.Results 27 patients were diagnosed with myodial infarction by ECG and myocardial enzymea.Conclusion Variant acute myocardial infarction is often misdiagnosed as acute abdomen,cerebral aarterial infarction the disease of neck.but its clinical manifestation especially ECG and myocardial enzymes are changeable,and it needs full analysis,early diagnosis and therapy.

Objective To investigate the expression of human telomerase reverse transcriptase(hTRT) in meningiomas,the correlation with malignancy grade and the prognostic significance of hTRT activity.Methods The expression of hTRT and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in 43 meningiomas was examined by immunohistochemical technique.Postive rates of hTRT between histopathologically different grades were analyzed,and so did between initial detected case group and recurrent case group.The labelling indexes of PCNA between hTRT-positive group and hTRT-negative group were also analysed.Results Of 43 meningiomas examined,19(44%) demonstrated the expression of hTRT.hTRT was present in 3 of 26 benign meningiomas(11 5%),10 of 11 atypical meningiomas(90%) and 6 of 6 malignant meningiomas(100%),respectively(P

Objective To explore the effect of Periplaneta americana reversing multiple drug resistance (MDR) of hepatocellular carcinoma in vitro. Methods Drug resistance of Hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2/ADM was established by Adriamycin ( ADM ) increasing concentration gradient method;determined cell growth curve, doubling time change using Trypan blue staining method;detected sensitivity of 4 kinds of chemotherapeutic drugs of HepG2 and HepG2/ADM by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium method; detected the non toxic dose of Periplaneta americana CⅡ-3 and the skim cream of HepG2/ADM by MTT method; detected the inhibition rate differences of CⅡ-3, skim cream, ADM, CⅡ-3 and ADM, skim cream and ADM of hepatocellular carcinoma drug resistance cell line HepG2/ADM by MTT method.Results Drug-resistant cell line doubling time was extended obviously compared with parent cells,HepG2/ADM showed resistance to variety of chemotherapeutic drugs, ADM resistant index was especially high,that was 15.25 times.When the concentration of CⅡ-3 and skim cream were 28.76 and 45.08μg/mL respectively, the growth inhibition rate of HepG2 and HepG2/ADM two cell lines were<10%,no obvious toxic effect.The inhibition rate of the drug-resistant cell of 7.5,15,30μg/mL concentration CⅡ-3 joint with ADM concentration (1/2 IC50 ) were (24.52 ±2.05)%,( 34.78 ±3.08)%,( 45.09 ±3.56)% respectively; The inhibition rate of the drug-resistant cell of 12.5,25,50μg/mL concentration skimmed cream joint with ADM concentration (1/2 IC50 ) were (19.28 ±2.56)%,(35.08 ±2.13)%,(43.85 ±3.05)%respectively.Conclusion The cell line HepG2/ADM established has basic multidrug-resistant biological characteristics.Periplaneta americana extract can inhibit the growth of HepG2/ADM,and has good effect to reverse drug resistance at the same time.

Integrating visualization toolkit and the capability of interaction, bidirectional communication and graphics rendering which provided by HTML5, we explored and experimented on the feasibility of remote medical image reconstruction and interaction in pure Web. We prompted server-centric method which did not need to download the big medical data to local connections and avoided considering network transmission pressure and the three-dimensional (3D) rendering capability of client hardware. The method integrated remote medical image reconstruction and interaction into Web seamlessly, which was applicable to lower-end computers and mobile devices. Finally, we tested this method in the Internet and achieved real-time effects. This Web-based 3D reconstruction and interaction method, which crosses over internet terminals and performance limited devices, may be useful for remote medical assistant.

Objective: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of nonmyeloablative preconditioning allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (NMHSCT) in the therapy of unidentified relapse and primary solid tu-mors, and to study the anti-tumor immunity induced by the effect of Graft-Verus-Tumor (GVT). Methods: A to-tal of 13 difficult-to-treat cancer patients received NMSCT and the efficacy and side effects were observed. Re-sults: One case had CR, 2 cases had PR, 4 cases had SD, 5 cases had PD, and 1 case died of complica-tions associated with transplantation. One case was GVT (+++), 3 cases were GVT (++), 5 cases were GVT(+), and 4 cases were GVT (-). The main side effect was acute GVHD presented as diarrhea and infec-tion. VOD and brain disease were rare. Conclusion: Nonmyeloablative allogeneic stem cell transplantation is safe and effective for solide tumors.

Objective To explore the association of serum uric acid (UA) with metabolic syndrome (MS) and its components.Methods A total of 1 512 inhabitants aged 20 years old and above in Zhaiji community of Guiyang urban areas were investigated from November 2009 to February 2010 by adopting stratified cluster sampling method (634 males and 878 females).All subjects were asked to fulfill the questionnaires and to measure the height,weight,waist circumstance (WC),and blood pressure ; and to undertake oral glucose tolerance test.Venous blood samples were drawn to measure UA,fasting plasma glucose,2 h postprandial plasma glucose,triglyceride (TG),total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,and fasting insulin.Results (1) Age,body mass index (BMI),WC,TG,and blood pressure,and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) increased with UA (all P＜0.05).(2) UA was positively associated with the risk of MS (P＜ 0.05).After adjusting for age,sex,BMI,waist-to-hip ratio (WHR),and HOMA-IR,the risk of MS in individuals with the highest uric acid quartiles was significantly increased compared to those with the lowest quartile (OR =2.86,95 ％ CI 1.70-4.84,P＜0.05),and this finding was especially evident in females (OR=2.80,95％ CI 1.51-5.17,P＜0.05).(3) UA was strongly related to WC (OR =1.76,95％ CI0.95-3.27,P＜0.05),blood pressure (OR =1.66,95 ％ CI 1.13-2.43,P＜0.05),and TG (OR =2.80,95％ CI 1.97-3.96,P＜0.05) after adjustment for age,sex,BMI,WHR,and HOMA-IR.Conclusion The prevalence of MS increased with UA.Higher UA level may be an independent risk factor for MS.
